Altisource Rental Homes / Home repairs not completed

My family moved into an Altisource rental home on June 1st. We found heavy mold pre-existing in the house, to the point where we had to immediately move out of the house. We have been living with my parents or in a hotel for 60 days now, and repairs are still not complete. Altisource has been terrible. They have no internal organization or communication policies. They have not called us back when they promised. No one can be called directly, all calls go through an operator, and every person we talk to has to be given the full 60 day story. I have a wife, 4 year old, and 1 year old living in a hotel indefinitely. I will absolutely never do any business with Altisource again.

    When the Wambsganss family moved into their new home they were excited to have a larger place for their children to play and grow. When they started getting violently ill they discovered black mold in the home and had to move out. Altisource promised to have the problem removed; they have failed to maintain their part of the lease agreement. The Wambsganss family has been forced to use finances for alternative housing for longer than they were initially informed, and and they deserve all their money returned with an additional amount for emotional suffering, medical costs, housing, reimbursement for what they have done to the residence, and for their pain and suffering. Altisource has failed this family by forcing separation between them on important landmarks in their family and this has failed as good business practice.
