Alltel / billing and harrssing

Alltell compounds the billing hoping to collect more after they have been told by mail on their own billing notice they have been cancelled. Then they act as though nothing is going on and continue billing even after they state the service has been stopped. This is going on now here in Arizona as we speak and of coarse they harass by home home to top it off.example... jan.06... they were told to stop... may 07, they are still billing and harassing.

Charges for months that continue after complaining to Altel and everyone. I'm being charged $9.99 monthly for some download that I never asked for. It will not let me cancel or decline. Then when I complain to Altel they say its fixed and then on my bill next month. I'm ready to seek a lawyer if it is on my bill this month. It's been a year almost and I feel at this point I should be paid back. Moses in NC.
