Amazon shipping, customer service and third party sellers

I placed an order and was given a delivery date when the items were to arrive. Called customer service because I never received tracking information on the package because the expected delivery date was three days out.. They explained to me my order was pending fulfillment? I was confused because I had not been notified of any changes or problems to my order by amazon. So, I was expecting my order to arrive normally. I called customer service and got different answers from several different reps and still wasn't resolved. Had my debit and credit cards reprocessed and still did not get a confirmation about orders being fulfilled. So, I was then told one of the orders I placed was actually not in stock with the third party vendor and I had to wait until it became available? I'm like it was in stock when I purchased it and why was I not notified and why is it still saying the item will be delivered in three days if it is not available? This site is horrible and I usually order from here but they will no longer be getting any of my business anymore.

Amazon a order

I ordered a case of gravy mix there is 8 bags to a case I got one bag I paid $47.31 for the case and they are giving a run around I have called 4 times and the same story they will contact me in 2 days I got nothing all I want is my money back or the rest of the product I ordered I get a new person on the phone and tell me the same story and they will not give me the phone number of the company that sent it to me I told them I ordered from Amazon and they should be responsible for it and they said I should get a email from April store and I did and they did nothing about the order this started on 11/02/17 and now it 11/22/17 how long should I wait

Amazon angry moma

Received package in the mail and it was so damanged that I need you to replace the item, I'm going to try and include photos of how the item was delivered. Amazon courier service is really cheating

Amazon no shipping

Come on, Amazon, it's such a big company with the slowest shipping and delivery.
The items I ordered were in stock before and after, I see no reason not to ship my order. I have been waiting for one month and the items are still in their warehouse. The customer service knows nothing, they transfer me from one department to another one, as if someone knows what's going on. What's the point of this stupid runaround?
I really don't understand it.

Amazon customer service

Where do your calls go for c.s? They never speak my English and very, very hard to understand them and frustrating trying to get things understood. Why are these calls going to another country - what is wrong with calls going to the united states where people might be able to understand the c.s. person. Horrible experience. I will just eat the cost of the return.

Amazon firestick

Hi.

I was in contact with customer support yesterday 24/09/17 on instant chat regarding a couple of technical questions I had regarding my firestick. Customer support did not seem to understand what I was asking . They could not put me in contact with someone technical who understood the questions. I was told that I would receive and email to answer my questions. This was never received. I understand that the person I was dealing with on the instant chat may have not been technical or had knowledge of my specific query. I ask that you please direct my question to someone in the support team that can answer.

my questions

1. why is the firestick transmitting its own SSID ( Direct-4U-FireTVxxx) ?
I presume it is for the remote although customer support told me that the remote uses bluetooth.

2. How can I change the channel the Firestick transmits its SSID on as it is interfering with my wifi router?
The Firestick always seems to transmit on the same channel as my router. so changing the router channel doesnt help.
Wireless best practice is to separate WIFI transmitters onto separate channels usually 1, 6 and 11 on the 2.4Ghz band.

Amazon do not know what service or product I am being charged for!!!

Checking transactions that one of my bank cards and notice $7.99 charge for Amazon Digital Services I have no idea what that is for because I do get things from Amazon but I had done if they don't have Digital Services that I know of. I I'm not aware of any services or products that I have got from this email or site of Amazon I've never even heard of this site of ramazan I've always gone to just amazon.com and this is ridiculous I have a set income and I have my money dollar by Dollar set for certain things that 7.99 came out of the card with the $125 payment for my daughter's monthly, alotted amount for her orthodontist bill, ONLY!

Amazon I have problem with my device nexus 6p which I bought from amazon

I am a frequent shopper at amazon and I love to recommend to anyone for their shopping purpose.Since few days I have severe battery drain issues with my Nexus 6p device which I bought from amazon almost a year back. I am not complaining its amazon fault, but the reason I bought this device is just because it was sold by Amazon warehouse Deals. I contacted huawei for getting my issue resolved as my device is in warranty. They replied that I need to send my device to them and they will check the problem and revert to me within 10-15 business days and if any problem found they will repair it and send it to me. And also they are not sure.Which means I need to be without any phone for 2 weeks.
Those who bought same Nexus 6p from Google store are being replaced their Nexus phones with pixel XL phones for the same battery drain problem and the ones who bought from the trusted Amazon website are facing these issues.Thinking deeply getting a phone from amazon has put me into this situation.Instead if I would have bought from google store I would have also get pixel XL as compensation after returning my Nexus 6p.

Kindly address this issue at the earliest possible.

Amazon they charged my debit twice and claim they didn't

I've been a customer of Amazon for a couple years never had a problem then all the sudden I have two transactions on my debit exact same amount on my Amazon purchase both of those transactions were taken from my debit the money is not on my debit I complain to them and they try to tell me that they only charged me once then where is that money of the second charge? So they may have just lost me forever as a customer and everybody deserves to know apparently they try to rip people off slowly

Amazon Slow and irresponsible

First of all, they are scammers and I'm sure about it. I placed my order back in May. It's now the middle of September. If you ask me what happened I will say that I have no idea. But my order never arrived. I ordered summer shoes to wear them on the beach, but now it's fall and I don't need them already. Moreover, they never shipped my order. That's what I found out when contacted them last time (before that nobody could define where my order was).
Now I'm gonna cancel it and ask for a refund and it will probably take them 100 years to recharge the money.

Amazon Hurting sellers

Who rates them well? The way they treat customers is terrible. How is it actually possible? I'm a seller at amazon, my products are in a good condition. I sent an order to my client, for some reason she didn't like it and decided to return it. I don't know why but I had to pay for the shipping. I contacted their customer service, they called the client who's keeping my item and... that's all. They didn't know how to help me :( only my bank helped me return some part of my money. What a shame. Nothing else to say...

Amazon Amazon $100 gift card scam

On Sept 05 2017, while browsing Amazon, I received a pop-up saying that as a frequent shopper on Amazon, I was eligible for a $100 Amazon Gift Card if I took a 3 question survey. This showed what appeared to be a genuine Amazon Gift card with the Amazon logo. The survey segued into a detailed survey on my consumer preferences and demographics, apparently from the "National Customer Center" or similar site. I did not finish the survey and on closing the tab was given the usual "Do you want to leave this page? Data you have entered may not be saved". Hopefully, the data was NOT saved, but I have doubts.I realized that this was a data mining scam, with the data sold on the internet to telemarketers for solar power, credit repair services etc, etc, but also made available to phishing and identity theft criminals. I am reporting this to Amazon, but also, to let buyers, especially Amazon customers, beware of this scam. Note that this is similar to the classical Publisher's Clearing House Scams which are still repeating since the last century.

Amazon fake underarmour shoes sold on amazon india

Amazon claims to sell underarmour products ... they are selling fake products ..I bought a pair of training shoes from there app on 15th aug 2017.
After receiving the product I could not believe that the glue used to paste the sole of the shoe was actually visible on the corners ... still I gave them benifit of doubt and tried the shoe for a week ... I was shocked to see that the shoe was torn from one side in such a short span.

The only thing which I liked about amazon is that they agreed to process refund ... but you can't deny the fact that you are being introduced in a new market by a retailer which is selling fake product of your brand.

Imagine the kind of first impression you are giving to your customers who are willing to spend there hard earned money on your brand.

Amazon never buy from amazon

I ordered a Samsung phone and at first everything went well, the order was confirmed as usually, and I was waiting for it within a week. After a week of waiting I got an email saying that my order stuck somewhere and for more detail, I should call them. I did and the result of all this mess was my order cancellation, additionally, they also blocked my account for no reason. They suck along with their CS!

Amazon think before ordering

I placed an order and picked a free shipping. I must say that the warehouse is kind of only 50 miles away from me and I was sure I'd get my order pretty soon. But no. It took 2 weeks. This is very very slow. You used a horse to get my order delivered? Though I think a horse will come much faster. Ok, that was a turtle probably.
I will never order from them. It's not worth it.

Amazon amazon forwarding my alledged unpaid balance from november 2015. one for 11$ and another for 9$

On 8/9/17 I tried to cash a check at kmart for $67.05 that was denied because I allegedly owed Amazon money from 2 transactions on November 12, 2015. I reviewed my transactions on line and the questionable date and both my transactions were approved. I received no email from the seller or from Amazon stating any different. I called Amazon on 8/9/17 and was ensured that my account was not delinquent and both those transactions went thru. They also confirmed that Amazon did not send me any email or other mail regarding nonpayment for these items. When asked why I was notified of these transactions not being approved I was told they were. Then why was my information sent to telecheck? No answers there. Did I mention it is 2017 and this is the first I am hearing of this? I don't have a problem paying for something if the payment didn't go through but I am also not going to be scammed out of my money because of an error made 2 years ago! Despite Amazon's assurance and my receipt confirmation that this was paid telecheck will still not resolve this account. I have filed a grievance with the BBB against them and you will be next. Since the problem started with Amazon then you need to fix it.

Amazon prime

Completely disgusted with Amazon. Honestly, could have never expected this from Amazon. Without prior notice they deducted INR 6612 from my account which is no less than a cyber crime. Feeling robbed. Simply disgusted. I would say that a beggar earns in a much better way. Worse than thieves. They have found an easiest way to fool you. No value for customers.

Amazon things fell apart

I didn't expect I would ever have problems with Amazon customer service. I called them hoping they would solve my problem with a purchase. It took me a week to resolve it and during this time they called me with a lot of questions I had to constantly answer. The result of this mess was that I just simply canceled my order.
All I can say is that if it comes to customer service then just run away, I mean just order something different preferably from another place.
