Since Hurricane Ike we have had problems with this company after they bought this company from rapid cable. They keep saying they are waiting for recievers. When they were supposed to be ready for the change to HD they shut everything off. Every week we never new what channels we were going to have. We have been paying our bill and still no one has come to help us out. We can not get a satellite dish we have to many trees. Every week I call them and speak to someone new and the reply is always the same, " We are waiting for the reciever to come in next week" but next week they have not done anything. This has been going on since Sept. 2008.

I have had no service for over 2 months, you have not gone Digital, you keep saying you will be here next week, you know you are lying, no service, no pay, how dumb do you think we are. Anna Ruth Gray, Windsor, Mo. No service, no pay
