I purchased a crynosure lazer from Troy Johnson in May 2018 . Sculpsure finally arrived with out a key to even turn it on ! When I call it is a complete run around . He is always in "meeting" or it's someone else fault . We have no way to even know if this machine works . He has passed the blame so many times to now find out that he owns this joke of a company ! It's a shame some people make their money off of scamming people . We have had to speak with attorneys on this matter at this point just because he does not keep his word .

We are a plastic surgery practice in SF that got scammed by Troy Johnson of Allure Aesthetics signed a contract to sell a used medical device, CASHED my check for $48, 300 and NEVER delivered on the equipment and breached the contract. It has been since June we are demanding our refund and he has yet to refund what DOES NOT belong to him. Allure Aesthetics have been giving me (and many many other victims) the run around in getting our refund issued as he clearly cannot deliver on the equipment we signed up for with serial number and all.

On May 29th, 2017, I purchased a Cynosure laser machine from Allure Aesthetics INC. Troy Johnson (Rep/Owner) was who I spoke with. I found the company via Internet ; Allure Aesthetics INC advertises the selling and repairing of used laser Units. The method of purchasing the laser was with a check ; once sent to him to the address of; Allure Aesthetics INC, 50350 Vista Montana Road, La Quinta CA 92253. As soon as Troy Johnson received payment he sent false tracking numbers and gave excuses every week regarding the laser machine. Once asked for a refund After several weeks, due to NEVER receiving the laser Unit, he stopped answering phone calls and emails. Months have passed and I have not received the Unit I paid for ; for the amount of $29, 350, 00.
Upon doing hours of research regarding this Fraudulent Company I have found more than 10 other victims; Nurses, Plastic Surgeons, Spa Owners that have lost THOUSANDS of dollars. This Company has been getting away with theft for several years now and nothing is getting done to STOP Troy Johnson with his SCAM company. Allure Aesthetics is highly advertised on Google, it pops up as one of the most popular companies, easy way to get customers.Please be aware that I have contacted other Victims and that have started legal actions against Troy Johnson, He has gotten away with Scamming over $500, 000.00 and was once in Jail for online theft. Once released from Jail he is back with the same company name and stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Wish I would of rad this before dealing with Troy Johnson.
We sold him our Sciton. Received half the money and sent the laser off. I is now in the 5th month and we have had nothing but excuses on receiving the rest of the money.
Numerous times we were told it was on the way and even given fake tracking numbers from his bank. Do not buy or sell from this guy. We are now in the process with an attorney for our money and or laser back. Luckily both states are on our side and even with an LLC he can and will be held liable. After which our attorney will be asking both states to look into having his business shut down.

Disaster-I am a Plastic surgeon in San Francisco and purchased a Palomar Icon laser ($55, 000) from Troy Johnson the CEO of Allure Aesthetics. After 5 weeks the wrong laser came, and two major heads missing. My attorney had to convince him it was the wrong serial number. After $2, 000 in legal fees I received the laser missing one of the hand pieces. I asked him over 20 times who is his engineer company to send the laser to get checked out. This is a task he was to do that is clearly written in his contract. He never gave me a referral to call. In frustration, I found a laser company who was highly rated on Dot Med call Sentinel. The laser was sent to Utah at my expense. He did a comprehensive evaluation and determined that the laser was never serviced and two heads were in disrepair and needed to be serviced. The bill is $13, 000 plus shipping. This is well within my 30 day warranty which states that the laser will be in good working order. He wanted me to send the laser for a second opinion in Florida after I had a signed contract for the repair. I gave him adequate time to deal with this issue as a good honest businessman, would do. He has wasted much of my time and put my laser program in slow motion. He dropped shipped the laser site un-seen to him with no evaluation of the state of the laser. Our contract states the laser will be in good working order and it was not. The contract states that the repairs will be done within the warranty date. As of to day, it is over 3 months since I purchased the laser. I just received from repairs for over $13, 000 plus shipping, a legal bill of $2, 000 and a training he is to pay for which he has not. His business is a disaster; the worse business practice I have ever seen. A true rip-off artist He has lied to me many times and thinks nothing of it. He has no integrity or self respect for himself or his business. I blame myself partially because there are many warnings as to his business practice on the internet. We read the countless negative reviews and complaints but believed in Troy and Melissa's version of the story. Please learn from all of these examples and find a different company. However, to me & many colleagues & the police/authorities I filed a report with he is a repeat CRIMINAL committing felonious interstate larceny, federal fraud, malicious mischief, federal racketeering, fraud & others. I was to buy a laser from Troy Johnson and Allure, but after sending him a deposit, he became evasive and deceptive on further information and so I cancelled the order and am getting lies and more deception on where is my refund. Time for legal action.

I ran thier digital marketing campaigns for over 8 months with great success. Getting them all the leads possible in a highly competitive market. Slowly I started to see more and more complaints from different companies. In the span of 8 months I saw 25 plus complaints. Here is the process. Troy will try to promise you the best and most advanced laser on the market. He will get a deposit lets say between $5, 000 and $40, 000 depending on the unit. You will pay the deposit thinking your getting a laser. But boom 3 months of excuses and you will receive nothing. I had to remove so many negative comments on Facebook and Google and he would just constantly say ohh that person is crazy or they are scam artisit. I am sorry to say that I help him get good leads now seeing what he really does to people trying to make it in this world. I can attest to all of you please reach out because there are many actions my lawyer and I are taking.

I am a salon owner in Canada and have recently had a very bad deal with Troy Johnson of Allure Aesthetics. I ordered a refurbished 2005 Medilux IPL that was to come complete with all the handpieces, accessories and cart for $11, 500.00. He told me he would ship the items immediately upon receiving a wire transfer and, five weeks later, I've received nothing but lame excuses and stalling tactics. It has come to light that he has scammed several others too, around the US, and I am interested in pursuing a class action suit against him. I would welcome contact from any other interested parties. Brett Moelican performed a mid face cheek lift on me- He did it through the under eye area-which he now says doesn't work- He took no responsibility for his error- My face hangs down two inches below my eye- My cheeks hang down my face.
He attempted to remove silicon from my face-it's still there- Charged me 30, 000 dollars and I can not find anyone to correct his terrible and facial deforming work.
He is a con. Doe snot stand by his work and gives too many excuses - never get a strait answer. He lied about his experience and what he was able to do-then when there were problems he ran for the hills-had nothing to offer-nothing.

Joshua Korman MD performed operation on me and result was devastating.
When I complained about it and pressured him to do something about it, he performed second corrective surgery (under full anesthesia again) and result is even worst.
He refused to fix the problem with explanation, that I’m too old to looks great, what was very root from him.
Joshua Korman maintained his story about impossible fixing my problem, even I shoved him others doctors quotation for fixing it, what prove that it is possible.
Our conversation ended with smile on his face with words “ Sue me”.
If you like your body and do not want to cry every time you look at yourself, than do not even try to have surgery performed by this doctor.

I experienced similiar from the same Doctor Korman. What a nightmare. I ended up in the hospital not even an hour after I left his office. I'll post more tomarrow. They were in a hurry to get me out of the recovery room from his surgical suite and gave me fentenyl 3 times. I heard the nurse say, why do you keep giving her fentenyl and he said it was quicker acting. I was not recovering, and they just wanted me out the door. Shortly there after I had to go via ambulance to El Camino Hospital where I was admitted.Dr. Korman blamed it on my caretaker...she didn't do the surgery. I had terrible hematomas...that had to be drained, I was swollen for a couple months and had to make a couple trips back up there to have them drained at his office. I found a local Doctor who drained it again. Its been 7 months and I'm still experiencing problems. I saw 2 other Doctors that said I would have to wait at least a year for it to heal before a real professional could help me.
File a complaint with the medical board in your state so its documented and everyone will know about this guy from now on.
