These guys whoever they are are dinging my account and the same day I got charged by another company. My thoughts - they are one and the same and the other company is EZ Saver. Phone # for them is [protected]. But don't call this because you must provide them private information - like your phone # or charge card to get past the message.

Same thing applies for Amer Leis - [protected] again, you can't get past the message unless you provide them something private about you - so you will probably get dinged again.

They have an 877 # but it's a scam as it requires more info about you...just contact the better business bureau

I have recieved a charge for eight dollars that i did not authorized i don't know what this is on my account . I don't even know what this company is or do for the matter. can you please remove my name and my account from your list and return my money. I don't own any company or business

Was charged on credit card for 16.95 that i did not do. It has started back in april.

unauthorized charges. one on 6/23 for $1.95 and another for $16.95 on 7/21

My husband called these two companies ( AMERLEIS and EZSAVER) at the numbers shown on our checking account. He got the same man when he called the second company. They had started charging $16.95 for each company which, by the way, had the same ID number but different phone numbers. The guy said to go online, I believe, and type in the ID number and we could cancel. We do not know who or how this all happened. They said it was a protection company, I think. The man was vague. I think we will just obtain a new checking account number at the bank or credit union and close the other and see what happens.

I want to thank you for posting your info. It has helped me tremendously. I recently discovered that these two companies have been charging my CHILD SUPPORT card every month since November 2009. Could you tell me, did you dispute the charges? If so, what was the outcome? I too tried calling the numbers listed and they wanted personal info before moving on to the next step in the phone call. I have one charge per company, per month, both in the amount of $16.95. Do you know how these companies got the info? I never purchase anything online. Thanks

Terminal: [protected] . I decided to check all the activities...I learned that BOTH AMER LEIS & EZ SAVER made $1.95 and $10.95 charges each month this year beginning in January and current as of this month.
That makes a total of $351.00! That is cruel and earns this company NO respect! I will progress to getting my money returned.

i just had the same problem. I called them and they said i will get a refund for the last three months. I also called my credit card and they said i have to wait three business days to see if i really got a credit from the company, If not i will close the account and get a new credit card account, and also sign a declaration of non- authorized charges to get a disbursement for the charges. Hope this helps to someone in my same situation. Good luck all.

During these hard times, it is a crime against humanity for these thieves to earne thier food by stealing - making unauthorized charges, and there seem to be no way of contacting them. This is the first month I saw the charges and it is twice in one billing cycle - $19.80 x 2 just this month. I will dispute this charge and if my credit card will not take it off, I will cancel this card right away. These people are worse than the NAZI, they are invisible, but they suck people's lives. If the NAZis were inhuman, so are these people who are all out to steal. THEY ARE CRIMINALS WITHOUT CONSCIENCE. IT IS AS MUCH AS RAPING VULNERABLE PEOPLE. IT IS NOT PHYSICAL SEXUAL RAPE, IT IS A DELIBERATE SCHEME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

I have no idea what's going on with these companies being allowed to charge various amounts. I have never authorized any company like these to charge my credit card, nor would I have given them the c.c. number. How do they get the number and why are both of these companies charging the same amount on different days? I didn't notice it last month, but this month I knew I hadn't used my c.c. at all and there were 2 charges on it. If you call the 888 number will they even help you or will they act like they have no idea why there are unexplained charges on the acct?

i chk my account an they've been hitting me up for a cpl months now for a tooal of $101.70.Who the hell are these company's does anyone know?

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... I TOOK THE SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLES AND HAD NO REACTION ! if there is anyone out there that can help me get my money back.i would be very happy... oozman.com@live.com TO EVERYONE------ STAY AWAY FROM COLONSMARTCLEASNER ! THERE A RIPOFF !

i forgot to mention the paperwork my bank got off the internet was dated july 10th 2008 REVISED. this was 2 mth. after i sent mine back. when i got my (FREE) sample.i couldnt get on their web site to cancel nor did they have a phone number... COLONSMARTCLEASNER IS A RIPOFF...

they both also have chared me the same $16.95 for each an was taken out of my account on 8/21.don't know how they even got account info. but they did.i'm diputing withdrawl with credit union an getting my money back somehow some way this is ###!

They charged me as well. The number I was given was for EZ Saver iss [protected] and for Ameri Leis is [protected]. I believe they're the same company because it's the exact same music and message. I was on the phone quite awhile. I would just get a different card so they stop charging you.

THIS CO. HAS BEEN CHARGING ME 16.95 PER MO. FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR. I HAVE PUT A STOP ON MY ACCOUNT FOR 6 MO. THE STOP IS NOW OVER AND THEY HAVE HIT ME UP AGAIN.
