Product Not Received
I "purchased" three pairs of hosiery with American Intimates. Gave it a week to see if they'd shipped. Nothing...but my money was still being held through my bank. I emailed American Intimates once and asked about my order - providing all pertinent information. No response. Two days later...followed up with another email. Again no response. Followed up with another email as the money was still on hold through my bank. I attempted to call the company to ask them to remove the hold on my charge and cancel the order. Through an electronic menu I chose the option to leave a message as there was no way to reach a live person...only to be informed that the mailbox was full. I contacted the NY BBB who attempted to contact the company twice in writing without response so they (just last week) closed the complaint. I spoke with the bank and they released the hold but warn ALL...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN INTIMATES! They will not send your product...they will not respond to calls & emails! They are VERY SHADY!

Bad service
BEWARE of this company. I placed an order 1 month ago and still have no product. I have sent 4 e-mails and attempted to call but the in box is full on the answering machine. Their customer service department is non existent. I got one answer by e-mail stating the order was "in process." I feel a month is more then enough time to fill an order of 4 bras that were suppose to be in stock. I should have researched this company further before I placed an order. It's too bad google list this company. I order off line all the time and never have a problem. I'm concerned about my credit card information now. If I soon don't receive my order I will contact the BBB.

01/08/06 Ordered 2 bras and received email stating order received and backordered. Charged my credit card.
Tried to contact by phone and email for two months--no response and message stating voice mail full. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they said no company at the address given and no response to mail sent.
Lost my $100. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMERICAN INTIMATES!
Goods were purchased and never received, are my financial details in danger of being used for fraudulent means.
I placed an order on 5/13/10 received an email that it was being processed. I have no other correspondence co far, no product either. Called cuctomer, got a message about the web site having problems? ann the vmail was full. WOW!
I order something on 5/11/11 and still haven't received it. They have no customer service. Do not buy from them!
Unfortunately, I have the same story. Placed order, received e-mail stating my order was shipped, credit card was billed. Never received order and any correspondence from company. Unable to contact them through e-mail or phone calls. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!
shady company I sent a bra back because it was not made proper. To this day I have not had my account credited . So I am left out in the cold.Mary Jane Doherty NJ do not tust this company!
I guess I should have checked this sight before I ordered. My story is the same as all the others. My emails have not been responded to, and the company'd v-mail box is full.

i placed an order with this company on august 13th 2010. i have not even received a statement or e-mail saying my order is in the process of being shipped.i wish i had seen these reviews before placing an order for 3 bras with this co.
I placed an order march 24, 2010 and have not received my order and here it is April 5th. I wish I would have seen all of these complaints prior to giving them my card number. The weird thing is, I just called my bank to see if the transaction with 'american intimates' went through and my bank said it didn't go through... so I dunno whats going on. But here I am now, without the items I ordered and I guess they didn't get my money... THANK GOD~ but still, what a waste of time! So now Im going to change my card info immediately...
Just wanted to warn everyone of this shady company!
I placed an order for $100 back in August of 2009. It is February of 2010 and I have not received the product or any response to several email inquiries. Essentially, American Intimates robbed me of $100. I am certain that I will never see that money or the product that was ordered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
