It is true i wouldn't give there money back, but i was going to try to help them on the transmission once i found out what was wrong with it and why it happened. We could never get that far, it was give me the money back or i'm calling a lawyer. From what they told me the vehicle was fine for 10 days and then it started acting up. That is something i couldn't forsee happening.I try to help any of my customers that have problems, but this customer or family wouldn't give me a chance i was the ### of the earth, for not giving them there money back. I do think that i have the right to find out what is wrong with the vehicle and why it happened before i commit to do anything.

    Thank You
