Ad on their website for owners of vacation rental
HUGE SCAM : Takes your money, but brings nothing good for it !
After very heavy insiting calls and many guarantee promises, I unfortunately subscribed for an expensive one year ad, in February 2014.
What a mistake !
I DID NOT GET ONE SINGLE CONTACT ! Yes, you're reading well, NOT ONE touch, any kind !
When I contacted them, they simulated a surprise, and "compensated" me by renewing my ad for free, for another year and half.
Again, nothing happened, again I DID NOT GET ONE SINGLE CONTACT !
That means 30 months without any positive result, only a big waste of money.
Today (August 2016), they suggest me to renew my ad with a 10% discount ... is that a joke ?
AVOID ABSOLUTELY !

This company contacted me via skype with a lot of empty promises where they offered a year subscription about a year ago - heard nothing from them again, received NO bookings whatsoever and now they just withdrew money from my credit card - this seems like a fraudulent company and the bank will have to be informed. No info about rent, impossible to reach the rep
I rented house through the company www.AlwaysOnVacation.com. I paid deposit and waited for the info, but the rep didn’t provide it. I was really disappointed and wanted to cancel everything. I called them and complained, but the situation didn’t change, ‘coz no one replied. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. As well as avoid this company or you will get the same problems as I.

Fraud Company
This company is supposedly a hospitality company. When calling a client, they make all sorts of claims that they pass on a lot of business. However, during one year, no business was routed to us. At the time of the renewal, we had made it very clear to the company that we are not interested in the renewal. They still went ahead and charged the money on my credit card. When i called them up, their accounts department said that they were not aware of any payments. Moreover, they have been calling my competition and lying how much business they have given me in the last one year. Luckily most of them are my friends who called me up. Everyone should stay away from them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

yes, everything is right. The very first Years like 2012 and 2013 Always on Vacation was good. Later than it became a Problem Company.
No more Inquiries, no Activities now after we paid the last Time. ( Sept.16) My Investigation was at first Paypal... and i saw there that the
Money taking Company NextTrip-Holdings was... The Manager there is Ritesh Raj! He was before working for Always on Vacation, USA, Cal.
I crossed several e-mails with him. The new Company Address is: NextTrip Holdings in Weston, Florida on 2690 Weston Rd.
I sent my Information to PayPal and they opened a Case. If anyone can report the same, because the Payment was going over Paypal,
please contact Paypal to proof all those Details. It is / was a fraud Company, and they will open soon a new Portal EXVG.com... maybe the same Thing with a ne Name... be careful!

I completely agree with most of the above comments. (I can only assume the one positive one was done by one of their own employees). They are a complete waste of time and money. As one person said, jail would be too good for them. They are openly ripping people off. Someone should close them down.
Same comment as many above. After many calls, I accepted a 1 year subscription. Something went wrong in the registration and the double amount was charged. They refused to refund and "offered" a 2 year subscription for the money paid. One week after registration, I received one rental request but without any further business. Could have been a fake request. This was the only request I received in two years. When you try to find there website through a search engine, you will see why: they have zero visibility unless you type their name. I should have done my homework upfront before engaging wqith this fraudulous company.
I completely agree with the large majority of comments here. This company is a complete fraud. This last year I received 2 inquiries total. This compared to 62 inquiries from my VRBO listing and 51 from my FlipKey listing. And, frankly, I have good reason to suspect these 2 inquiries I got were fake. Needles to say, neither of them produced a rental. I have also had the "pleasure" of dealing with them over the phone. They are pushy, they lie, and don't deserve anyone's business. Stay away from these crooks!
I also listed my Swiss ski chalet with them for 1 year from October 2014. Not one single enquiry. Avoid them it has proved to be a waste of money. Homeaway has proved to me much more successful.
I Listed for 1 year, never got a single inquiry . I do have a listing on Vacationhomerentals.com, and my home stays booked during the season . Not impressed with AlwaysOnVacation.com . Will not waste money on them again .
This is a thoroughly dishonest company avoid it like the plague- do not give them your credit card details because they will try to milk your account on a yearly basis without your knowledge or approval.
I was phoned by this supposed " company" around 18 months ago. They were very enthusiastic and persuaded me to part with NZ $500 for a 2 year listing. Not only have I had NOT ONE SINGLE BOOKING, but THEY HAVE STUDIOUSLY IGNORED EVERY EMAIL I've sent them complaining about the lack of bookings etc. Phone calls are no better, although quite how you contact a caller from somewhere in India I've no idea. I'm seriously thinking of reporting them to the fraud authorities.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE RIP-OFF MERCHANTS, THEY'RE A TOTAL DISGRACE TO THE HOLIDAY INDUSTRY. Jail would be too good for them.
I am happy with the Alwaysonvacation services.i got 17 confirm bookings in 1 year..its less but I am satisfied.I also get 10 times return on my investment. but i have a very bad experience from homeaway..i didn"t get a single booking..only their name exists in the market.they do nothing.Everyone should stay away from them.

I subscribe with Alwaysonvacation on april 2014 paying for one year gold subscription quite 300 dollars.
In one year I received only 3 requests of info and NO ONE reservation.
They are a completely FLOP.

Avoid them
I was contacted by representative of this company who offered me 30% discount on all of their offers, I was also told that this company is partner of Ryanair and after that I was stupid enough to give my card details in order to do reservation. I was told that I will get call back in 20 minutes but those were last words I've heard from them.
I was contacted by them a year ago and they promised a full refund if i did not make 10 times my money back. So this year in April (2 months before renewal date) I started emailing about a full refund and to cancel my subscription. I did not receive a single booking or a even a request through their site during the entire year. Both my emails where ignored and now they decided to deduct another years subscription. Now I eventually I am contacted and told that there is nothing they can do about refunding my money. This company has very unethical business practises and I would like to know if there is anywhere we could report them (an association of sorts which controls these online vacation rental site)
