[Resolved] Alneon Trading, Heineken beerBreach of Contract

Our company had agreement or contract for purchasing of a container of beer from Alneon. They had confirmed before that goods had arrived warehouse. We verified it with the warehouse and it was true. Unfortunately due to their slow payment to their supplier, the good got retracted and sold to another company.

Alneon did not inform us before that they paid a different supplier for the goods earlier before. and that they have potential risk of not being able to provide the goods to us. Since July, Alneon has provided several dates of partial settlement but have consistently failed to transfer the refund to us. we have e-mails that show that they hold responsibility to refund us. Unfortunately for us, we have no way to guarantee that Alneon will settle us. The exchange rate has fluctuated and our company capital is tight due to our business activity. Despite our full cooperation, we are left with no choice but to seek help and guidance from other company or organization to push Alneon to complete their obligation.

    Alnoen is claiming that they will refund us once we retract this notice. Hopefully that they are liable and will do what they say.
