This company is a scam company that false advertises its products through fact reviews and misleading. If you have dealt with this company follow my lead and file a civil suit against them for these reasons. Here in florida it is against the law to intentionally false advertise and mislead consumers to buy a product for profit..They profit by speeding you through the process of signing documents and gain income off you with their cancellation terms. Remember and dont let them fool you that you cant file this suit against them because you can.This is illegal here in florida so follow suit and start filing claims against them to stop them from scamming anyone else out of their money with their fale reviews and misleading schemes

I have been ordering a Mazda tribute engine since April 3, until now,nothing has been done to get the engine delivered to me.

Purchased 2 engine .1 engine 2006 Mercury Milan was in horrible condition. The corrsion throughout the engine was bad, pulled the oil plug and chocolate milky water. There defense is power washing. Pulled old spark plugs which would be normal to replace, and it also clearly has corrsion. The flywall would only go into 3 oclock position, clearly states something is not good (locked engine)on this engine.so now Am-autoparts asking for video. Well now the viseo is being manipulated to its mechanic fault. This is ridiculous, with engine still on pallet, same condition as receiving it at this time now informed to send it back for rebursment, having to pay for shipping it back. Now they have their engine, my money they are refusing to give me my money back. They are and have SCAMMED me a loss of 1400. This is not right and will take any legal action necessary

Beware they DELETE ALL BAD REVIEWS on their site. Bought engine with 3-yr guarantee. "All motors run tested on their ads." Could not have been tested--it was locked up with broken parts etc. The guarantee has fine print that engine must be installed within 15 days and warrantee activated afterward. Mechanic could not schedule that fast, so they will not honor their warrantee. I believe this to be a scam by shipping bad motors which cannot be installed and therefore the warrantee cannot be activate.

#3184892 Bought used engine $1399 with 3yr guarantee and was delivered few days late in July. So mechanic moved be to end of line. Attempted to install motor month later and motor was bad. Rockers not attached, valve not seated, valve cover broken. Repair would be $1000+. Finally able to contact AMUAP claims and they wanted pictures. Pictures emailed twice and no replies for 2 weeks. Called them today and they refused guarantee because it didn't apply until after the engine was installed. (couldn't install it since bad). They refused any consideration. They have umpteen complaints and F with the BBB.

I order a motor for a 2005 ford ranger vin E 4.0 they send a motor for a 2001 ford not sure what model, they refused to accept back, an only if I paid shipping, they should accept n refund my full price I have ordered on the 16 of April it took 3 weeks n then I received the wrong motor.I spoke with Bryan n he insists it's the right motor which is not

I bought an engine for $1499 for my Honda ridgeline, they came with a big hole so my mechanic sent back because he can used that piece of crap so I call and they said I have to paid restocking fee and delivery fee for these. They sent a bad check BOUNCE and then I called and they said I have to wait 3 months. Really. I want all my money back from these company. I need an advice to get my money back. At the end I have to paid for another engine for different company. Advice please

Brain Johnson and AM Auto Parts sold me a 2012 Tribeca engine that was bad; Very Dirty, oil sludge built up. After installing timing belt, camshaft sensors, crankshaft sensor numberous oil changes that had to be replaced. AM auto and Brain has not done anything about the warranty after contacting and trying to contact the company about my displeasures with them. I've had so many problems with this engine that I could have purchased another. Scam Company, Don't buy from them. Really, Really wish I had done my homework and researched all the reviews.

I live in CA and purchased a used transmission for my 2012 Nissan Murano without checking for reviews and sorely regret it now. It took 10 days to receive a tracking number and over two weeks to receive the part. If that wasn't bad enough, the part they sent was defective and my mechanic refused to install it.

I contacted them via phone and email and even sent video clips of the defective transmission and compared it to a proper working one (since there is no way to diagnose it without it being inside a vehicle). They reviewed my video clips and agreed over the phone that it appeared to be defective and would contact me after submitting it to their warranty department and let me know if the costs of shipping it back would be covered. That was over a week ago on December 20, 2019. I never got a call or email so I called them back on Monday December 23rd, only to find out they are closed the entire week for Christmas (something they could've mentioned over the phone!).

I followed up again today, December 30, 2019, and the rep I have been working with since the purchase (Joseph Miller) acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, so I asked for a manager. He put me on hold for 15 minutes to "get a manager", then came back on the line to tell me the manager wasn't available until after the new year (how convenient), and that he now remembers my issue and will follow up with their warranty department to cover the costs of shipping the 250+lb defective transmission back to them on the East Coast.

I am without a vehicle for over a month now, incurring rental car costs during the worst time of the year for this to happen, and let me tell you, a single mom of 2 kids on a fixed income, $1, 200 for a defective part and the hassle of dealing with such dishonest and uncaring people is not how I envisioned spending my Holidays and my hard earned money.

Perhaps I am naive, but I am still hoping these people will do the right thing so that I don't have to incur more expenses and headache to take legal action!

They sold me a bad engine they said they did a compression check I paid for the engine and all the gaskets water pump oil pump ect and labor and the engine is no good i'm out over 1600 dollars they will not answer emails or return phone calls they gave an unrealistic 15 days to file for the warranty and there was christmas and new years in that 15 days and most shops can't drop everything to complete this job in 15 days this company is a rip off and has many complaints on the better business bureau which I wished I would have checked before I lost all this money

Am and joseph miller sold me a bad engine and won't honor their warranty because I took the heads off after it had bad compression and I wanted to know why before I spent $1500 having it put in. They said that they had a motor in stock with 81, 000 miles but in reality they searched for one for 2 weeks and had one shipped from ohio with unknown milage. Now i'm out 895.00 and can't afford to get another engine

I would be happy to see at least one positive review about them, but it's impossible because they are obviously very very bad.
Even though they sell used parts they assure us that before selling everything gets checked. Don't believe this.
I ordered twice and my friend ordered once and both of us got damaged parts. Yes, they were used, but surely not tested before shipping. So what's the point of their promised then if they don't care about a simple checking?

I've ordered an engine from this website AM Used Auto Parts and they said I'll get it within two or three weeks. One month passed and there was no sign of my order, so I contacted them via email and asked why was it taking so long. They did not reply, so I sent another email and they ignored me again.
Then I found their phone number and called. Someone picked up the phone and after I explained the reason I called they put me on hold and then disconnected. Scammers!

Do not order anything from AM Used Auto Parts, everything they sell is a total junk!
I have purchased an engine from them and the one arrived was incorrect. They promised to deliver a replacement and it actually took forever (over two moths) to do that! When I received it I was extremely angry because it arrived damaged!
I contacted them again and demanded my money back, but they said that it was not possible. They also said that they had already did enough for me! Are you kidding me? Yes, they did send me a replacement, but it was completely smashed! Never again!

Don’t deal with the company www.amuap.com. I have purchased engine from them, but the delivery was very slow and the engine didn’t fit at all. I have returned the engine and asked to return whole sum, but the seller told me “ok”. However, he hasn’t returned money and vanished somewhere. I can’t find him now, maybe someone can help me.

I bought motor from the company www.amuap.com. It worked only 10 days and my car broke in the middle of the motorway. I called to the company and explained my problem, but the seller told me that they have checked the motor. It was in perfect conditions. Therefore, they refused to provide any assistance or help. I was upset, because the motor cost me really large sum. Not recommended place, because of their parts.
