Sure. Looks like a legitimate bank on the outside. Even has some crude functionality to make it seem like a real bank. So, I applied for a checking account and filled out the forms. But as soon as I tried to deposit the money the bank locked my account and tried to steal my deposit. Fortunately, I was not scammed by this bank. Do NOT trust this bank. I will now have to report my SSN for identity theft because of these con artists.
