Not buying another fence from this company
I went to this company for a new vinyl fence. It wasn't cheap but heard they had good customer service from another contractor. Well, good customer service only lasts 30 days b/c that is the length of their warranty. It has been less than a year and the latch is broken on the fence. It is quite disappointing, since we rarely use the fence to enter our backyard. We will not be using this company again nor will we recommend them to anyone else.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at Amechi Fence Co. of Turnersville. They were extremely careless when installing my fence. They broke two sprinkler heads which I pointed out to them and showed them the sprinkler survey before they started digging. They also knocked over a 1 week old patio umbrella causing it to break. They left 1 foot of dirt at each fence post and would not remove it. When they left it took my husband 4 hours to clean up their mess. We had to remove all the dirt and remulch two mulch beds because of dirt and rocks that were piled onto them. When I called they were very rude and were not willing to resolve this at all. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Although we make the best quality gates in the industry, we only give a 30 day warranty on gates because if the customer does not keep their gate latched the wind will cause it to break. Obviously, we have no control over whether the customer follows through with this; it is disclosed in our warranty section of our contracts.
