Amazon audible books

I have never authorized nor requested audible books. How did this happen? I keep getting billed. I regret having bought a Kindle Fire from Amazon, if this is the result. Please credit my debit card and do no further billing. I also keep getting a monthly charge for amazon prime, which I did not request or authorize. The is all very confusing and deceptive. If dealing with amazon means dealing with all this, then I am considering cancelling with amazon entirely. Please give this complaint your attention.

Amazon sent me counterfeit b+w filters and didn't refund

In 6th March 2018 I purchased b+w 77mm XS-Pro Clear with Multi-Resistant Nano Coating (007m) and b+w 77mm XS-Pro htc Kaesemann Circular Polarizer with Multi-Resistant Nano Coating from amazon.com with 113-7251699-5733807 Order ID.. the authenticity qr codes are not verified when I scanned, the boxes were not sealed and opened. I got in touch with b+w services from schnider k. and they also didn't verify and told me that there are lots of fake products around. the description they gave me didn't match the products that I received from amazon.
the help desk of amazon didn't help me about it. I lost 183 usd plus my time, moreover they asked to to pay additional re-sending fees in order to return from Turkey to usa. I also added qr codes here. This experience is not the first, read the link below, it is already a known issue.

Amazon damage of an item.

My name is Tony Bobet resided at 1710 Seward Avenue, Bronx, New York City 10473, apart#5-g, I am filing an complaint to an commissioner, Stacey Monahan located at 5 Birchwood Court #304, Amesbury, MA 01913. I order an item its cd of Mariah Carey. when I received the item. its have her name on it. when I order it its doesn't say that a seller name will be there. and, they wait me to send it back without an return label.

Amazon how they con people to sign up for a membership if you order something online and choose 2 day shipping

I was looking for a charging wire for a laptop that went bad and I found one on google I ordered it and when I picked 2 day shipping I was automatically signed up to Amazon Prime for a 1 year subscription which I never asked for, and its not that I don't like them it was I wasn't givin the choice of making the decision myself, It was taken from my credit card without my knowledge or without me agreeing to it and that pissed me off bigtime, The bottem line is that I want to choose what I'm signing up for and how much its going to cost me!

Amazon popsocket and stress ball

First, I got a gift card for my birthday, I was SO happy, but now that I know the truth about Amazon, I am never shopping Amazon again. So I bought a bunch of stuff and it all came without any problem. But when I bought a stressful, and it never showed up, I was not happy. I asked for my money back and Amazon said I could have it back. But, guess what, I didn't get it back. Now it is time for the popsocket. I ordered it, got it, and it broke after two days. I am never shopping with amazon again, IT WAS ALL A SCAM!

Amazon scams

1. Some items clearly say you do not ship to Thailand, so we picked another items, that said you do ship here. Obviously where the problems start, not knowing what you can & cant ship the items.

2. You State you use USPS, which is a lie, you use a third party (I-Parcel) that has restrictions on these products, body oils of all things!

3. I placed (1) one order with you, then you segregated it without warning into orders 4 shipments without even asking, which is a headache to keep track of.

4. Your shopping cart / website is designed to minimize human contact to the point where the customer can do nothing but call to sort this out.

5. It took 2 hours to place this undeliverable order.

6. You then sent multiple text messages for each item rather than a clear consolidated Invoice by email to easily keep track of things.

7. Please cancel the entire order and credit are credit my Visa.

8. I will now post this complaint as many places as possible

9. Further I will never order from Amazon again

10. And very convenient you make sure you offer no direct email for issues like this.

11. You canceled this shipping without even saying what the silly restriction was? Real Crap Service!

Ordering multiple items from Amazon to outside the US is a nightmare.

There process after the order and getting things sorted out is a nightmare.

Just buy direct from the manufacture after you see an items you like on Amazon... Save the headache!

Amazon charges for paying members

I have been an amazon customer for 5 years. They signed me up for additional services for $99 a year and I also received a chase amazon credit card which I do not use other than occasionally purchasing items from amazon. I did a return of a dvd that cost $47 and received only $23 in return due to a restocking fee. I feel that after charging me $99 for a membership that the "restocking" was a bit extreme since I had not used it. I never complain or even return items and this really made me mad enough to write a complaint. I will be cancelling all service and cutting the credit card up for future reference.

Amazon charge not authorized.

Made a purchase on Amazon Prime and was charged an additional $9.62 for a video. This is the 2nd time I have been charged in excess of what I ordered! My question is this! Why can't we shop securely on Amazon? My order was placed 2/22/18 for contact remover devices. I called and had the charge reversed this am...but I am very unhappy!

I don't think I need to include details. I'm sure this is not a one time event! Why does this happen?

Amazon amazon video

My two sons signed up for a free trial of Amazon Video in November. They had to use my credit card to do it - even though it was a free trial.
They cancelled it before the trial ended but I was still charged two subscriptions in December, January and February.
Many phone calls resulted in being told that my sons did not have subscriptions so they couldn't cancel them! But the charges keep coming.

Amazon palmed it off on some other company, they washed their hands of it.

So I am being charged every month for a service which my sons neither want NOR have access to and Amazon say that cannot be happening and they have no way to cancel charges on something which does not exist.

One of my sons has finally deleted his entire Amazon account, which seems to have stopped the charge.

What is wrong with you? I have spent thousands of dollars telephoning the USA to try to deal with this - is it some scam where you think because it is a relatively small charge I won't notice or care?

Amazon customer service. false advertising on amazon

I purchased items that were advised as having a signed signature in the box. There was no signature. Flase advertising. I wanted to complain but as the product was not over $50 amazon will not accept complaints. Terrible policy i will never use amazon again.
The company i bought from is Topps i sent a complaint got no response.
Please can u let me know how to resolve this issue. These cards were for christmas and a terrible dissapoinment

Amazon rataway fragrance from rataway.com

On A Google search for Rataway Fragrance from Rataway.com

It says at the top Rataway Fragrance/Amazon.com when you click on the link
to Amazon. com it says Rataway Fragrance and you can not buy Rataway Fragrance on Amazon .com it has never been for sale on Amazon. Rataway Fragrance is the name of the product owned by Rataway.com. Google needs to stop this false advertising. It is Bait and Switch. This started before October 2016, an email was sent to Amazon to stop this. Can not contact Amazon to stop this false advertising

Amazon amazon prime

December I ordered a few items on Amazon, and there was a screen that said I have qualified for Amazon Prime for quicker delivery etc. So obviously I clicked on it.

Thereafter I proceeded with my order and got delivery the next day, Great!

Whilst speaking to my daughter she said that I have become a Prime member without realising. I said that isn't possible. However when she checked my Amazon account I had indeed been debited £79 from my bank account.

I called them to complain that I had nothing to confirm that this money was being removed from my account, No confirmation that I had become a Prime Member or an e-mail to confirm that I had become a Prime Member. Yet when I order anything on Amazon I received several e-mails and in fact am asked to confirm my order before proceeding.

They said they will pass on the feedback and I received a refund.

I put my experience on Facebook and am not surprised that the same has happened to several of my friends. Luckily we all noticed we were in a "trial period" and received our money back. There must be many people who unwittingly become Prime members and don't realise.

It's disgusting under handed behaviour from such a large company.

Amazon where is my money?

Something is wrong with my disbursed of funds. I was supposed to get paid almost a month ago and still nothing. Amazon keeps pushing the disbursement date back. A seller should not wait a month for Amazon to release funds. The representatives I talk with on the telephone are completely clueless. I end up waiting on hold for a good 20 minutes and they never resolve the problem. Can someone look into my Amazon account and explain why Amazon has not released my money yet? My account is... Amazon 1 pcs finger bicycle and 1 set finger skateboards

I ordered above items from you Saturday 13th January for my grandson, they should have been delivered within 48 hrs, not counting the weekend it is now 5 days, my money has been taken via pay pal so could I have refund please. I didn't get a receipt from you as I usually do when ordering goods, I don't know what else to put, I feel I have let my grandson down, could you resolve this quickly please, I await your reply, hopefully today

Amazon amount debited

Amazon customer care number india [protected]... Late delivery, tempered package
I ordered a moto 4g plus 32gb mobile from amazon india, order number is [protected], delivery was advertised within the same day, but on booking I was shocked to see it showing as between 10th june to 13th june. When the courier came to deliver I found the seal open, anyone could have seen it. I refused the delivery.

If this is the way amazon behaves than I am not surprised that its facing tough competition from flipkart, who deliver as per the promise they make.

Amazon service

I purchased a stove off Amazon that was supposed to arrive on Dec 27 and it was going to come in from Mississauga and surprisingly it came in 1 or 2 days late and i wanted to know if you guys can update the tracking NO. as delivered. And if you guys can inform Amazon Canada about this issue.

I regularly check my mail and it am sure it came in late, which it should not have.

Also, another issue I am having is I am supposed to receive 3 items from China with the track NO. RM939694339CN. I could not get a status on the website and seller told me to contact you guys and I have tried calling Canada Post Service twice and was on hold for over 2 hours. If you can, can you please find out where these items are. I know it has arrived in Canada, but do not know where it is.

i have resolved the first complaint I had with Amazon, but can you try to help me out with the other issue:
I am supposed to receive 3 items from China with the track NO. RM939694339CN. I could not get a status on the website and seller told me to contact you guys and I have tried calling Canada Post Service twice and was on hold for over 2 hours and I cut the call because no one answered. If you can, can you please find out where these items are. I know it has arrived in Canada, but do not know where it is.

Amazon - I still have not received the item that I paid for

Amazon vipoutlet refuses to honor guarantee for refurbished saw they, describe as "like new grade a" only it doesn't cut wood

I would have given this saw a 4 if it had not been for the seller's fulfillment mistakes and the Amazon A to Z Guarantee Program policies. I purchase a refurbished saw for $128 ($140 w/ shipping); which is $60 less than I could a new one. VIPOUTLET was the seller. VIPOUTLET in their description said the saw had been inspected and was "Grade A, like new". The saw they sent me was missing the Quick Stand (worth $75), Rip Fence (worth $37) and anti kickback plate. Not sure if this was intentional or due to incompetence; highly unlikely these items were stolen out of the box. More likely the seller needed the parts for another customer.
I told VIPOUTLET I wanted to keep the saw and asked they offer a partial refund to cover the expense of buying replacements. Eventually after 1 hour with them on the phone they offered $64 which I could not expect. VIPOUTLET said to return the saw for refund which I refused because I needed it for a deck renovation. Long story short I've cancelled Prime--A to Z Guarantee program said I had to return the saw, else they would cancel my claim against the seller. I believe now that the A to Z Guarantee program supports the seller (first priority) and not the consumer. Why else did they say return the saw after I told them I did not want to return the $140 saw. I bought a new one from Home Depot for $199. Notice the Amazon return boxes in the background of the picture, smiling at sellers failure and after dumping on me. Saws, foreground, are from my Home Depot purchases, they do work!

Amazon deceptive

I just placed an order to Amazon and I was using rewards points for part of my purchase. The amount I was trying to use was $46.54. One of the items in my list had an incentive to delay receipt and I would be credited $10 for Amazon Market or something like that and the rewards points dropped down to $28.54! So they were trying to use $18 of my rewards points (these are reward points from a credit card - I don't use airline miles rewards, etc.) to "give" me $10 to spend on their site! I didn't read all the legal mumbo jumbo, so I'm sure it's in there to be "legal" but don't be deceived! They were trying to steal from me!

Amazon shoes

Package was left near the side of the road instead of bringing it to our house. The delivery info online the driver submitted stated it was left on an outside porch. This is an ABSOLUTE LIE! My husband just happened to see our package leaning against a tree next to the road where the driveway comes in. Our driveway is long and winds back into the woods. We have never had a package dropped off at the side of the road in this manner.
