Altech Autopage Welkom/Headoffice / Bad Service
This is the worst service I have ever received. I have upgraded my contract on the 28th of March 2015 with a added 1GB of data up to date I have been phoning and asking what the problem is but no one has done anything about it.
Today I phoned again 11th Aug 2015 because I have been billed however I have not received my data nor my airtime. No one can tell me anything (Dora call centre 80292). The first time that I phone I needed to know the problem why the airtime and data are being delayed and yet again no one can tell me. This according to me is contract breach and I will no longer deal with this contract. I will not pay it any longer because I am paying for service which I am clearly not getting. I wish someone can step up to the plate and phone me and tell me what the problem is.
I will not deal with this contract any longer nor will I pay it.
