AllPosters.com no refund

As posters were delivered far too late, I questionned how to get a refund and was told to simply refuse delivery and it would be processed. However despite numerous chasing by phone and email, still no refund.

I have the same problem! I shipped my two posters via UPS with a confirmation number, and it has now been one month since UPS showed the posters being delivered to Allposters. I have tried e-mailing them about the refund and they keep calling me by a different name, and claiming that haven't received my return yet. Such crap. I completely advise against buying from this company.

AllPosters.com No Delivery, No Customer Service

I ordered a poster from allposters a month ago and to date have not received any feedback or the poster. I emailed them 3 times and also filled out those surveys but still no feedback. This is a scam site. I will make it my mission to report this all over on every single forum I come across. Allposters.com is a SCAM. They are busy with FRAUD and they NEVER contact u when u ask where your stuff is. SCAM FRAUD allposters.com!

I AGREE 100%. I ORDERED A FATHEAD ON 12-11-17, NEVER RECEIVED ANY SHIPPING INFO, AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THEM THEY GUARANTEED IT WOULD BE HERE ON 12-19-17, I DID NOT I ARRIVE, I CALLED THEM TODAY, THEY ADVISED FATHEAD IT THEIR 3RD PARTY VENDOR AND BLAMED FAT HEAD FOR THE DELAY. I THEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL 3 MINS AFTER I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND AFTER TRYING OTHER OPTIONS THEY CANNOT FIND THE ITEM AND WILL HAVE TO CANCEL IT. I CALLED FAT HEAD (THEIR SUPPOSED 3RD PARTY VENDOR) AND THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK AND THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH ALLPOSTERS.COM AT ALL. ALL POSTERS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD

Ordered a poster and not arrived, constant correspondence which i'm suspecting is a robot replying as all suspiciously similar replies, 1 in 10 replies is from a real person describing how it will arrive, SCAM took my money and no goods.

I have placed an order 4 weeks ago and still not received anything. I have send 4 emails and no response. I want a refund, but there is no way on the site to receive one of cancel the order.

Worst site ever- please check all other complaints regarding Allposters.com- I regret I had to check this site beforehand.

I ordered a desktop calendar from Allposters.com.au and have not received it.
I ordered it on 17/12/2015 and received notification the item had been shipped. 2 weeks later... no calendar.

As it was a .com.au I thought it would arrive before Xmas as they said on their website 'shipping within 24 hrs'

I used my work email and don't have access till I return to work on the 4th Jan, but am disappointed as I travelled from W.A. to Vic to visit family for Xmas... & no gift for one of them. I even used their address (in Vic) as I was worried about it arriving on time.

Very disappointed! Will now have to wait to get order number before I can do anything!

I ordered a map last month, and tracked the number from the website. It says it would come between Jan [protected], in which I order in december 2014. Status says it's been shipped. It hasn't come yet, and some COINCIDENTAL reason I CANNOT find the e-mail saying I purchased the my $30 map or track the order. This is RIDICULOUS. Never trusting this ### again

Is All Posters a Scam and a Rip Off, i had placed two orders worth more than $100 and received emails stating they have been shipped, till date i have not received any of my order, i have emailed them more than 5 times and they do not have the decency to even acknowledge your email, let alone solving the problem, i wonder who is running this company and if they know what customer service is?
they need to get their act together.

dealing with All Posters is turning out to be a very regrettable decision.if my order is not delivered in the next day or two, i want my money refunded or i will be taking legal action against them!

very poor customer service. my posters arrived (totalling almost 100.00 charged to my visa) and were in poor shape - dirty with a greasy fingerprint on one. No response to my numerous emails. Would not recommend purchasing from them

AllPosters.com Failure to give refund

I returned two posters to Allposters.com in late 2007 for reasons of "product quality" (the coloration of the two posters, which online appeared to be a set, was different) and was promised a refund (of more than $50). The refund never arrived and I have worked multiple times to get it, each time being promised that "a committee would meet and approve" my refund or given a specific date when a check would be mailed. Eventually, I was told that my transaction was now too old and no longer in the system, etc. I felt totally scammed and would counsel against doing business with the firm.

AllPosters.com Recieved dented posters- 3 times!

I ordered 2 posters from AllPosters.com. About a week later, they arrived; both in undamaged, triangular-shaped boxes. Upon opening said boxes, I found to my dismay that not one, but both posters had an enormous dent in them, as if someone had carefully rolled them, laid them on a table, and karate chopped them before sealing them up. Unrolled and hanging on the wall, both posters had a gigantic wave of creases going down the middle.

I called to complain, and was met with surprisingly cooperative service. They promised an immidiate and free replacement of both posters. Another few days pass, and I found two more triangle prisim boxes on my doorstep. Once again however, the posters inside were severely dented. I was sent yet another set of replacements, only to find these dented as well. 4th time's the charm, I suppose, as the final shipment of posters were pristine.

Kudos to AllPosters for having such great customer service via phone, but a note to anyone who buys posters online: be sure to specifically state with your order that you want them hand-rolled and processed.

I ALSO HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED / DENTED PRINTS...HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM...ACTUALLY TALK WITH A "LIVE" REPRESENTATIVE...BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS: I RECEIVED A COMPLIMENTARY SUBSCRIPTION FOR READERS DIGEST FROM A COMPANY CALLED VALUE MAGS.COM...WHEN I CALLED VALUE MAGS...THEY TOLD ME ALL POSTERS HAD AUTHORIZED THE SUBSCRIPTION.."BUT"...HAD GIVEN MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO VALUEMAG.COM FROM MY ORDERS WITH ALL POSTERS...NEEDLESS TO SAY..ANY COMPANY THAT OPERATES THIS WAY...WOULD COMPROMISE MY CREDIT CARD PERSONAL INFORMATION IS "NEVER" GOING TO SEE ANOTHER ORDER FROM ME! AllPosters.com Bad service

This company is a JOKE! i ordered a frame print and a t-shirt a month before christmas, they sent the print right away, then i got a bunch of invoices saying the 'print' was backlogged and i wouldnt get it. It took 3 phone calls & 10 emails for them to correct I still needed the t-shirt. Another 5 phone calls & 10 emails later I still had to hound them to find out on December 15th they would not even have the item. When they FINALLY refunded me they wouldnt give me the shipping and handling even though I paid for it and they hadnt shipped ANYTHING! I wouldnt order from them if it were free! it was a t-shirt for crying out loud and they couldnt handle that. i find them pathethic and when you call customer service you call India and they have NO IDEA what is going on w/ their actual store in California! disgusting company that I wouldnt touch again for anything.

Allposters.com is a joke. Can't ship stuff or process orders on time. call centre worked does not know what is happening. They infact suggested that i cancel the order because they will not be able to ship it. Why do they even have items on it if they cant ship?

ALLPOSTERS.COM Have totally managed to screw my lads Birthday up. 5 working days to arrive...TOTAL LIE! Called today and it was blamed on DHL. If/when the frigging posters arrive I will be having a chat with the delivery person to see how I go about finding out when they were actually given to DHL.
I asked for the DHL tracking number which suprisingly enough couldn't be given to me. The site tracking system is a total waste of time it tells you nothing! The call centre worker even agreed this with me. I wonder how many calls like mine she answers?
Last time I ever bother, I would lf been better off using a ebay shop cos at least they have their feedback to maintain.

I ordered a single t-shirt from AllPosters.com on March 22. Their website indicated that my order should be processed within 24 hours and I should expect it to be shipped 3-5 business days later. No problem; I expected to receive the shirt around March 28 or so. NOPE! I waited and checked the "tracking number" every day, which really didn't tell me anything. It didn't indicate exactly where my package was at any time. I finally received the t-shirt today...April 7. Should it REALLY take 16 days (or 12 business days) to ship a friggin' t-shirt?! I will NEVER order from this site again. Every time I've ordered from shirt.woot.com, I have received my order in ~5-7 business days, no problem; they will continue to be my g0-to for t-shirts.

AllPosters.com Scam

Back in early April I bought a few posters from allposters.com. I thought I was going to save money buy signing up for their discount. I was wrong. Ever since then, I have been getting strange withdrawals from my bank account titled 'shopper discounts.' I should have pursued this earlier because this is the second time I have been charged $12! Now I have to call my bank and straighten this mess out. I don't live near the credit union i bank with right now so I have to make special arrangements to file a report. Do not shop on the website. they overcharge and rip you off. And to think I was going to buy MORE posters on there for father's day. I AM PISSED.

That was $24 I could have spent for something else.

i BOUGHT SOME ITEMS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND USED MY CREDIT CARD. MY CARD WAS LATER LOST AND IN CALLING ABOUT IT TO CANCEL WAS TOLD OF SOME "PURCHASES".
