I ordered furniture for just over €3200 on 23rd April 2015 and paid by bank transfer the same day to benefit from the 3% discount for payment in advance. I received an order confirmation. Since that time I have received another invoice for the same goods requesting payment again. I have called the customer service number, the french hotline number, the public relations number all multiple times, and nobody has ever answered. I have emailed you multiple times. No answer beyond an automated acknowledgement.
The only way I have managed to elicit a response so far is to post the above on a complaints site similar to this (trust pilot) which ambientedirect.com appears to monitor.
