I placed an order and never got tracking information, called the phone number which was fake, I feel that I got ripped of 90 plus dollars and no way to contact anyone. So any information on this would be greatly appreciated because now it's just to late the said shipping date came and went. How can a company get away with this and I paid with PayPal, I will be contacting them also to see if there's grounds for legal action.

I ordered the first one, and after placing the order...was told it wasn't going to be there until the day I actually needed it. So I ordered a package of 3 and had it overnighted. I ended up not needing them. I returned both orders unopened to the address they list on their website following every instruction that was listed. I sent it with a tracking #, and saw it was received. The website says refunds are done every Wednesday after the returned products are received. I sent it back way within the 30 days of me receiving it. Never got my refund. When I tried to text the email they provide for questions regarding returns, my message failed to send, both times. This company is a rip off and their email address for returns is a hoax. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Instant clean and shipping
I ordered Instant Clean, the Pre Cleanse and Instant Cleanse for blood on 3/13/17 and paid $39 and change for next day delivery. Needless to say I did not get it the next day. It arrived on the 15th. Pass my testing date. This is the second time this has happened. I ordered Instant Cleanse few weeks earlier and requested two day delivery. It arrived after three days. Not only that the product did not work as advertised. I failed my drug test. They advertise "Trust the science" What is worse is that you cannot get a hold of anybody to complain. They have no number you can call. If you open package you cannot return it. It bothers me that c company sells product and you have no way of contacting them. They just take your money, ship it whenever (Even if you pay for express shipping!)

I ordered their product, received everything, and then determined I wasn't going to need it after all. I talked to them via email and phone and was assured I would receive a refund if they received the product within the 30-day return window.
Now they won't return my calls, emails, or even answer their phones! I suggest you think twice before using this business.
Place an order for a three pack order 100139, They only shipped one. Tried to contact them numerous times and received no response. Rip Off. Complained to Pay Pal and was denied because they showed that a package was shipped to my address. The envelope they sent wouldn't hold three of their product. Turning this over to my credit card.
I have tried contacting ATC numerous times through their email form with no response. Their product did not work and I want to request a refund, but their policy says to return UNOPENED product. What kind of 100% guarantee is that?!
I ordered a product from Always Test Clean, and paid for product and shipping totaling over $45 on June 13th. They charged my card immediately, but I never received my product or tracking number and despite numberous attempts to contact them, I have received no response whatsoever. I think I was just scammed out of $45 and now will have to call my bank and report this as fraud.
This is an Internet RIP OFF SCAM. I selected my type of product and paid for UPS 2nd day Air delivery via credit card.
I got an e-mail confirming ATC was paid from my credit card.
NO e-mail ever came with UPS tracking number or confirmation of shipping of any kind.
No product ever arrived.
The phone is never answered and several messages were left for them to call me. No calls were ever returned.
E-mails remain unanswered.
DO NOT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS with your MONEY !
Same here. I have contacted them 5-10 thousand times (litterally through a script). They only acknowledgement that they received my inquiries was that they blocked my IP address from accessing their site. There are one or two IP addresses out there. I'll keep trying.
