Unhone mujhe mere 500 and 10 rupees diye or us staff ne kha ki aapka balance 500and13 or maine us cashier ko kha ki 3 rupees dijiye mere to bah bolta h ki aapko rhe h 5 rupay dene like seriously bo un paanch rupay ki baat kr rha tha jo ki usne galat bill bnaya tha or fir bhi maine jaane diya or maine usko kha ki lijiye aap 10 rupay or apne 5 rupay jitne bhi h inme se lijiye or bo kahta h nai nai bo to aap kah rhe the na isliye or mai bha se chli gyi or aadhi bate to mujhe yaad bhi nhi h mai bas yeh chahti hu ki future m bo log aisi galati na kre un logo ko sharm aani chahiye

Hi Concerned,

It is just brought to inform u, Every time facing a concern related about billing, but now yesterday I faced the concerned about Reward point, While the billing just inform to billing executive please redeem my 500 reward point from today billed. After that, Mr. Anuj billing executive totally deny I can't do it. Why give rewards if not usable. Need to check this concern on priority. If this kind of service provided by billing executive, that means totally worst for Amartex.

Today i.e 07th Mar, 2022, I have purchased some items of Rs. 170/- as per the enclosed bill from Amartex Sanjauli Store.

But the cashier present at that time not gave bill to customer billed before me. He is billing in a one compile bill sheet and telling the bill amount to customer.

When I said that I required bill then he asked me that if I need then you can get the bill.

I want to ask from the Amartex company that Is it optional for the customer to take bill or its mandatory to give bill to customer ?

2ndly when I just enquired that there is any problem in software/machine that you are not giving bill then he said that are you software engineer?

Is it the way to talk to customer if any body ask question from cashier ?

Then I asked him to provide me the store incharge number then he said that he was the store incharge. Then I asked to provide me some higher authority number then he provide me number [protected].

Then I called on that number . That number belongs to real store incharge number as per the communication with him.

Then I provide him details about all the incident related to bill and the behaviour that amartex employees shown to clients .

He assured me to take a needful action. But I doubt that any action will be taken.

Now I request to kindly do the needful to enquire the matter thoroughly with the cctvs present at counter so that needful action can be taken against that employee .

I made oder with order no.8913, dated 18/04/2021, time 06:41PM and it was accepted by amartex for next day of delivery but it was not deliver on that day for which it was fix for delivery.it was delivered on 20/04/2021 at 09:09PM. I made call to amartex c.care and they said that it will not repeat again but on for next order I am facing same problem as the order was accepted on dated 03/04/2021, time 7:49 PM with order no. 9517 but not deliver till date ...I am totally disappointed with amartex service because there is no one who will listen the complaint ..I made number of call to the help line but not deliver my order till now pls take appropriate action for this service act against the delivery partner for delaying oder ...bcz it is very poor service which was provided till now to me by amartex staff Chandigarh

I am Kanak Hasta from Rampur Bsr (Himachal Pradesh). Today, on 24/01/2020, I paid Rs 2982.00 for the bill amount of goods from Amartex store in Rampur Bsr. After billing, I found out that there was a lucky draw of ₹3000.00 for the amount above Rs 3000.00 while no such information was shared to me by Biller. Only some goods of ₹18.00 were to be purchased. So I am very disappointed with your store and service about this. Please treat this amount as goods of ₹3000.00 and I should be provided with coupon facility. Today's bill is attached together.

I am from kullu himachal pradesh. I puchase some product of rs 852, but due to network problem the payment is made two time and amount was credited 1704 from my account. I requested them to refund my money rs 852 as Bill was of rs852 . But they said it took 7 to 8 days, but as payment is made through paytm and in transaction history it also shows that payment made two times. Then they said money is sent to the company and they solve this matter. I don't understand when all the payment history transaction are already in paytm so why it takes too much time.

I am from chandigarh and I had visited in amartex mohali today... I buyed a 2 packets of tata tea premium.. And free good day of rs. 15 are absolutely free mentioned on the packets.. But billing time their staff charged the money of good day packets.. Amartex services is so bad.. So many people's there.. They are argued for that.. But no one staff member is behave like a civilized persons.. Very cheap services.. I was never visit again there... I request to you take some action against this. Tia
