AllPosters.com Discount Offer

On 3/25/2024 I put in my first order for a poster because I was offered a 20% discount on the first order. I guess that is just a marketing ploy because when I put "welcome20" and saw "SMS Offer Activated: 20% offer your purchase" I assumed it was going to be taken off when I checked out.

I WAS WRONG! Nothing came off, I paid full price. I should have gone with another company there are so many out there.

I will be sure to let everyone I know that All Poster does not stand behind their marketing.

Claimed loss: 20% which is $8

Desired outcome: Refund the $8

AllPosters.com damaged poster

I ordered a star wars poster a few months ago back in march I got the poster go to frame and the side is badly damaged I wish to get a refund or a brand poster they tell me I can not. Get a refund or credit for the damaged poster and they refused to I asked to get a brand new poster they tell me no they can not be done I will never order from them again.

AllPosters.com undelivered

On the 25th July I had ordered 4 posters. One of which after a month of waiting finally came but the 3 other posters I spent my money on have still not shown up. My order number is [protected]. I would hope this would be resolved very soon as I have now been waiting over 7 weeks. The poster that I received was a giant great wave poster. I am still wanting the other posters I paid for but if that is not an option I expect a full refund.

AllPosters.com two posters

I ordered two posters, with express shipment charges of $15.98 to get here for me to take to my father's funeral service. The posters arrived mangled in a poorly packged box. We did not have time to replace the posters prior to services. I specified why I needed them expedited and what they were for in my comments. The person on the phone snapped at me. This vender has poor service, poor quality, and poor packaging.

Unfortunately I lost info on my computer and lost my order number for an order placed in January 2018.
Also e-mail of confirmation of order.
I paid for my order on the 17/01/2018 R979.21.
To date I have not received posters ordered.

AllPosters.com waste of money

I chose several items and ordered them as Christmas presents 7 weeks before the holiday. Guess what? Nothing has arrived. I called them so many times, each time they promised to investigate the problem, but nothing has changed. They don't even have a tracking information and it seems to be wild to me. Why not?
I understand that the presents will never arrive and it's really sad. Have to go to a local store and get something else. Money wasted for nothing...

AllPosters.com don't do business with them

So disappointed I dealt with them. I have the same story like many other people who ordered posters from this company.
I paid for an expedited delivery and as you guessed I got nothing.
Moreover, their customer support doesn't respond. At all. I don't know what to do and who to complain. I sent several emails to them, but all of them were left unanswered. Oh, I forgot to mention it's been more than a month since the day I ordered. So no money, no expedited delivery, no customer service, no poster.

AllPosters.com I need my posters!

I've ordered three posters from www.allposters.com online store and did not receive my order. After about a month of waiting I contacted AllPosters and asked about my order status. Their rep said that my order was probably lost and promised that they'll ship another package.
Another two weeks passed and I decided to ask them about the replacement. I was taking way to long so I was pretty nervous. When I contacted them for the second time they said that I need to be more patient and wait for my order. It is now over two months and they keep telling me to be patient. They say that there is nothing they can do because they already shipped my order twice. I bet they never shipped me anything, I'm 100% sure about that! What a bunch of scammers!

AllPosters.com Worst service I ever dealt with

Do not order from this terrible website, AllPosters is highly unprofessional company which will give you nothing but headache. Ordered a frame from them as a birthday present. It arrived absolutely broken! Frame was poorly made from some cheap plastic material and looked terrible. I returned it in order to got a refund (well at least they promised me one), but these scammers never gave me my money back! The worst ever!

AllPosters.com Ridiculous situation

I have ordered two posters from www.allposters.com and after two months of waiting I received only one. The second one never arrived.
I went online and contacted AllPosters customer service and asked where my second poster was. They promised to check something. About three days later they contacted me and said that there were supposed to be two poster in the package. I said that there was only one.
Later they contacted me again and said that it was not possible. I told them that I do not care what they think, I paid for two items and since I received only one I want a partial refund.
They refused to refund me and literally called me a liar!
These people are crazy! I have no idea how to prove them I'm not lying!

AllPosters.com Posters never arrived!

I am a teacher and I needed to order some posters for a big event in our school. So I was actually responsible for all the posters. I went online and found www.allposters.com.au and made a big order. I was supposed to receive them a week ago but still nothing. I have no idea what to do! They do not reply to my message and ignoring all my calls! I am responsible for posters! Please, I need help.

AllPosters.com Don't even bother

I received my poster few days ago. The poster itself is not that bad, however they do not use proper tubing like other poster sellers. This company uses the cheapest paper to wrap the poster. The order was placed on November 25, and arrived only yesterday on January 7. Delivery is extremely slow and the poster arrived in a poor condition. I ordered it as a present as there is such an option on their website. They supposed to hide the price, but that was not done. The note that I have added also wasn't included. I photographed it for evidence and sent the pictures to AllPosters. I demanded a refund, but they did not reply me yet.

I want my money refunded. I brought a poster which was not the size I paid for. Get this company sorted out! They should be shut down and not able to trade. Give me my money back. I warned them I would sue them off and I will. SHUT THEM DOWN

AllPosters.com Seller ignores customers and doesn't provide ordered stuff

I ordered poster from the website www.allposters.com.au. It should be the present for my mom’s birthday, but these jerks only promised to deliver it, but nothing happened. When I was sick of their empty promises, I told them to cancel the order and provide refund, but they suddenly stopped to communicate with me and now I have no idea how to reach these ###.

AllPosters.com Liars

They are effing Liars, they emailed me on 17 Feb to say my order has shipped and I checked with DPD to find it is at their Oldbury depot, after THREE days it was still there, I called DPD and was told that AllPosters haven't even given it to them, called AllPosters and was told it takes 10 days to ship - WTF, 10 days from Birmingham to London?.

I emailed them 7 times and they refused to answer, I then called them and they said that they cannot refund as it was been dispatched, so they told me to refuse it when it was delivered and they will have it sent back and then will refund me!

I have ordered something from this company well over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them still have not received my products! Have contacted them and no response. Very very unhappy I routinely order on line most thing arrive within 10days. Terrible to deal with and they still have the hide to charge you close to $30 for delivery

AllPosters.com AllPosters Do Not Honor Previous Groupons. Will not negotiate with customer.

I have an expired Groupon for AllPosters.com. Not only is it common practice, but that if the Groupon is expired the basic amount paid for the Groupon NEVER EXPIRES. In this case, I should at least be entitled to $24 worth of merchandise, the basic amount paid to Groupon for an AllPosters.com deal.
The representative on live chat at AllPosters flat out said "no", the Groupon cannot be used; this after he said I could not combine it with the promo code. No combo with the promo code I understand but o/w I felt I had somewhat of a legal binding commitment. He asked the Groupon #. After I gave the #, waited 20 minutes, I tried to initiate the conversation over and over again. The rep never terminated the chat, but never contacted me again. It was like talking to myself while he watched. Creepy.
I don't know whether I would be careful which Groupons you get, as this is not my first difficulty, but I would definitely steer clear of AllPosters given their persnickety ways and refusal to accept their own discounts and/ or coupons.

AllPosters.com Failure to Deliver Shipment

Allposters.com has absolutely abhorred customer service. I live near Seoul, South Korea, and I placed an order with this travesty of a company on December 16, 2012. I ordered 5 posters, which I was supposed to receive December 24-28, 2012, yet it is January 7, 2013, and I have yet to receive my product. I have sent them three emails regarding the whereabouts of my parcel, yet the customer service remains as elusive as the package itself. Do not order from this site, as they are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

I would not recommend anyone order a poster with these people. They are deceiving and unreliable. I have been waiting almost a month for my poster to arrive when on the website it states 3 - 5 days shipping. I am absolutely appalled with these peoples response to my concerns. They do not care and make excuses that don't even make any sense. This is one of the responses I received "Please note that the shipping timeframe mentioned on our website does not include the time shipper will took to delivery your shipment." How could they not state how long the shipper takes? Is that not a piece of information that should be stated? Now they are telling me to wait until the 29th of August (I ordered on the 23rd of July.) and according to this review page I will be lucky to receive anything. This was meant to be a present. I have been let down. Be warned. Allposters.com are online scam artists and you will regret ordering with them. I am sorely disappointed with the service and I feel very, very deceived.

AllPosters.com Goods not sent/ no correspondence

I placed an order with Allposters.com on the 5th of August. There was no notification of the order shipping, and no response was sent to my queries. Since then, I have sent the following emails: "Hi, I wondered why I had not received my Tshirts yet, and then I went to the webpage where it said they had not shipped yet. It said that no shipments were scheduled yet, and so I thought you maybe hadn't processed my payment. But now I check and I seem to have paid twice. Could you please confirm this, and perhaps tell me when it will be shipping?" (29 August) "Hi, I'm still waiting for a reply on this." (1 September) "I am very upset with the lack of response to my customer query."(5 September) "Dear sirs, Unless I receive a report from Allposters, I will have no choice but to file a legal grievance against the company." (8 September)

I have not received a single email from the company, and have found similar disputes catalogued across the internet.

same here, i've ordered the t-shirts from Allposters.com on 16/March/12, but until today 20/April/2012 still not received the goods / no any reply yet. I've sent 8 emails to their email orders@allposters.com, but nothing come back. They just steal money!
