Amazon fraud/theft of my account

Dear Amazon,

I'd like to file a complaint with regards to a refund, that I still haven't received from Amazon and I'm not really sure why I haven't received it yet, as I have passed on all the information and evidence that they have asked for in emails, in order to process the refund, but I don't hear anything back. Here is some information to help you understand the situation, (please see the text below and attachments 😌).

On the 6th of August 2018 my Amazon account was stolen and fraudulently used for 4 transactions on Amazon US - the transactions appear on my bank statement in UK in British pounds as the following amounts - £37.45, £24.95, £129.74 and £93.49 - the charge descriptor on the bank statement is - AMZN MKTP US, (also mentioned on the bank statement is - AMZN.COM/BILL LU), furthermore the last 4 digits on the credit card that was used fraudulently are: 6921. The transactions were done on the 6th of August 2018 and appeared on my bank statement the 7th of August 2018.

The delivery address of the person who committed the fraud/theft as it appeared on my account is as follows:

The items that he ordered fraudulently, was grouped into 2 deliveries and had the following order numbers and tracking numbers:

I have tried phoning Amazon on the numbers that I have been given by customer service to communicate and to try and get the refund several times, but was informed on the international number for Amazon that the number was out of order, also I can't seem to use the second number that I received from Amazon, as it's for customers within US/Canada (and I'm based in the UK), furthermore Amazon's chat button doesn't seem to work at the moment either, so what do I do now? Amazon amazon prime

It seems the longer I have Amazon Prime less things that are eligible for free shipping. That was the main reason I signed up for it. Also when trying to apply Free shipping codes off the internet I'm never eligible to use them.
The same goes for my Prime video. Half of what I go to watch they want to charge me a separate fee to watch.
Well you know what they say "Nothing is free" Amazon proves that even when you pay for free it's not free.

Amazon advertising on my cell

Amazon sends pop up ads to my cell on news sites blocking the news story. There is no means to close the pop up other than closing the entire page.

I answered the questions in the "contest" by answering Bill Gates founded Amazon, Amazon was founded in Russia and finally Amazon was founded in 2014. According to Amazon all 3 were CORRECT.

Amazon's contest must be monitored by Jeff Bezos since he is also devoid of character.

I want this terror attack stopped! I did not authorize these ads. My next note will be to several appropriate government agencies.

Amazon sends unwanted pop up ads to my cell. These ads block the content of news sites and will not allow closing of the ad without closing the entire page.
The ad presents a contest. After encountering these ads multiple, irritating times I answered the three questions. Bill Gates founded Amazon, Amazon is based in Russia and Amazon was founded in2014. I was a WINNER, all 3 answers were deemed correct.

The contest was without character much like Amazon and Jeff Bezos.

I want these ads stopped!

Amazon unauthorized charges

On my credit card statement there is an unauthorized charge from Amazon Prime Membership.

Transaction date of 6/23/18 Posting DATE OF 6/25/18

Amount of $14.06

Ref Number is 55432868174200254031584

This is an unauthorized charge and I want a refund placed on my card immediately.

I have been a good customer and now I am wondering if there have been other unauthorized charges that I did not catch.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and the action you will take to correct your mistake.

Amazon 4-drawer dresser

I am buying from Amazon.com for a long time, it is getting worse and worse
Last straw was my purchase of the drawer.
1. They dropped it downstairs (101 lb).
2. I have to pay $10.00 to bring it to my door, even I called many times and ask to put in my account to deliver it to my apartment door.
3. I paid $50.00 to the handyman to set it up, it took 5 hours to do this even before order it I did a research on how people respond to a set up and didn't by a cheap one.
4. He started with the base and in the end told me it'a a dent on the front of the one of the drawers.
it was already a done jobe, he took the money, and I just ask him to put a damage drawer the last, so iit is not going to be soooooooooo bad.
Then I called Amazon (they have a warranty (From A to Z) and ask them to help me with the discount or and the $18.00 discrepancies in the price, because I got the invoice for $99.00 (the cost of the drawer).
I spoke with a LOT of people, many calles, so many e-mail I have back and forth. They promise 10% off, then they ask me to send it back, I explain I don't want to lose money, wich I spend on delivery and set up, and in the and they refuse to help me and I have damaged drawer with the wrong price from $99.00 on the invoice I paid $128 and a change and just because I didn't by it in the store and didn't know about dant up in the front they making fun of me...
What is the warranty A to Z for?

Hip hop series A Damsel In Distress audiobooks episodes 1 thru 16 were produced by actresses Vanessa Reyes Felicia Farraday and Adrienne Roberson in 2017, but never put on sale to be sold by iTunes and Audible. Amazon and Audible won't respond to Sean Diddy Combs or me. They stole our Television series ideas and intellectual property.

Amazon KDP and Audible NEVER put these episodes on sale. They refuse to answer inquiries from music mogul, Sean Diddy Combs and myself. So, I am putting them on blast. This is kinda what Diddy was talking about when he said these hip hop industries use our Black Culture to make THEM millions, but continue to steal from us. No, this is OUR thing. A Damsel In Distress was created and written by Sean Diddy Combs and me. I am not lying down letting THEM steal this from us. This is our pilot television series for future television, entertainment platforms with Netflix and Revolt Television. A Damsel In Distress episodes 1-16 was narrated and produced by these actresses in 2017; Vanessa Reyes, Adrienne Roberson and The Fabulous Felicia Farraday. Amazon KDP and Audible were responsible for making sure the episodes went on sale with Itunes and Audible. The only episode that went on sale, was episode two. You can find it under Diddy's name. Where are the other episodes? Amazon and Audible both refuse to return Sean Diddy Combs calls, and my calls as well. As far as I am concerned, these two companies outright stole from the Black Culture and Hip Hop Culture. This series was a pilot television development for future entertainment platforms with Netflix and Revolt Television. This is what Diddy was talking about when he said that many entertainment strongholds, that claim to have a stake in Hip Hop Culture, hold blacks back, by excluding us from high-level positions. Ohhhh but it doesn't stop there. They continue to steal our ideas too. Why haven't the other episodes been put on sale with Itunes and Audible? These are royalties Diddy and I are losing out on. April 2017, these actresses produced and narrated, Diddy's hip hop themed audiobooks, A Damsel In Distress episodes 1 thru 16. Amazon and Audible were to put those episodes on sale on iTunes and Audible platforms. Amazon and Audible won't return Diddy's calls because they blatantly stole our ideas and intellectual property. This is what Diddy means when he said entertainment strongholds steal from Black and Hip Hop Culture. Amazon owes Diddy 20 Million Dollars in damages. Amazon amazon store card

We recently placed an order for several items on Amazon.com on their prime day and got some decent deals. Cool it said wed receive our order the following Friday. Fast forward to the next day and our account says we need to make a payment revision. We look at our account and it says our remaining available balance is $18. Now we made about a $200 purchase on July 16, 2018. The reason we had to revise from what customer service told us was that the day we made our payment, at that moment our credit limit decreased! And it decreased by the amount that our purchase was. It was an odd amount. So now we don't get our order and we just have to swallow it. Their reasoning was that the credit bureau did it and Amazon has no say so whatsoever about our account. its hot as hell in Texas I needed my purchase! This is the type of thing that will make us NEVER MESS WITH AMAZON AGAIN! I WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS EVERY PLACE I CAN BECAUSEITS WRONG AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS HAVE NOT BEEN UNDERSTANDING OR HELPFUL. PASSING THE BLAME DOWN THE LINE!

Amazon couldn't get refund from amazon

They invented a chat app, but that's worse then before.

After the items have been returned to amazon for more than a week, I haven't received any refund, so I contacted them through the new chat app. T

They promised me a refund after I chatted with them the first time, but the refund has not been issued after a while, so I chatted with them again, this time they couldn't even track down the item with the tracking number, and asked me for my sensitive personal information ... I didn't feel safe to provid the information through a chat app, so they got angry and said couldn't help me .

And eventually, I lost my refund with Amazon...

Amazon blood pressure monitor

I purchase the item on ebay but have not received it. When I informed the seller, I was told to wait a little bit. The order number is [protected]. I have subsequently requested for a refund but was told to wait as item may be pending clearance. It's been months now, and i have still not received my item or a refund. Recently I tried to contact seller at "[protected]@newfrog.com". But mail was bounced with error message "undeliverable". Thnak you for your help to send this message to the seller.

Amazon cannot sign into account

My Amazon account has been under review for the best part of 2 years, which means that I cannot sign into my account. Amazon have continued to take £7.99 from my account each month and this month they took an additional £7.99 even though I've tried to make it transparent that I have not been able to sign in.

I have also tried up to 10 times calling customer service, which only results in a new fresh form each time I call, therefore leading to me getting absolutely nowhere.

Amazon sent me a link to find out what is happening with the account, but it asks me to sign in to find out the status of the account, which is impossible to open because my account is on hold and cannot do so.

Can somebody please help me with this as I am trying to navigate every angle possible.

this seems to reoccur - - and it is necessary to cancel my credit card. I want to be reimbursed. My cc was charged on 6/6/18. This has occurred before and amazon's answer is that i had previously been as member. It is a reoccurring behavior or amazon. It is unauthorized.
When i attempt to contact amazon to correct, i am sent to sites that are nor relevant.

Amazon customer service does nothing to help

customer service is horrible and does nothing to help a person who WAS a client. Ridiculous.

If you forget your password, and also change your credit card, you can't get back in after all that time you spent shopping without having to call the company, which does not sound like any fun at all, or having them call you while at work. Horible that they cant ffix something so simple. WASTE OF TIME!

Amazon car stereo

The radio I received from the seller did not work. I asked for a refund and they refused (I even offered to send it back on my dime). So I opened a case with eBay and then the seller offered a replacement, but only if I agreed to close the case. Not knowing this was a scam, I did and of course, no replacement arrived. I contacted them several times and they said it was out of stock, so I asked for my money back (again, several times) and they have not responded. Because I was duped into closing the case, eBay will not help me.

Amazon unprofessional performance of duties, us postal service

Regarding two separate shipments, 9361289672090372784418 and 9361289672090374605612, the USPS carrier did not bring the packages to my house; instead carrier left PS Forms 3849 in my cluster mail box telling me to pick them up at the post office; Labels clearly stated "CARRIER -LEAVE IF NO RESPONSE; however, I was at my house all day both days, working on my front porch; the postal carrier never came. Shipping to one's physical address is of no value if the USPS does not do so. I have filed a complaint with the USPS Inspector General's Office (see attached); you should too

Amazon tomtom spark 3 replacement wristband

Order this weeks ago. They took my money. Never provided a tracking number or any indication that shipped. Pretty much stole my money. Stay away from them. Just adding verbiage now to get to 350 characters. No really hope that this will really get resolved. Just remember to check the source of items you buy online. Now I'm to the 350 character limit.

Amazon shipping

I've had several orders now that I have not received or received very late. All were delivered by USPS. Have never had a single problem with UPS or Fedex. The only way I get a parcel from USPS is if it fits in my mailbox, if not, the circus begins. Give me the option to see how my package is being delivered before its shipped. I promise you il will pay extra not to have USPS touch it.

Amazon my hidrate spark 2.0 bottle / non working bottle

I ordered a Teal hidrate spark bottle last week from Amazon for $61.64 and received it a couple days ago. I put it together, downloaded the app and it did glow once. After that it hasn't did it once. And it said it was successfully connected to the app, but no reading. Very, very disappointed 😔 I now have my $61 bottle in my storage closet. P.S. yes, I changed the batteries. Amazon amazon - poor customer service

Hi,

I placed order for Atoz prime Graphite Crucible (2 items) on 23rd April 2018, which costs 4024 rupees, with the expected delivery date: 6th June 2018. Not delivered. When I tried contacting customer service my number was blocked which is very rude from a company like Amazon. And to my shock I received a text message on my iphone from Amazon on 8th June 2018 saying that the refund is initiated.

After waiting for one and a half month long for the product and bearing business losses, you did not deliver the product, and without any specific reason directly initiated refund.

This is unacceptable. Being your regular customer, never expected this ill treatment from Amazon. Will make sure this issue goes to consumer court. And going forward will never buy any product from Amazon.

Please look into it.
