Altech Netstar / cancel a contract

RE: CANCELATION OF NETSTAR PRODUCT:
This has become an impossible job to do.
I have tried several times in the last week to contact NETSTAR telephonically but with no success - as the phone options lead you to several places and there is just never somebody that answers the phone.
On your voice-answering machine a website address is given to cancel a contract - which again leads you to NO SITE where you can cancel a contract.
Please take note that:
I, Mrs. Mostert wish to hereby CANCEL my contract with Netstar from
28-09-2018 as I have sold the vehicle and will not be responsible for any further instalments.
