American Bridal / back ordered products / Rude

I ordered 6 personalized groomsmen gifts on Feb.24th from American bridal. On March 19th I called because the website had said the products have not been shipped out yet. When I called I was on hold for at least 10 minutes just to learn that the product was on backorder until May 16th. My wedding is Mid April! The went on to say that they have been on backorder since early Feb. When I ordered the website did not state that, otherwise I would have never ordered the product. I was also NOT notified that I would not receive them by my requested no later then date.

They finally canceled the order after I complained and said that I could order something else and I could get expedited shipping. To get this I had to call in and speak with the same person. When I called back in to place the order I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and then the call was dropped. They called me back and I asked a question and they said they need to speak with the distributor and would call me back in 1 hour. I finally received a return phone call 18 hours later. I told this lady that I have decided to order with another company, she was very rude and said fine and hung up.

STAY AWAY from AMERICAN BRIDAL, if I didn't call I do think I would have been notified and would have been without groomsmen gifts!
