alpine access / hired then let go

1 [email protected], Denver, CO, United States Review updated:

My grand daughter signed up, bought the required headsets and did the required background check etc. and went through the training course. She started the customer contact work and was doing a good job and enjoying it. After 4 weeks of training and 3 weeks of customer contact and while she was on the phone with a customer, she got an e-mail from Alpine Access that her services were no longer needed. No explanation of why she was 'fired' or any recourse avenues to find out why. So after spending around $100 for materials and background checks and only being paid minimum wage for 7 weeks, she is 'let go' without explanation. What a 'nice' company to work for.

was hired and after 8 weeks was let go for poor performace without a warning was told I was doing a good job. Did everythng I was told to do and still had problems with getting help when I needed it. There was little training with the system and a break down with team leader help do not work for them
