Allstate Insurance auto insurance

My name is Jorton Alexis. I used to be insured by Allstate unfortunately I lost my policy because I was in a car accident which put me out of work for two months. I want able to pay my bill when it was due because I didnt have no income..i tried to let Allstate know my situation but they wasnt being helpful with me. I wanted you guys to bare with me so I could find away to pay my bill. Now it's very difficult for me to find insurance because everybody charging unaffordable price.

Allstate Insurance automobile insurance

It surprises me that Allstate is in business, frankly. I transferred from Geico approximately 6 months ago and the problems started immediately. The salesperson was Heather who was lovely, but was really only interested in getting the sale. That was confirmed when I realized that I was transferred to the Daniel Back agency and that I would have to deal with them in the future. What transpired was the typical "Take it or leave it" attitude of Robert at the agency. The promised rate was BS. While I was supposed to pay roughly $420 for three cars, the rate went up to over $490. I then was told that I had to take the 6 hour safe driver course, which I did and that the only discount besides home, was the in car surveillance gadget. After calling Sharlene Basso at Daniel Bach, because I didn't want to get the attitude of Robert again, She didn't call me back twice and then I was forwarded to another agency taking the calls of Michael Nasella Agancy which had some association with the Bach agency. Two more calls and I was forwarded back to Sharlene Basso who parroted the same comments Robert did that they couldn't do anything, sorry this after her phone system cut me off twice. A comedy of errors? A lack of systems control? A desperate lack of professionalism? Who knows, but it was certainly enough to get me to dump Allstate for any insurance products. Shocking. Unprofessional and hysterically sad all at the same time.

Allstate Insurance home insurance denial to replace roof

During the latest wind damage, I had roof damage so I called Allstate being my insurance, they said do an emergency fix until the adjuster shows up, so I did some repairs, since there was a leek in my roof.
All my neighbors who have State farm, their insurance replaced the whole roof no question asked especially that the shingles are discontinued and to repair it without replacing the whole roof, new shingles, will not attach to the existing shingles.
Our HOA does not allow patching on the roof and requires replacing the whole roof Allstate adjuster spoke with the president of HOA and she assured him that it should be replaced.
The contractor estimate was at least $15000 while the adjuster offered $1557.00 after deducting the deductible of $1000 they paid me $557.00.
They even said that I already replaced t with different shingles so it should be fine to repair not replace.
Allstate has been giving us and other people who have Allstate hard time replacing a roof.
I have my cars, home and umbrella policies with Allstate but they still are not approving my claim.

We have had Allstate for some time now and have been relatively pleased up until we had significant hail damage to our property. We filled a claim, and they sent a subcontractor to inspect our roof. The adjuster said there was no damage to our roof caused by hail. However, per the adjustor our roof did have hail damage to the ridge cap, vents and chimney. How can hail damage those items but not the rest of the roof? We disputed it and they sent another subcontractor out to inspect it with similar results. We have had three different roofing companies look at our roof and all three have come to the same conclusion that indeed our roof is severely damaged not only to hail but wind as well. Mind you our neighbors who have State Farm and Alfa have already had their roofs replaced. Did the hailstorm just skip our house? I think not! Moral of the story, if you want your home protected don't bother with going to Allstate, find someone else to insure your property.

Seems like THEY LOVE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but are always A DENIAL, OR NEAR ABOUT!...AGENTS ARE GREAT..BUT ADJUSTER..Claims persons..must make their salary on how much they save company!

Allstate Insurance homeowners insurance

I filed a claim on January 1st after my pipes burst and my home was flooded. Allstate assigned someone to clean up the extensive damage which made my home unliveable. It took at least three days for anyone to show up and start the process. Once the clean up was complete I was left with a cleaner but still unliveable home for over two more months. The company that Allstate assigned to my case hadn't showed up to start any repairs after two months, so I called a private contractor to get an estimate for the repairs. When I told Allstate about this, they made sure that the company they assigned was there to do work just a couple days later. They managed to put in two pieces of drywall and lay claim to my repair process. Here I am in May, and I sill do not have a floor in my home. My agent hasn't contacted me since February. I have tried to file complaints with my local office and with Allstate higher, but have been absolutely disregarded. My claim has been in the works for over four months.

Allstate Insurance stacey salvati customer service

Stacey salvati is the worst adjuster ever in this world i cannot believe the way she handles situations... she emailed me about 3 times a day begging for me to go and release my car from the pound after my accident.. i rushed over to do so called her numerous times for her to tell me she cant get ahold of them i called them multiple times and they answerred i feel like shes not doing her job she wants me to do this run around game without sending my money for my car .. this is rediculous and she needs to be fired! Re evaluated or whatever it may be she sucks

Allstate Insurance vehicle damages

My claim claim was filed 4 /14/2018
The initial Adjuster Maegan Zimmerman passed the file onto Justin Nash on Friday 4/27/2018 due to injuries. As of 5/1/2018 4:08pm there has not been a response from Justin Nash. I called the Allstate office today 5/1/2018 to confirm that a check has been mailed for the damages to my vehicle. Since this is a small claim, it should not be difficult to handle. "In good hands with Allstate" is not how I'm feeling at this moment, nightmare is a better word. My question is why has the check to my vehicle not been
deposited? Liability has been accepted and today Justin has informed me that I need to take my vehicle to the body shop again for repairs before a check can be issued. Not true. I am traveling and can choose another body shop and/or the time when the repairs are made. Please advise

Allstate Insurance boat insurance

I paid for a full year of boat insurance. Allstate's policy is that if you don't pay in full, you must pay the premiums in 6 installments instead of 12 on boat policies. So when I cancelled the policy 4 months into the policy period they only gave me back 2 months worth of the premium. Although when calculating the 2 months, they divided the annual premium over 12 months and then gave me back 2 months. They acknowledged the premium was for 12 months but somehow tried to say the premiums had to be paid in the first six months so I only cancelled two months early. They can't have it both ways. Either the premiums are for six months and I should have gotten 1/3 of my premium back (2 months out of 6) or I get 2/3 of my premium back (8 months out of 12). I got neither. I got 1/6 (2 out of 12). My agent says she submits the cancellation request and 'corporate' pro-rates the refund. But when I ask for a phone number to contact corporate about the problem, she says she doesn't have a number for them. I will never use Allstate again and recommend no one else does either.

Allstate Insurance claims adjuster, stacey sikes

I'm 60yrs old and was rear-ended by a a fellow Allstate policy Holder. The "other guy" had Insurance through the same Office and agent as I do. He also was a fellow employee at my work. At the scene of the accident, I told the Paramedics where I was feeling pain. I declined to be transported and knew I was going to be sore because of the impact. I somehow felt some loyalty to my Allstate Agent and knew that under-going a slew of medical tests at the ER would cost thousands. I was in pain for the Easter weekend and missed 2 days of work due to back soreness and unable to walk upright. This pain lasted 5 days. I was never contacted and a week later called the Adjuster myself. She stated that since I didn't go to the ER, I would receive no compensation for my pain and discomfort. Stacey Sikes asked me what I wanted and I suggested that my days wage for 5 days would be fair since I was laid up with an ice-bag for those days during Easter weekend. She said that she would do me a favor and pay for the 2 days I called into work. I don't make a lot of money per day and it seemed reasonable. I've been a long-time Allstate customer and never made a claim. I don't go to the Dr. unless I'm bleeding or have a broken bone.. I don't feel I was treated fairly. I am angry and considering changing Insurance due to this.

Allstate Insurance not in good hands!!! and allstate had just convinced her to go with them!

Long story short. Allstate called again and convinced her (Gfriend, her car) to go back to them. Feb 18th 2016, a week after they sold it to her. T-bone situation at 45mph with maybe 20 feet of notice when it occured. I avoided killing his daughter dead center in front of me. He was wrote up for failure to yeild.
Straight out of the gate she was accused of aqcuiring insurance for monetary gain. "red Flags" they called it. asked for her to return the rental that she had just included as always when she buys insurance. And said the incident is under investigation and nothing they will do until its investigated. Well 45mph with an airbag that ended up rupturing during incident and is going 200mph the opposite direction messed up my hand, hip problems etc. Allstate has no concern to this day about anything that happened that day or since, and it has changed my life!
Its now 25 months later? I remember airbag had ripped open bottom right side, where my hand probably had a death grip at time of impact. Sodium azide poison is what is created when an airbag deploys. 2 chemicals causing explosion that can kill u if ingested, eat your lungs, and an array of problems such as extreme vomiting, nausea, profuse insane sweating, cold chills like I could never imagine. Yes ive experienced it all and it still continues. Mris, catscans, gi doctors etc. no answers. Allstate is not a reputable company. Court is the route u have take I guess for any sort of fair treatment. The other insured had allstate as well. 26 months and they still have done nothing and dont care to. I suppose the [censor] would just like a thank u for them selling her insurance. She was plenty happy with her insurer at the time. And this is what u get for letting them talk u into it.
pS: lost 40 lbs from abdominal issues, emergency room numerous times, horrific experiences that are hard to describe. carpal tunnel on hand, still have 3 fingers partially numb, hip problems that ive never had before. And I can swear im not the same person I was 26 months ago. Had 2 occurences with abdomin problems in 3 days. lost 12 lbs... U tell me what theproblem is? My stomach never had an issue for 51 years prior. Never knew what heartburn was.. Thanks again allstate.

Allstate Insurance insurance claim agent.

I have been trying to seetle a claim that was no fault of my own. the wreck happened in june of 2017, I was sent a medical release form to be signed which I did a returned. at the end of December 2017.It is now 4/9/18 and I'm still trying to get Ross Phillips to get my claim settled.He claims the hospital isn't sending my records.Although I have talked to the hospital personally and they had only recieved 1 request and that was in Feb 2018.I have made calls to ross IN the last week and no don't even get a return call. I was hoping to not have to retain an attorney in this matter but your agent is not leaving me any choice.

Allstate Insurance insurance not paying for rental car

On Feb. 28, 2018 My new car was hit by a lady who had Allstate insurance. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with the agent trying to get my rental car paid for until my car is fixed. I have no other transportation! The lady admitted to the police that the accident was her fault but I am the one who is suffering from bad insurance agents! The agent says that the auto body shop should pay for my car and the auto body shop says that the insurance company should pay for the car. The agent said the auto body shop was taking too long to repair the car. I called four other local auto body shops today and they gave me the same time frame for repairing my car! Today I had to put the rental car on my credit card and that is just wrong.
I am beyond crusted with Allstate!

Allstate is the worst insurance ever. They never pay a claim. I would never use them. I took out a disability insurance plan offered by my company. I have paid on it for years. I was sick in the hospital & couldn’t work. I filed in February. It is now end of April & they are still telling me they need more information from my doctor. My doctor has filled this form out 2 all they do is think of ways that they don’t have to pay you.

Allstate Insurance stopped rental car service before my car was repaired

I was in a car accident on 3/5/18 at the fault of the other driver. I went ahead and filed the claim through all state insurance which was the persons insurance who hit me. Sandra Ferris an adjuster for all state stated that they would be stopping payment of my rental car due to not choosing a body shop of all states choice. I chose ABC Nissan since that's where I bought my car. Rental car service should not have been stopped for any reason, Sandra Ferris continued to tell me that there is nothing that she could do about it and that ac Nissan collision center went over the estimated time that the car would be repaired.

Allstate Insurance car rental coverage

To whom it may concern,

My name is David Brownstein with a complaint for claim # [protected]. On February 14th, 2018 I had filed a claim with All State in regards to an accident with my 2015 BMW 320i. As a result on February 19th I had rented a car with Enterprise. After a little back and forth between All State and Hamden Auto Body in Connecticut, I received a voicemail from the adjuster on February 28th. It is challenging for me to answer the phone during the work day so I had called back after his office hours. I didn't hear from him the following day so I had tried to reach him in the afternoon and left another message. I still didn't hear back on Friday March 2nd so I attempted to take time from my day to contact the call center and evidently he was the only one who could help me and was out of the office.

That same night I went home and was notified of my father's passing in Florida. I finally spoke to the adjuster on Tuesday the 6th and he notified me that my car was a total loss despite being 3 years old with a much higher book value. I mentioned my situation and needed to go to Florida to handle my father's affairs and needed to be done with process before leaving for Florida on the 10th. He said go to the shop and clear my contents out as soon as possible to avoid insurance paying 135 daily to the shop. After a massive snowstorm, I was able to get to remove my contents and sign a release on March 8th. I had then left for Florida with the assumption that this was taken care of and I could car shop when I returned.

I received an unpleasant voicemail while I was still in Florida from someone in the total loss department. When I was able to finally connect with him on Friday, March 16th he said that my car was still in the shop and not released. We conferenced in the shop and there was a clear disconnect between All State departments and my car was still there. This is now 13 days between not hearing back from the adjuster for 5 days and signing the release to remove my car for another 8 days.

My rental car was due back today which is March 20th. I called All State on the 19th requesting an extension for a rental. We are expecting a snow storm tomorrow and I would have to either share a car with my wife and drive for an hour round trip before and after work to drop her off and pick her up so I can use the car for my job during the day or pay for a rental car. I did not get a call back as promised on the 19th and called back today and was told it would be escalated to a manager. When I was notified at 330pm that it wasn't approved I asked for the manager and she had gone home.

This is unacceptable. I have been with your company since 1997. The claim end to end wasn't handled properly. When I request an extension because of this reason combined with unexpected berevement days I had to take to leave the state because my father died, that doesn't even get me the couracy of speaking to a manager. The fact that this was up for review with a manager leaves me to believe that she didn't want to work with me based on my situation and there is lack of consistency with company policy.

All I was asking for was an extension of the rental vehicle so I would be able to actually be able to go out and shop for a new car because I have physically been unable to. I plan on leaving All State as well as posting to social media my experience and the company dropped the ball and won't work with someone in a time of need after losing his father. After spending money to bury my father I thought this would be a simple request.

I expect a call back from a regional manager or executive at this point.

Allstate Insurance unethical behavior

I am requesting a review of my claim #[protected], because I was treated unfairly by the assigned Claim Officer, Mr. Pat Robinson.

Mr. Robinson unprofessional in managing my claim. manner. He was unreasonably aggressive and irrational in his decisions to refuse payment for my claim. I was rear-ended by an Allstate policy holder on 12/19/16.
my vehicle was repaired by my treatment was mishandled by Mr. Robinson. He was provided info about the accident and treatment. I explained that reason for my delay in seeking chiropractor treatment was due to ongoing pain after medication treatment ended. He disputed every aspect of my claim and refused to pay for the services I received including; ambulance service-claiming that I was transported from home, then later stated that I was transported ten blocks from the accident location. None was true. He minimized my pain and suffering.

Mr. Robinson and his predecessor were aware of my traveling away due to family situation. In his email contact he emphasized the importance to talk with me but declined to call even when I provided him with my contact number. I maintained communication via email until my return from abroad. I practically had to plead with Mr. Robinson to reimburse the providers for their due to the accident related injuries. He said he made a concession to pay for selected services and not others. He refused to reimburse me for time lost from work, refused to pay for chiropractor care because he said according to the medical report, that treatment was unrelated to my injury. However, he failed to provide me with copy of that report to support his statement after I requested it. I had absolutely no need for chiropractor care before the accident. Mr. Pat Robinson treated me with total disrespect and handled my case in a manner that not only caused me stress but was very demeaning. I believe Mr. Robinson infringed on my rights. His focus was to close the case as he threatened to do if I didn't respond according to his timeline. I provided him a release because I was exhausted of dealing with him.

In lieu of the above, I am requesting a review of my case by your office to allow payment for the chiropractor care, a fair reimbursement for my pain and suffering, time lost from work. I hope this can be corrected to prevent others from falling victim to such behavior.

Allstate Insurance customer service

Called in to file a claim because someone that is insured with them hit my car while changing lanes. Christina in Kentucky yelled and at me for asking questions and "confusing the crap out of everyone involved." I was made to feel like I was not cooperating or lying because I asked why certain information was needed. She repeatedly said it was my word against their insured and they needed to know that I had insurance before they would even investigate.

Allstate Insurance agent

My wife was in a car accident and the other driver was found to be at fault by Allstate. They have started to get the car repair, the damage is extensive, including all of the airbags being diploid. The agent handleing our case doesnt call back when we have any questions. They stopped payment on the rental eventhoughthe documents he wanted were submitted by the collision center. He told my wife and i that if the delay in repair was do to a manufacturer back order it could be approve. This is the issue with the car being repaired but je says he cant approve it. I have called his supervisor but she wont return my calls. Please help or i will be force to get a lawyer.

Allstate Insurance won't help for missing check

I filed a 3rd party claims on January, Allstate accept 100% liability and issue a estimate check to my house. However I never receive the check, and when I called, Allstate told me the check is cash on the 1/19. So I called Allstate and tell them this situation, they just send me a copy of the deposited check, all I know is that it was cash in a chase bank. I went to 3 different police station, all the tell me is that Allstate should be the one who file the report and find out who deposited the check. I always went to the bank and they told me the same thing, Allstate should file a claim to the bank so they could investigate further more. I called Allstate and explaine all of that to them, and all they tell me is that they will not file a police report nor call the bank. Basically Allstate just irresponsible, and push all the responsibility to me. Is it because I'm a claimant? So Allstate wouldn't help me? I just want to let you guys know everyone is a potential customer out there, and how important is the word of mouth. Please give me a reply.

Allstate Insurance employees lack of knowledge and not having the customers best interest

In December I was selling my vehicle and purchasing a new one. Once sold, I contacted my agent and told them I sold the car. I wasn't aware you should suspend your insurance coverage since I was getting a different vehicle soon so we canceled my coverage instead.

Later I was told "they should have suspended it to save me from losing my policy", extra saving and not to mention a down payment. I wasn't able to get coverage cheaper with Allstate due to this so I went with Travelers. I wasn't too happy about that but you live and you learn.

I wish Jeff's employees were more helpful and would have known to suspend the coverage vs. telling me when it's too late that's "what they should have done".

That is not the icing on the cake though... my payments were set up on bank draft. I assumed any money I owed them would be drafted out of my account as it has been for years. I spoke with them numerously times through out the next two months and not once did they mention I had a past due amount of $30.21.

In February, I was informed of this past due amount when a DEBT COLLECTOR sent me a bill. What a slap in the face after years of an excellent payment history on bank draft, coverage for multiple vehicles and no accidents/tickets. I have worked so hard to maintain my credit and have this happen.

I recommend going to a different agent or company altogether with better knowledge and communication skills. They do not look out for their customers best interests.

Allstate Insurance auto claims department

I was involved in an accident with your client and the police report clearly shows your client at fault. He even admitted his fault at the seen to officer on site. The police report shows your client is clearly at fault. My insurance company informed me that Allstate do not want to cover repairs to my vehicle. I was hit in the rear by your client that was traveling in a illegal lane to his destination, his statement and police report clearly shows this. I hope we can handle this matter asap, if not i have no choice other than taking legal actions against AllState. The case# [protected]

Allstate Insurance unauthorized withdrawal of funds from my bank account

Mr. Bruce Cuccia, owner of Bruce Cuccia Allstate Insurance Agency/Allstate Insurance (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as "Cuccia"), has fraudulently withdrawn funds from my bank account for premiums due, despite the following:
1. I notified his office - prior to renewal of homeowner and automobile policies - that I had obtained insurance coverage through another agency (Jim Myers & Associates in Metairie, LA - coverages effective 12/14/2017);
2. Upon receipt of notices of "automatic installment schedule" from Cuccia, dated 12/26/2017, indicating (in pertinent part) that (1) regarding automobile coverage (policy #[protected]), "A payment of $751.45 will automatically be withdrawn from your bank on or after January 15, 2018.", and, regarding homeowner's coverage (policy #[protected]), "A payment of $648.17 will automatically be withdrawn from your bank on or after January 15, 2018.", I went into Cuccia's office and spoke with Larry Thomas and Daja Camel, personally, again advising that I had obtained coverages through a different agency and, as such, asking that any/all scheduled premium deductions be immediately cancelled;
3. On 01/08/2018, despite having previously requested cancellation of the auto-deductions for premiums, I received an email from Mr. Bruce Cuccia, stating (in pertinent part), "Kim, as of 01/08/2018, your next automatic payments are scheduled as per the plan information below. Changes to your policy after this notice may change the amount withdrawn." 4. On 01/16/2018, I responded to Mr. Bruce Cuccia's email, again confirming that I had obtained coverages through another agency and, as such, instructing that he/Allstate did "NOT have permission to withdraw anything from my account."
5. With complete disregard for my repeated contacts, on 01/17/2018 Mr. Bruce Cuccia/Allstate withdrew, collectively, $1, 339.62 (plus overdraft fees caused by the illegal withdrawal funds from my account!);
6. Since that time, I have contacted Cuccia/Allstate repeatedly, both telephonically, by email, and in person, requesting full reimbursement (to include fees incurred by the erroneous withdrawal of funds from my account). as of this date, i have received no response at all from cuccia/allstate.
As such, I am filing this complaint in an effort to amicably resolve this matter prior to initiating costly litigation against Cuccia/Allstate.
