Customer care didn't any response
I have an ordered a smartwatch which I didn't want to purchase so. i want to talk with them within 2 days i call at least 10 - 20 time but they didn't a single response. Even I also send a e-mail but they didn't reply me.

The fact that you can't even completely remove your credit card info from the site is very fishy. There is an option where you can choose to turn on or off the automated payment function,but there's no way to remove your card. Feels like I just wasted $20 on this useless and boring website. I was tricked to believe it might be a good dating service,but it feels like a total scam,and they won't even refund your money either if you are not totally satisfied.
Desired outcome: I would like my account closed,card removed and refund.

fake profiles, fake photos, fake replies
Fake, fake, fake. Nearly all people into fetish or BDSM have a profile on Fetlife. Not a single one of the clearly fake profiles on Alt.com appear on fetlife.
Virtually ALL people in the BDSM community who want to date go on either collarspace.com or bdsmdate.co.uk, both of which are completely free. On these 2 sites you will find real profiles, not canned rubbish and photos of real people.
Anyone who knows anything about BDSM knows it is a tight community with fetlife being the main go to place, and munches, parties, events. We all know ourselves, a bit like kinky facebook.
It's wrong that these companies can take peoples money and provide zero in return. Even the positive reviews are canned and fake. You cannot leave comments on any of them.
Save your hard earned cash and use the free sites above, they are all excellent with real people.
On Alt.com there are dozens of eligible women in my age range in my city, yet not one of them is known to our tight knit community.
Is ALT.com a rip off site?
I have been there and every time I do go there there is immediate interest by a number of women. They all end up asking for money.
This is not the first time for me. And I spoke to a few local friends and they say they have seen the same thing. To lure them, all you have to do is list as a man and build a profile and not buy full membership. Then you get flooded with a few messages and immediate chat or email requests outside the site. I am wondering now if ALT does it themselves. I do understand how dating sites use Bait girls but these always ask for money.

Alt.com standard (free) members are constantly encouraged to 'update' their membership by taking out a subscription. If you click on a members picture or name you are taken to an upgrade page with the members thumbnail, 'handle' age and area. However they have now changed this page so it no longer includes previously displayed information that told you when last that member signed into their account.
The have deliberately withheld this information now so potential customers are unaware that an account may be inactive until after they pay for a subscription to contact that person. As Alt and other various.inc sites are full of inactive accounts this is poor business practice and I suggest anyone caught by it demand an immediate and full refund.
Bait and Switch.
Ever time a Standard (free) member signs in to Alt and other Various.inc dating sites they are offered the opportunity to purchase 'Gold' or 'Silver' membership subscription packages. I particular they tell customers that 'Gold' will allow them to; Be the FIRST to contact new members, and they tell silver they can; Contact new members. In actual fact they can only contact new members who have also taken out a subscription. They fail to mention that new standard (free) members who form the vast majority are unable to view contacts made to them within their first 50 days of membership. As standard members mails are only held on record 30 days any lost sent is lost before it can be read.
On contacting customer support about this I was advised that they would be able to read and reply to my contact if I purchased 'Standard contacts' (a service only described as allowing standard members to read your profile and INITIATE contact). So they ask you to pay to contact new members yet when you do so they then tell you need to pay for an extra service to enable these new members to actually see the contact. Nowhere in the advertising or in the help pages of the site is this explained, this is all kept from the prospective customer until they have their money.

I reported 4 different scammers asking for "tributes, " financial assistance etc right on the site in messages to me so I did my duty as instructed by hitting the report abuse button on these phony profiles and reported all of these clowns months ago and guess what? All 4 profiles are still up. Good for business to see all of these hotties so idiots like me will sign up. Class action lawsuit anyone because I'm in. One "glamour" photo usually of porn stars ripped off from other sites. And they are easy to spot using the same crap about going to HANGOUTS, WHATSAPP, etc. They tell you that there is no rebilling but you have to go into the site to turn the rebilling "feature" off, something else that they don't tell you convieniently about. Also on each profile there is an option to leave god knows who a "tip" or to use points that you can earn by using these "features" or gee, they'll sell them to you too. I have seen profiles with dollar signs or plain flat out asking for cash right on the profiles so Alt is trying to get more money from you one way or another. There are tons of warnings from lots of men that have found and posted on these bogus accounts and these guys are the ones getting booted from the site. No warnings, no refunds, just piss off trouble makers. Since I paid a ridiculous amount of coin to get onto this glorious [censored]hole of a site occasionally I go on and entertain myself by scamming the scammers that contact me by doing exactly the same that they do in mostly backwards and broken English. I never answer anything that they say or ask me but instead in the end send them the message rcmp-grc.gc.ca romance scams CAFC. And then I just simply block these slimesters. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SCAMMER'S PARADISE that Alt knowingly promotes and protects this crap. Go to a rub and tug instead. At least you'll get a little something for you money. Thank you for creating this forum to warn as many people as you can about this scam site run by scammers exclusively for scammers. Go straight to hell Alt.com.
They banned me and deleted my account without explaining why. When I e-mailed them, they just said I was inappropraite and fraud. They deleted my account and said they would ban me without refund if I became a member again. I asked what I did wrong? Can they prove it?They said they don’t have to tell or prove and that I’m banned. Horrible company.
How true is it no one really is real on this site all the people are made up false ?
This is not a bitter "I didn't meet anybody" rating. Let me tell you why this site is b.s. I met someone and created a profile for her. She did not even have the password (this was part of our control games.) Shortly after creating her profile, my personal profile got a "wink" from hers. Obviously the system FALSELY creates "winks" to get people to purchase the higher level membership (so they can respond to the wink or message.) Also, she was often listed as "online" when she was not.
There are also several fake profiles. The irony is that my sub (who submitted a "proof" photo and was a verified member) was kicked off the site for sending out her personal e-mail and offering to sell personalized videos to other members, or -when local- meet them in person.
We received no answer to "what terms of service did we violate?" However, I am giving a 2 star for the sole fact that they DID refund the unused portion of my year-long membership when I complained that the site was a bunch of b.s. Obviously they do this because they know they'd bet all sorts of better business bureau complaints if they didn't.

Forget about asking for a refund, that isn't an option. There is only one sure fire way to lose them, and that is to go to your bank and say that you lost your card. All the automatic withdrawals stop.
And next time keep your wallet in your pocket.
