Conservatory
I havin a pro problem my conservatory which was being fitted has been left with no roof or windows the rain as damage my flooring and plaster boards also my property can not be locked safely I won't a new flooring at your cost I feel completely let down by amber
Desired outcome: My new conservatory to fitted as quickly as possible and new floor covering due to the rain

My mother has had to call your company twice in a space of 2yrs because her conservatory is leaking. Each time the labourers turn up they just squirt sealant from the inside.
It is now leaking again for a third time. Do you know how embarrassing it is to have visitors over and have a bucket on the floor while the roof leaks!?
Are you just waiting for the guarantee to run out?
I want an inspector to visit and access the situation properly and bring this to a close.
If I am not satisfied with the outcome I will be seeking professional, legal advice.

Cold-calling, harassment and TERRIBLE customer services
Amber had repeatedly called to try and quote for me, in the end I relented and arranged for someone to come out on 18.11.15.
The guy that came was 35 minutes late for the appointment and had no samples. I explained what I was after and he advised that Amber probably weren't the best company for the job and didn't offer me a price. He then left.
After he had gone, during a follow-up call, the chap asked if I was unable to make a decision because my husband isn't here! I politely asked them to not call again.
They now just called again 26.01.16 and hung up on me when I declined their no-obligation quote. Manners cost nothing and I have been more than tolerant.
I have said 'no' so many times and they will not leave me alone.
Another person harassed repeatedly by Amber, please steer clear of them and don't give them any of your details!
This company is still making unsolicited phone calls. A woman called today from Amber Group saying that it was a follow up call from last year regarding a quote for a door. I have never wanted a quote for any new door. When I queried this, she put the phone down. I did previously get a number of calls from a window company with the name Amber in it and I told them to stop calling me as there was nothing wrong with my existing windows. That worked for a while until today.
had Amber Windows Reps banging on my door, I am disabled, I said to them that they should NOT be cold calling as I had 3 signs saying NO COLD CALLERS, they said they had a licence to ignore those signs, I told them it was illegal to call when its specified and they said that their licence counteracts the law. I told them to go away, but they still ignored, it wasnt until I said that MY licence over rules theirs, its a 3rd Dan karate licence. they went after that but still mouthing at me. i was in considerable pain due to back ache and told them this, to which they ignored

This company takes your money but when a problem occurs they do not wan't to know.
The director has dodgy dealings with Bulgarian property developers and is in the process of a long court case with another company of his ambasun Ltd which is now in liquidation, so I would not rely on any guarantee for windows purchased because it won't be worth the paper it is written on.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
hi my name is Shasad mohammad and I started work for amber windows on the 28th april 2016 at the cotteridge branch as a canvas door2door I made the company £11300 and I sposed to recive my 2% of the commission and also my basic salary wage the cotteridge branch has treated e unfairly and retained my money they sacked me for no reason and just because I said I wanted to get advice so kyle and Chris had sacked me for no apparent reason and no I hve been sacked for no reason they will not give me my money I am owed and also didn't want to give me my contract I signed, I have all call recordings stating they own me this money and my 2% commission and now they are holding back my money that I am owed can you help please thank you
