American Dental Center / Double Bill / Poor Work
I broke a tooth, and went to them to have it fixed. I sat in the dentist's chair for over an hour before she came in. She barely spoke a word the whole time, except "Open Please". There was no warning of when I was going to have a needle enter the roof of my mouth, just stuck it in, and made me squirm. She proceded to "fix" the tooth with some compound, and a blue light. This took all but about 15 minutes, and she says, "Youre done." It hasn't even been 24 hours, and the "fix" fell out while eating a pancake. I called the office again, and told them what happened, and was told they are closed for the day, and if I go to one of thier other locations, I will have to pay again because its a different doctor. Its the same company right?? This doesn't seem right.
I cant go to another dentist, because my insurance already was billed for this problem. As soon as I get this taken care of, I will never go back to them.
