American Family Ins./Auto and Business / Premium billing
I spoke with my American Family Ins. agent, Lee/Donald Rabidoux about cancelling an auto policy for our 2, 000 Ford Explorer because it was no longer driveable. Also I asked about cancelling two other policies because my neighbor was starting up a Farmer's Ins. agency and he needed my support.
At that time Lee Rabidoux said the policies will cancell out when I make the change.
Then a few months after the other two policies canceled I received a bill on each policy. I called back American Family and was told I would have to pay the premiums, which I was told prior would cancel out.
Now I have been given over to a collection agency that is harassing me! And is ruining my credit!
This matter needs to be handled ASAP, because I do not owe any money to American Family Ins.
The policies numbers and amounts are:
Auto Policy #[protected]-FPPA-CO
Business Key Policy # 05XH-9066-01-52-BLBK-CO
It is not alot of money ($120.05 Total), but it is the point, I was told the policies would cancel out with last payment.
