They will accept your payment on the spot by returning your call shortly. Their tech support will call you back much later – likely after 72 hours, which will then be past the 72 hours beyond their cancellation policy. Worst of all, they are not able to monitor your alarm by Brinks or ADT and therefore no service is provided. They will claim that they “refund if the conversion cannot be done due to their inability”, however the trick to it is, that you have to lease their expensive system. They will suggest to ship you their in-house alarm system and if you don’t accept their offer, then it is not their “inability to convert the system”. When you try to cancel, they become rude and they will say you can only cancel after 60 days. So without service provided, no cancellation, you have been scammed into another internet false advertising scheme

The list of scam goes on, as they ask that you mail a cancellation form with “certified proof of delivery” or they will continue to bill you with the credit card number you have provided. You will also discover that the cancellation form asks for a social security for “security reasons”, so they can later threaten you with collections and credit reports for a service you may have not received.

I recommend that users complaint to BBB to help investigate such unethical businesses. Call your credit company and file a chargeback if you have been wrongly charged. VISA/MC Processors will only accept up-to 1 % of chargeback from a business, before they terminate their ability to accept credit cards forever. And never provide your social security number.
