installation service
I purchased the Escrow script from this company. After purchase, I have messaged them on 4 occasions for help instructions. I even asked to pay the 30 dollar installation fee. I haven't received 1 reply in over a week now. I am so frustrated that I spent my money on this fraud company.
I don't understand how they are even allowed to continue with their website. There has to be a way to close this website down. They are blatantly robbing people. Strength comes with numbers. If anyone has a suggestion on how we can form some sort of petition or class action law suit for this company, please let me know
Scammed on a script
I signed up as an affiliate with Alstrasoft.
I refered a website hosting client to buy their groupon clone.
1) The stupid script has so many bugs and they advertised that they will give Facebook and Mobile plugin if buy it within a week. Guess what, my client bought it a month ago and he still hasn't receive any plugins. They also have so many bugs in the script and they refuse to refund. Stupid paypal won't be able to help you either. Stay away.
2) As an affiliate, it says that I had $70 of credit for referring my client. It stayed there for a couple weeks and then mysteriously erased. I contacted them and they ignored my support ticket. It has been two weeks and I have tried to contact them several times. NO response.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM ALSTRASOFT. THEY ARE REALLY A HUGE SCAMMER. IF THEY REFUND MY CLIENT'S MONEY, I WILL SURELY UPDATE THAT HERE. OTHERWISE, EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM ALSTRASOFT.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND CLIENTS. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR SCAMS LIKE THIS.

I purchased the entire premium package to include all scripts. They dont tell you that after one year your download links will disapeer. Maybe it is in the fine print. Anyways, paid almost 500 dollars and now cant access my scripts. Also the few scripts I do have, like the flippa clone doesnt even work. submitted tickets but no reply. very scammy dont give them your business.
I purchased paypal clone and they sent me a non working script and they dont respond to my emails and chat i got scammed .

I am happy that we did took chance with them & we would love to recommend him to our clients .

Stay clear of this website, it caught me out - awful. Lucky for me I used Paypal and won a refund after complaining. This guy is a wonky typical Chinese cheater not an American sounding John Rose, and is based in Singapore... The Singapore Police are also looking for this guy on grounds of mass fraud. With a bit of luck they will find him and shoot him.
Don't buy from ALSTRASOFT
I just bought ALSTRASOFT two days ago, after i requested a support and open my tick, I ask a copy for installation instruction, for two days I did not get my answer. the man named John Rose, he plays around in live chat, he wants me to pay money to help, and also he lied me "email was sent", I check my email box, Nothing from his support, No installation instruction mail to me. Then later on that day I asked my credit card company to cancel payment, and they did. Done. No more business with ALSTRASOFT.

If the above is true, please be provide more information so that we can verify your claim before we can acertain you are a "real" client in this. You mentioned that we erased your credit for your referral, what is your username? Also you claim that there are bugs, what error did you exactly get? In fact we just release v3.0 with the additional addons and more features. Do forward me your URL so that we can verify on this
I still read about their clone software. Is it still the same now?
