I ordered something off of Facebook for Christmas that was simple but the perfect gift for my husband. Without any reason they simply cancelled the order and said they were refunding my money? When I contacted them they stated "We were out of stock on what we sold you, we refunded your money" No customer service what so ever. It didn't matter this was a little over a week before we were celebrating Christmas and they completely left me hanging. Definitely stay away from Altatac they are a shady company that you should not do business with. "
subbing vip pants for cheaper brand rnz
I ordered 2 pairs of Khaki pants from this company, which are suppose to be VIP design and stretchy, instead got 2 pairs of cheaper brand RNZ which are not stretchy and do not fit comfortable as the VIP brand.
Company should advise the customer that they are out of stock and would they accept a replacement of another brand. Its a hazzle to go through ebay refund policy or return the pants which cost $10.93 USPS shipping.
Tablets
I ordered two tables through Walmart.com couldn't download any games through the various playstores. Received a return slip through USPS. After 5 days it was confirmed that both tablets was reviewed and I would receive my refund via the form of payment. Well after 10 days I've only received a refund for one tablet .Haven't been able to get ahold of customer service for a week come Thursday.its like they have went out of business.

Scam!
I have ordered a tablet from AltaTac website and when it arrived it did not turn on! At first I tried to charge the battery but it did not work. I contacted AltaTac customer service and explained the situation. After that they said that I have to send the broken one back and will be given a refund as soon as they get it. I send it back and received a notification from the shipping company that it was successfully delivered, but AltaTac keep telling me they did not receive anything! They refused to give my money back! So I reported them to BBB, contacted the police and my bank. Hope they'll pay for what they've done!
The Marquis tablet that we buy shut off automatically then when we open it it's blinking with the logo we cannot open the tablet... That's what happen the other tablet that we refund... It's not working its. Only 2 months...
It worked for a few weeks. It has stopped working. I need to see about getting a replacement or a refund.
