Is it possible to get in touch with their customer service much faster than in 40-50 minutes? Does anyone have an experience like this? Thi is just unbelievable and infuriating to me.
I was on hold for almost an hour and had to listen to their wonderful record I hate so much. It only told me how I was important to them and that I had to wait for a little longer, that I am the 5th, 4th and so on...
And in one hour someone picked it up.
No, they MUST fix it or hire more representatives. It doesn't look like they have enough people.

I purchased an antibiotic for my cat from AllVetMed few months ago. I was expecting it to arrive in less than week. I went online to see if my order had shipped, but there was o information, so I called the customer service. There was no answer, so I left a message. Nobody called me back. When I finally reached someone, I was told that the medicine was out of stock and wouldn't ship until the end of the week. They at least should have called me immediately. I ordered medicine, not some dress! The medicine is not a toy or shirt that can be delayed. I will never order from AllVetMed again!
