True Care Advantage harassment and rip off

I kept getting a cal from this number almost six times a day. I tried to call it back but it says its not reachable. So one day they called so I made sure to answer the lady on the phone said she was calling back. In regards to a request. I made to them for a dental plan. Huh? I didn't I explained I have had dentures for over 20yrs.a dental plan is not on my mind.so declined and shrgot upset and told me I shouldn't be applying. For things. But I never did so then she starts calling out all my personal info height weight bday address etc. How did she get this? I'm still confused. I had thought maybe I did. But I no I didn't. The only thing I could think of was the fact that I was looking for health insurance 4 yrs ago which I am satisfied with. Why would they give this company all my info? So I ended up giving my cc# to set up the plan I Still

wasn't sure about maybe I did they took 44.95 from my account immediate. I then called my plan to see it they had infact given. My info. They. Never heard of them at all. I called to cancel
and got the run around. But not my money. How can people do this. They should be in jail. Now I have to close my account which Is hassle because I have so much set up on auto draft

still wasn't sure about. I then found out it was a discount plan. I hung up and tried to call the [protected] nothing. Is this company even real? I have been trying for weeks finally got john who said he would give me a call in a few mind. I called back 2 hours later and he claimed I was not even a member but they charge my card for 44.95. This company stinks now I no I never signed up but they definitely knew how to confuse me. I'm out the 44 and have to close my account and open another because I could get an straight answer. These people should be in jail how can this

Yes.
I had the same situation.
This company called 5-6 times a day cor 2 week claiming that they're one of subsidized health care program.
Initially I ignored but after 2 weeks harrassment and my circumstance of needing dental care so I gave my cc# and just about to give my security number on the back of the card but just for precaution I asked their website and I found the above complaint which triggered me right away. Don't fall for their scam! They're using a similar name of perhaps any egitimate company's name and taking money from innocent people. I'm glad that I read the above complaint! So I wanted to let public know!

True Care Advantage unauthorized charges

I was contacted by a telemarketer that is recruiting for this business (said his name is robert, rep #362, which I realize is probably false information) on thursday night 10/08/09. He assured me many times over that I was only agreeing to look at the information and that I absolutely would not be charged a penny. Well, that was completely untrue. My account has been charged the 4.95 introductory charge and I want it refunded promptly. I have no need of these services and no desire to have them. I was only trying to be polite to this pushy liar by agreeing to look at the information. I want my $4.95 refunded and I want not one cent more to be taken from my account. Please rectify this situation. While I understand you aren't directly responsible for the falsehood I was told, you are responsible for doing the right thing in rectifying this situation. Thank you for your very prompt attention to this very fraudulent situation.

About a month ago or a little longer a lady called me asking about the program they had on discount Insurance. I had taken this out back 2006, they billed me for about 1 yr, they sent me a card or anything. I told her when she called I was no longer interested and I was going to a divorce and this account was frozen. I told the lady that after I got my own account I would call if I was interested in taking out the program again. Well I got on my checking account to find out they took 13 payments of 19.95 out of my account after I told her NOT too. 11 payments where taken out on 3-9-09 another 1 on 3-10-09 and 1 more on 3-25-09. I called the company and she said that she would credit the one on 3-25-09 but couldn't do the others until she reviewed the voice call. I told her I did not give permission and I want my money back in my account. She told me it would take 3-5 days to review the phone tapes before she could credit the money back in my account. I told her they had no right to take it out in the first place. I am so mad, I can not believe companies can just take your money without permission.

i have been paying 19.95 per month for this an have tried to stop it through my bank to no avail they keep taking out 19.95 i cant find the cards they sent me there for i cannot een attempt to try an use them an do not know how to contact these people would appreciate a e-mail from them take take take an nothing in return i no i shouldnt do this because i will probably get resonse from every one an their bother but here goes e-mail phardin55@hotmail.com please advise thank you

I'm terribly sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience, Danna. I have taken a look into these claims, however it seems to be a coincidence of our call on 3/8/09 and the $4.95 charge, as we do not have any medical nor dental products for that price point. However I do see where you had enrolled into our Medical Discount Plan on 10/21/09 for a monthly cost of $29.95. It also seems that you did call to cancel our Medical Discount Plan (2) days later and received a full refund.

I bougth one insurance from Linda, a sales rep. this was two weeks ago, I did't get any kit nor my id card yet and this company has withdrawn from my debit car de amount of $45.00...Please let me know who are the people in charge of this complaints...Thanks...Ms. Lillian Temple

I got a call today, telling me that I had asked for this discount program. I tried to get the source of my request and she said they were on Good Morning American and had a back log, and that they were just now getting to peo0ple on the waiting list.

I do not recall calling this company, it sounded like a scam, is it?
