This is an official complaint against Hilton, Pittsburgh Hotel which violated the reservation guaranteed for late arrival per their own rates and cancellation policy. The reserved room per confirmation number [protected] was given to another hotel guest when this complainant arrived on June 10, 2008 at 2:10 a.m. due to cancellation of flight AA 520 on June 9, 2008, which was changed to AA 2446 / AA 3645 delaying arrival to Pittsburgh to 10 hrs.

Although, there were some accommodations extended, the non compliance to reservation policy created too much stress and inconveniences to a tired traveler and an IAPA frequent traveler.

The Hilton Reservation Manager is Ms. Kris Morrison and the Night Manager is Mr. Rob Grinage. Hope that something will be done to prevent same problem.
