Amazon bulesk braded i-phone charger multi size pack.

I wag glowing with pride thinking that I got an incredible deal. The cables just did not last. I was in Hawaii, My I-phone just died. Took to apple authorized office on Kilauea Ave. in Hilo. They hooked up my I phone for diagnostics. At the end it was determined the cable was not apple approved and it did not provide sufficient protection. It was an I-Phone 6.
I want someone to be held responsible and reimburse me for my loss.

Amazon prime membership fee

I put money into my Amazon account to cover my prime membership. Instead of using the credit in my account, my credit card was charged. I called and asked them to receive the charge on my credit card and use the credit in my account. I was told that could not be done. I said fine refund the gift card balance. I was told that could not be done either. All that could be done was to cancel my Amazon Prime membership. So I guess you're just going to keep my credit balance until I make a purchase. That is totally unacceptable and can be construed as fraud.

Amazon purchasing items

I have an issue with Amazon.com about ordering items on their website and I had problems trying to login on my accounts with them. Many times I had to put in passwords for my accounts and it keep denying me entry on it. I'm having a hard time gaining access on both of my accounts. First, they said it couldn't ship the items because there was some issue with the card I have which is Bankmobile vibe. Second, was trying to login on Amazon.com. And lastly, was to remove items. I would someone to look further into this matter.

Amazon free credit scores - trying to win a $1000 amazon gift card

I got sucked into trying to win $1000 Amazon gift card I had to pick one of about 6 sites & I picked the free credit score as it was free-I later received an email welcoming me. Saying I can cancel within 7 days or pay $39.99 per month. I deleted the email after writing down the phone # to cancel [protected]. I have called twice to be told they can't find me email address or home address. What do I do? Can you help me.
I don't want anything but cancel this subscription.

Amazon defective dell laptop

I bought a Dell laptop from Amazon on 31 August.but they send me a faulty product. When I called them they told for replacement.. after 2 days they told the seller has changed so I will be refunded my money.
They arranged a pickup on 7th September... their pickup person didn't visit my home and mentioned that my room was locked... from 7 to 13 September everyday morning and evening I called them and chatted with them but they always told lie and fake information provided... everytime they told it will be picked up by next working day or within 24 hours .. everyday they give assurance that it will be picked up by tomorrow...but already 1 week spend still nobody came for pickup the defective laptop...
Being FRUSTRATED I send email to Jeff and Amit...but still didn't get any response...they are sending faulty product and they don't want to take it back ..they are doing fraud and cheating with customers...

I ordered 4 books on Amazon.com March 15, 2018, after two months waited, I only received one book. Amazon.com asked me to refund then replace the order. I replaced a new order for 2 of the same books, then waited for 2 more months, nothing arrive so I contact amazon.com again, I was told I have only two options: refund or send replacement books, I insisted I must get the books as they are for my client, which I promised to deliver to them. So Amazon.com operate to place a new replacement order, then I waited for another 2 months again, but still receive nothing. September, I contact Amazon.com, they give me only one choice is refund.

No matter I contact America's customer service or China's customer service, I only get one choice after half year, that is refund. Then if I insist to send replacement, they asked me to refund first, then place a new order, then keep waiting again for another 2 months, and not sure if I can finally get my books...this is Amazon.com

If you were Amazon.com's customer, what's your feeling?

AGAIN, I MUST GET THE BOOKS, I DON'T AGREE TO REFUND.

There is no way for customer to complain, their customer service will block down all complain by ask you to refund then close the order.

Amazon wig and a firestick

I made a order on amazon never received it called them they said they will canceled wig and send a replacement fire stick at no charge now telecheck over charged my account I need my money back I called company and they said its not them its telecheck so at the seem time there both robbing customers. they went in my bank account three times for the seem charge..

Amazon order # [protected]

This is so bad in customer service, I'm embarrassed I'm still an Amazon customer. Product was ordered to be sent to a different address than my home address. It was sent to my home - the WRONG address. I had to run out the day before I flew to Asia to get the product I needed. When I returned home, the product was there. Customer service was slow, uncaring, unapologetic, offered no interest or compensation for all my lost time and effort. The photo proves I sent this over 10 days ago using the label you sent me. Amazon has gone so far downhill in the last year... what happened?

Amazon withholding stealing royalties

Amazon KDP published Sean Diddy Combs hip hop series A Damsel In Distress April of 2017. Actresses Vanessa Reyes Adrienne Roberson and Felicia Farraday narrated the series. Episodes 1 thru 16 we're produced, yet only episode two was published on iTunes and Audible by Amazon. We called the company many times asking about the missing audiobooks and we're given the run around. Now we have had our author portal shut down and cannot see sales reports or royalties. We received an email stating Amazon tried to pay us our royalties, but we aren't able to update the financial information because the portal is shut down. Amazon is stealing intellectual property and royalties from celebrities. Is Jeff Bezos a crook? You decide.

Amazon customer service

Do not buy from Amazon. Their customer service has become among the worst in the industry. I purchased a number of items all of which were not the products that I ordered, were defective, and/or were damaged. I was instructed to return the items at my cost and Amazon would refund the money and reimburse me for the shipping charges. Amazon did not refund my money and did not reimburse me for the shipping charges. I spent four months hassling with customer service in an attempt to resolve the matter. Amazon has refused to do anything about it and, in fact, has told me that if I raise the issue with them anymore, I will be ignored. That is some excellent customer service. I have no products, I have no refund, and I have not been reimbursed. The letter I sent was addressed to Mike Roth, the Vice President of North America Operations. He referred the matter to a customer service specialist to take care of whose name was Amanda Beach. Amanda is the most obnoxious and hostile Amazon representative. The public should be careful in buying from Amazon unless they guarantee you a refund with a prepaid shipping label. Amazon is next on the list to go downhill. When a company customer service fails, the company falls through the hole. The next thing to come is that Amazon's fulfillment centers will be for sale, along with their newly purchased Amazon prime aircraft.

Amazon amazon prime

IMHO Amazon Prime is the biggest scam ever created. Prices change every few minutes and are not that low IMHO. Customer service used to be good, now I think it is terrible. I would rather have the $119 than the privilege of paying for two day shipping, which frequently does not happen. I tried to leave reviews on products purchased but Amazon would not let me. Prime video is misleading because some titles cost money to watch, and the selection is primarily old movies you can get at your library. Also local retailers such as Walmart, Target and Best Buy will price match Amazon.

Amazon theft of royalties and intellectual property

Amazon had six months from the date of the production to put the audiobooks on iTunes and Audible. All but episode two is missing. Amazon and Audible won't respond to Sean Diddy Combs calls. Someone named John M. With Amazon wrote a letter saying he was shutting Diddy's author platforms down. The audiobooks continue to earn royalties and Diddy isn't getting paid. People at Amazon are stealing celebrities intellectual property.

Amazon headset not delivered - order reference [protected]

I bought a headset at Amazon.com to be delivered in NYC in Aug 10th, since it was impossible to get it delivered to Cayman. A friend of mine was supposed to bring it, since he would go to NYC in August 20th. Amazon is saying it was delivered, but nobody received in the address. I'm trying to reach Amazon to solve the problem, but they are asking for a police report, but I can't file it since I'm in Cayman.

Amazon home services

I placed an order for home services ( gutter cleaning). It asked for my zip code to give me availability and the first availability was 7 days later, which I requested and they also requested to give 3 different time slots and i chose those too. 1 week later on the day of the service nothing happened so I called the costumer service and they are saying there is no garantee, And they didn;t have anyone to come in. I even asked them to please resolve this now and try to find someone even for the next few days but they didn't even try to help with that. They keep saying you can reschedule, I trused amazon, I am moving out of the house and have very little time. Basically they are saying you paid for a service and we gave you a date that we can't even garantee and the service may or may not be available to you in a few month or not

Amazon free gift cards

I am Erin Nida. My email address is [protected]@aol.com. I wish to be unsubscribed from receiving anymore "free" gift cards from any company that you manage, especially the Amazon gift cards. I am a guest on my hubbys account and I don't have a credit card or cellphone. These constant intrusions, of $1000.00 free gift cards, every time I open up my aol account, are nothing more to me than harassment. I don't shop online and, now that I have been being harassed by them ( with these stupid gift cards), I would never shop at Amazon.com.

Amazon being charged for audible when I did not buy it; you have charged me $14.95 for many months and I would like to be reimbursed.

I am a member of Amazon Prime and one month I noticed a charge of $14. 95. I checked back the previous 5 months and the charges were billed to me without my permission. I would not buy Audible anyway because I can access this service with my Prime membership. I have not been able to use my phone for a while or I would have contacted sooner. Amazon prime

I recently cancelled my Prime membership to find that I was paying twice, once to amazon.co.uk and once to amazon.com.
I have been corresponding with amazon.co.uk raising a complaint which has received the template response of "I have checked with the details of the issue and I understand that you want to know the details of our complaints procedure and I am sorry to know you feel that our previous correspondence has pointed you in direction of contacting Amazon.com. I would like to inform you that the Executive Customer Relations Department is the most senior department to which a complaint may be raised in relation to Amazon.co.uk. As such, your correspondence has been treated as a formal complaint. This department liaises with customers on behalf of Amazon's most senior executives".
How can I raise a complaint with Amazon Inc? as the answer is inadequate.

Amazon rude/unprofessional customer service

Hi, on Aug 19, 2018, around 9:00 PM I contacted Amazon Brazil to ask for more information on how to send a book from the Kindle store to my husband's Kindle device. The chat operator was rude and unprofessional, either the answers were lousy short or he was patronizing me.

I asked him to register a suggestion for improvement on the topic, as he told me I would receive an email showing that the suggestion was made in my name. I never received the email, leading me to conclude that he didn't do what he promised.

I felt really bad about it, I was very disappointed with Amazon. And I would love to see an action in this regards. A screenshot of part of the conversation is attached to this feedback.

Amazon icooltech

I am a loyal, solid, amazon prime customer. I place many orders with you monthly & am generally very pleased with amazon prime, your excellent customer service & follow up if any problems exist. Thank you. I have never had a problem with returns & you are always prompt & courteous. I have until now, also never dealt with a foreign chinese company on amazon before & can now see why I avoid dealing with them like the plague. I want a full investigation. Please look at my last half dozen orders from junlan, ningmi, ohoo, & then 'icooltech'. They are for performance fitness work out clothes. I am a professional athlete & certified uspta & ppr tennis pro for 28 years & am used to dealing with quality products such as nike, adidas, etc... Against my better judgement I ordered about a dozen products from the companies just mentioned. I am a men's large for shirts & tank tops & very true to size. The products sent to me in a large were all the size of a men's medium by us standards & I can see now that I am not the first of hundreds, possibly thousands of similar complaints. I had to send them all back, a lot of wasted time & effort & will at least say for the most part, no problem with being offered a ups return authorization.in my opinion the products were mis represented by incorrect us sizing compared to chinese men's sizing of similar products. This return circus is time consuming, my dime to the ups store & aggravation I don't need. You will agree. This icooltech company would not send a ra. They were the only company who on their return authorization sight did not offer 'incorrect size sent' as a valid reason for return. Please check their competitors. They informed me it was not cost effective, really? For who? 1st response, "would I take a 20% discount from the full amount of what I paid"? Really, I wrote them back explaining "unacceptable" & would like to forward this e mail correspondence to you at prime & please ask for a full investigation (or you can please dissolve my prime membership) I don't have time to negotiate this back & forth. I accepted their last request for a 40% reduction of my 100% already paid for bill. Fair? Hardly,... But i'm done with them & exactly why I want other prime customers to know exactly what they are dealing with when buying foreign, chinese men's fitness clothing products. Every other company I listed was fair & I actually repurchased their exact products in an xl. Icooltech has not offered an r/a. I simply want other customers to be aware of this & have you look into why we have to deal with this bs. This is why I pay extra to be safe guarded as a prime amazon customer. I also believe in doing the right thing. I do not mind paying for shipping if in the wrong & very rarely write bad reviews. I want this looked into please. I will forward my e mail correspondence if you give an agent or case number & an e mail where I can send you my correspondence. You have an excellent company. I plan to remain a loyal prime customer for years to come, but when their is a problem I also expect a valid response. I sincerely thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
