Allied Barton Security pulled me from the John H. Winters Building for supposed negligence of duties without first properly training me on those duties. They just assumed that I knew everything there was to know about my site. On top of that time and time again they failed to properly pay me correctly.

So when I received my paychecks they were short forcing me to wait until the office received the corrections then I had to show up in person at the office in order to get what I should have already received. They have the audacity to call themselves one of fortune 500's top ten companies.

Most if not all the security officers that work for this company are lazy and incompetent because thats the vibe that is given amongst all it's employee's. It' like lets see how much we can get away with and still get paid.
I bet you I could walk into my former site at the John H. Winters building right now without being noticed. Thats how laxed this company is.

I don't know about anyone else but I wouldn't trust them with my life. For one they don't treat their officers like actually human beings more like pieces of meat. They really could careless about anything that goes on from site to site just as long as an officer doesn't compromise their contract so they can continue making all their money. One thing about the uniforms is that they cost $200 which consists of 3 shirts, 3 pants, a windbreaker, and badge.

First off the pants aren't hemmed it's the officers responsibility to pay to get them hemmed and second you have to provide your own footwear and belt. If you ask me this should all be covered within the $200 deposit. If they were to treat their officers better I believe that they just might have a little more pride in their Job.

The gadsden mall in gadsden Alabama has clowns for allied universe guards. They sit in the office and play video games. Instead of doing their job's. And lie on their reports.

I'll say this allied universe guards at the gadsden colonial mall, gadsden Alabama mall are a joke. these guys are lazy and sit in the office and play video games on their phones, I guess the company never checks them out. Plus their uniforms dont even fit them . They look like clowns. You would think the company would set a dress code for them to have to go by. Plus have training for them. Their pitifully.

Allied Barton downtown Chicago office does not have the best managers around, except one manager has to be the worst supervisor-manager that allied Barton has ever hired. Her name is Diane Guy Randolph. Diane Guy Randolph has worked as a supervisor-manager at the University of Chicago as well as Dominican University and other well known institutions. Diane Guy Randolph has to be the worst manager that Allied Barton has ever hired. Not only is she extremely rude to staff, students and parents but also very unkind to people, and should not be in the security industry in my opinion. That is all I have to say at this time.

Allied Barton presently has an hard of hearing officer on contract at the Corporate site. The supervisors have been made aware of this by many of his fellow officers but nothing is being said or done. There is constant talk among the officers concerning their safety. Allied Barton has told many full-time officers if color that they can't go part-time and many officers has left as a result but there is an officer (Caucasian) that recently was given the opportunity to go part-time and he is working for the contractor for who Allied Barton is contracted for (part-time) How fair is this? Would this fall under a conflict of interest? Certain officers are being late to their post and nothing is being done or said by supervisors. There have been times where an officer has worked 16 hours on a shift and more than 80 hours a week. Burning the officers out and endangering the officers. Allied Barton promised incentives upon the transition to the contract and the officers has not seen nothing.
There are other issues but I can't speak on them at this moment.

I would like to add my two cents about what I found while working at Allied Barton. You do not want to work with these people, period. They don't care, one way or another, about their employees. They care only for their work schedules and it doesn't matter to them how badly they put out their employees. They don't give a **** about their employees. Please notice how disparaged and unhappy are the others that you work with. We all hate it and the inconsiderate [censored]es that are in what passes for management. They hire children for management, snot nosed, arrogant, and incompetant children who wouldn't know how to manage a trip to the restroom. Yes, I'm angry, because I wasted three months trying to explain common decency to ###s who couldn't spell that word. In my twenty years of working in the security business, Allied Barton is the worst, and that's saying a lot since they all suck, to one degree or another. If you stay with these people, you'll wind up unhappy and endlessly complaining to your coworkers about how screwed up things are. Move on, please, there is nothing to gain from working at Allied Barton and you'll regret it while your looking for another job.

I worked at allied Barton security company in Las Vegas nevada. It was the worst experience in my life. I worked for them less than a year. Thank god I came to my senses The account manager was a complete a hole. He yells at his employees and talks down to them when you call off for your shift. The pay is good, but I caution anyone that works here the pay is the same even if your there for 5 years, no pay increases. The account manager put out a memo stating there is no over time and maybe if we are good boys and girls we might get a raise in march. Really what is wrong with rewarding good work with a raises now, the managers all got there end of the year bonuses, but the people that do the work got nothing. Thanks Allied Barton Security for the worst experience in my life. Well enjoy the bonuses that you took from the money left over from the accounts and I hope all of you have a merry Christmas with it. I already put my complaints in to the labor board, about there hostile work environment. So I end this with a happy note have a wonderful new years, because I know I will. Moving on to better experience on my new job. If you want to work here think twice, terrible company to work for.

I worked for the RTC account in Las Vegas Nevada, the pay was not bad, the benefits are bad, you get no sick leave and have to put up with abusive account manager if you call in sick. They treat there employees like yesterdays garbage. If you are looking to work for a company that treats there employees fairly and like human beings then this company is not for you, don't even wast your time. I turned in a 2 week notice and was told by the account manager 2 days before I was suppose to resign that yesterday was my last day. I gave them at least 2 weeks to find some one and they found a replacement and replaced me before I resigned. So I turned my uniforms in and the account manager was in his office and was afraid to face me. i told him that I hope that karma does not come back and bite you. Every one deserves to be rewarded for the work that they do. This account manager put out a memo stating that 40 percent of the employees at the RTC account are over qualified. This company is not one to work for.

I agree that alliedbarton is the absolute worst security company I ever worked for — they are incompetent and utterly unethical. I had the misfortune of working for them for just over 3 years, first at an unarmed google account and then at an armed boeing account. I should have heeded the red flags — incredible turnover of account managers, supervisors, human resources, and managers. instead, I transitioned into their newly formed boeing account, and was that a mistake!. they know nothing about management, and the turnover of supervisors and account managers was hard to believe. they had the audacity to remove me from the boeing account for being proactive about security and doing my job! it was just b. s. politics, and the corrupt regional director and a-hole account manager at the renton boeing site did not stand up for me at all, when I questioned a boeing security manager (no one bothered to ever tell me who he was) why he was parked in our parking lot. turns out he was taking a tour with some vip witch from back east who forgot her badge and complained that she didn't get it fast enough when I had multiple security duties to perform at the front gate before I could issue her a temp badge because she forgot hers. anyway, they came up with a b. s. reason why they were removing me from the boeing site, and that was the thanks I got for never calling out once in over 3 years. I would caution anyone who wants a career to think twice about contract security because gs4 and securitas are complete imbeciles as well, but alliedbarton is in a class by itself when it comes to unethical treatment of their employees. the way they treat veterans is an absolute travesty of justice. I would suggest only working for them if you need a paycheck while you look for real security job, like hospital or campus security. I now work for a wonderful organization with great benefits and who doesn't treat you like you're just a body to make them money for their contract. I consider it a blessing that I no longer work for such a corrupt organization like alliedbarton. I will not be surprised if they lose their contract with boeing for their unethical conduct

Allied barton is a great company. maybe will get better reviews if things turned out the way people want them too. the facts are; #1 this is a job not restaurant, you can not have it your way. you are expected to work and not complain about polices that are enforced to help run the company. there is no fine print when accepting a job offer with alliedbarton. everything is black &white. #2 there are benefits and room for growth within the company but if you only desire to be a security officer than that's just where you will remain. i've work for abs for a little over 9yrs i've seen a lot of people come and go. mostly for abusing the company policies. as stated before there has to be rules enforced to control worksites etc... above all I see is people who have works for abs now complaining about poor management etc. abss orland park illinois staff/officers are the best. the morale within there office is 100%. talking bad about a company you work for is not good motivation for the team. abs is very open to employees opinions etc.. maybe if you took the time to address your concerns with the company or site management team your experience would have been better. you cannot down grade a company based only on your experience. im sorry abs did not meet your own levels of expectations. but to be honest the team makes the company. the value of their work, the levels of commitment within the force. abss account manager orland park chicago.

I have been employed with allied barton for a couple of years in dallas, texas and never have I been around a more racist environment in my life. the manager there (john lee) called a black man a # and he still has his job. they hid this and even promoted the man. they say it was long time ago and people can change, but the man is still a racist and it is plain to see. he was just a supervisor when he did this but he has since been promoted to manager of the site. allied barton is full of #. they hide things like this from their clients. at the very minimum he should have been removed and place at another site. how do they now expect the black and hispanic guards to feel about him? how do they expect the black and hispanic guards to feel about allied barton? allied barton has a federal contract with aafes/exchange and it is against the law to discriminate based on race, but they allow this racist john lee to remain at this site. he tries hard to hide it, but you can tell when you are around him that he is still a racist piece of #. he has developed a crew who bows down to him and instead of this being a place to work, a professional setting, it has become his private club. whomever john lee dislikes he slanders, makes up false evaluations and spread rumors about you to predjudice other guards against you. he is a real smooth racist because he pretends to like a few blacks so no one can see that he is really a racist. allied barton was a company I used to take pride in, but now watching how they covered john lee's racist rant up, I have lost all respect for this company. what's the use of giving your all to a company that condones racism in it's ranks and even rewards it with a promotion? if we are supposed to be a team then this sure as hell does not seem like a team at all.

Allied barton barton, securitas security services, apex3 and the rest are all bottom feeders who only employee the desperate, uneducated, inexperienced wanna be cops.
They want everything and offer nothing but a check and some on line training and a few pins and buttons as rewards.in the chicago area many clients are savy to crappy service they offer. securitas has hundreds of unemployed guards from lost accounts, allied is losing account hours left and right in the chicago area resulting in guards being cut. they all compete with gas stations in the same pool of applicants.in the chicago area guardian and abm pay the best and treat employees pretty decently.

To [randaround the thought] I must thank first. god bless you.
I worked for allied barton as well, and was assaulted at work! my ankle was hurt and everyone including their hr director was treading me as if I had a minor spring ankle till I paid out of my pocket to see a specialist and mri to find out my bone was chipped and there are 2 fragments lose in my ligament!
I sent many strong emails to even hr vice president, but no one bothered to take any action. finally for a no good reason I was fired!
Allied barton is the worse company to work for, the only reason they have so many jobs is the clients are too lazy to put time and investigate them! allied barton has many employment issues in the federal and superior court. their staffs are people that have no understanding of humanity; they are a bunch of sleazy, corrupt and 2 faces.
Forget about their inadequate training, or their half decent investigation!
I do not fear them and every single word I say here I have back up for it. I have more respect for [dog poop] than allied barton!

I totally agree that allied barton at vanderbilt should be investigated, they promote unequal training, great benefits, and that they screen each worker through vupd. nothing could be further from the truth, poor training and terrible leadership for several years. new faces everyday, when will vanderbilt and allied get called out for the way they treat people? I also agree that charles defrance is mostly to blame, he really gives some rotten people jobs at allied. some day someone should stand up a speak out about what is really going on at vandy! it a shame that a company can claim to be tops in their industry and do people the way they have for years. it's going on across the country allied sells their security accolades to university's across the country based on the job they do at vanderbilt. those university's should take a long look at what's really going on!

Allied barton at vanderbilt is so corrupt, charles d france runs everything. what does that mean, it means he hooks up loser friends who sleep on the job and do nothing in which they were supposedly trained to do. if you ain't them, then watch out cause if you aim to do right they don't. oh they says all the right words, but nothing matters except them having buts in the seats and thats all the supervisors care about. beware or nick armstrong he's a dog, a real sack of #. they use people only as

I may wear a dress suit and slacks, but I will never allow anyone to get in my way of my career, family! never take my kindness for weakness! you said everyone has a bad side! I do have a evil side one that goes beyond the imagination! I like to prune trees with a chainsaw get rid of the limbs that suck the life out of you! lmao! I am one that really do not forget or forgive until I get revenge. I love revenge don't you? it brings sweet satisfaction! yes the real *xyz* is back! that is the most recent, dated [protected], sent to me at work as well as my personal email address.. i've began printing off each email, good or bad & have also contacted an attorney as I consider that last email threatening in more than one way. so tell me how"great it is to work for allied barton" again? I really enjoy the work itself, but the management sucks more than I can put into words.

I am a former allied barton emlpoyee. I was with the company for 4 years until very recently. now I admit that I f*ed up: someone saw me dozing and apparently notified the client, who in turn notified my supervisor (who also relieved me at the end of my shift that night). my supervisor gave me a final written warning (also with the "termination" check-box marked) and informed me that the client (no name[s] specified) wanted me removed from that site immediately. ok, so far the supervisor did his job, right? here's where things get interesting: the supervisor said I was probably fired, and advised me to call-off for the remainder of my workweek. he also advised me to request an immediate transfer, which I did the following monday. he also told me that since he "was trying to help me," that he was not going to send the write-up in to the district office. a week after that, I went to the office to check on the status of my transfer request and to speak to h. r. about what happened. the human resources representative I spoke with had me give a formal (in other words, signed) written statement of my recollection of those events, action taken at the time of occurence, and naming the person(s) involved, to the best of my knowledge. I was told by human resources after I was finished preparing my statement that the matter would be investigated, and that I would be contacted. 3 days ago (wednesday), I received a call from the human resources representative asking me to report to the district office on friday (yesterday) to meet with an operations manager. when I went into that meeting, I was told that I was being terminated for falsifying information, and I saw with my own eyes, a copy of the very write-up that my supervisor said he was not going to send in. I believe the supervisor knew that an investigation was being conducted, and simply chose to cover his own #, leaving me to tak th fall. as such, have since lost any reason to trust anyone from allied barton ever again. my opinion of that so-called "fortune 500 company" is simple: piss on 'em, and while i'm at it : f* you very much, allied barton!

My wife works for this company in arizona and im not going to mention the site due to she likes the job however what is upsetting to me is this company states they offer competitive health care.
My wife pays 66.00 dollars per pay period she earns 9.75 an hour, after taxes and the health care expense she takes home 619.00 dollars. last week she brought home the new 2012 health care program paper work and to my astonishment her health care cost for a single person rose to 83.00 dollars per pay period (26 weeks x 83.00 dollars = $2138.00 a year for coverage) I work for a competitor security company and our health care is free and most of our sites pay 12.00 an hour. see is going to be leaving due to 1. health insurance 2. hourly pay.3. this piece of # company does not give a rats # about retaining good and qualified people. I guess its just the culture of upper management there as to why there is such a revolving door and a constant recruitment campaign even during this time when a lot of citizen's are out of work.

I worked at a site for over 15 years. allied barton won the contract recently and after that it was downhill. they hired me as account manager because of my 15 years at the site. I had no disciplinary actions against me ever and didn't when I was demoted.in october 2011 they called me in an office and told me that I would no longer be account manager because they were replacing me with someone that was an account manager at another site that lost the contract and I would need to train my replacement. they praised me for my performance and said the client was happy with me. I was 2 months past my probation period with this company.in all my jobs I worked I have never been treated so bad as I was lied to about my pay and vacation, and harassed. beware of ron martel, larry christine and glen schnitzer of the pasadena texas office. this group is by far the worse management I have ever worked for.

Well where do I start hmm I used to work for allied at vanderbilt university. I have to agree with the previous comment that allied barton is the worst company I have ever worked for in my many years in the security field. I saw an unbelievable turnover while I was there, people who I regularly spoke with who were good people! while I was there no one seemed to care if anyone did their job properly, rather just show up and cover the schedule. I personally knew of people who slept on post at the university and even left post while on the clock. I have since spoke to multiple people who are still employed there and have said account mgr has changed, but allied is the same old allied changing the schedule multiple times a week without notice, and the infamous no call no show write in on your day off. all I can say is look elsewhere if you have any sense. but don't take my word for it, if you start working for them they don't wait long to start showing you that they can and will do what ever they please to you. I have never seen a company be so dishonest and terrible to its employees. just ask anyone who has ever worked there, management change, but allied stays the same! beware

Worst company I have ever worked for. very abusive, dishonest, and misleading. if you are thinking of working for them please think twice it will be the worst mistake you ever made for an employer. vanderbilt university, fed ex, and the entire district in nashville sounds completely as described by the previous complaints I have read on here. I 'm sensible, educated, and I was scammed completely by them! leadership changes constantly, the worst turnover of any company I ever heard of anywhere! I personally saw multiple people set up while I was employed there. shame on you! I can only warn people as sincerely as I can. but the bible says god will judge those for what they have done some day. I wouldn't want to be some of the people I worked for!

I can see cieno must be a company spokesperson. for your information, I did file a complaint with the eeoc and as is usually the case, the government sided with the employer. the only hope employees have is to start a union... of course then the company threatens you by saying if you unionize then the client will terminate the contract and everyone will be out of a job. as a former supervisor I worked with people that couldn't even speak english clearly and they were just plain lazy. I don't blame them though because for the crappy wages they pay I didn't give it 100% either. they want to pay next to nothing for wages... they get next to nothing for effort.

I notice that the majority of "stories" here are based on the people rather than the company. i've worked for ab for some time now in a site with a great team. I can't say enough good things about this company, i've never had a problem in any shape or form. the company and it's standard are a breath of fresh air in this day and age despite what the people on this site may be saying. alot of the stories go on about harassment, well if you were so harassed why not sue them? no they sit there and go on expecting the world to fix their problems for them. if you truly have a problem at work or in life at all you have to work to fix it.

The training I received was more than adequate and once I arrived at my site I received more training, then there is also their online training resources that are available. I say anyone stating they weren't trained needs to talk to someone about it, instead of again expecting the problem to fix itself.

I also notice people stating they are given overnight shifts with nothing to do, well the jobs we do are dictated by the customer not ab, if the customer wants you to sit at the front desk looking pretty then that's what your paid to do and it is not ab trying to "screw" you over.

You are told in training that if someone calls off you may be called in to fill in for them, you sign a contract agreement about this before training starts. people need to read what they sign apparently, this is a guard position if someone calls off the post needs to be filled regardless. so obviously a security company is going to have very strict attendance standards, this again is something you are informed of and sign an agreement to before training.

I see people mentioning being fired because they were "caught sleeping only one time", well one time is all it takes for something to go wrong. our jobs are to serve and secure the people, homes and businesses of our communities and this cannot be done if you're snoozing.

To end my little tirade here I would like to bring to attention the companies core values:

"dare to be great!
Growth
Encourage individual, team and organizational growth.
Responsibility
Honor our service commitment to customers, employees and the community.
Empowerment
Offer development programs that enable employees to do their jobs with skill and confidence.
Achievement
Reward and recognize service excellence, team success and individual achievement.
Trust
Build trust, respect and integrity in every relationship and interaction."

Everyday I have worked for this company has always met each and every one of those ideals listed, not once has that changed. I am proud to work for this company and suggest to anyone I know looking for a job to look into allied barton.

I'm currently working for AB, have been for a few months. Out of all my jobs, this one has some benefits but it also has a lot of negatives. The site I work at pays pretty well. But the hours scheduled to me as a flex officer are a joke. I'll get off a night shift and immediately have to go onto a day shift. Allied really does not care for its employees. I've worked 8-12 hours shifts and we aren't given lunch breaks, and regular breaks don't last that long. We have to eat at our posts which looks unprofessional. As security is involved its a complete joke. If I really wanted something from the site I'm at, it would be easy considering security probably wouldn't even notice because of the lax attitude. You may not have that attitude going in, but sitting around for 8-12 hours doing nothing because they don't give you anything to do will make the lax attitude grow. Right now I just have the job for money to move, but will never work security for this pathetic company again.

I am ashamed to work for this company! I am an Iraqi War Veteran and am currently seeking to go into some type of law enforcement career once I finish college. I was looking for some summer work between semesters when I came across allied barton on craiglist. I thought to myself ok I've worked security many times and I have experience. I even saw them on the local news and believed that they were a high profile type company. I was told to come in to start SOBC training. I had no idea what "site" I would be going to. I asked around and no one else in the class knew where they were going either. I felt like I was going to a slaughter house! On the last day of class, I was then told to go have an interview with my account manager. I told this gentlemen the days I could work and that I was still in college. I was told that I would have a full time job once I started working at this site. I began working there but not on the schedule that I told him i could work. I only put up with it and the less hours because he said that I would get more hours once the site was up and running. We were mis managed from the start. The account manager did not know his [censor] from a hole in the ground. ( and still doesn't) We are talking about a manager that will take you off your position and stick you in a position you don't work just so he can sit at his desk all night) Um that's not securing the property now is it? )Everything that every guard learned they either taught themselves from previous experience or just winged it. Fast forward to the fact that I had to fight to get a schedule that corresponded with my ability to go to school. I had told him in a note that I needed this and that type of schedule because my classes where about to begin. When he was faced with this he simply had the balls to tell me that writing him a note two weeks ago does not count because that was two weeks ago. WTF he knew from the word go that I was attending college. It was no secret I assure you! So finally I was given a nice schedule after talking to HR. Then about a month later I was really sick. I came to work anyway and in front of my supervisor I threw up everywhere! Instead of sending me home he calmly said that he would go get me some medicine. he went to the store and brought back pepto. Are you serious? I mean come on generally people who are throwing up do not take pepto! I tried to stay as long as I could but two hours until the end of my shift I called him and told him that I could not make it. He got pissed at me and said that he thought that he was going to be able to enjoy a night off! I never called out before nor ever was late to any assigned shift! He gave me a write up two weeks later over it. Then a guy was hired to do some overnight work and he was a complete and utter disgrace to anyone who gives a damn about their job. he walked around talking [censor] to people, wearing inappropriate things, and most of all not doing his job. He thought that he could sit around for two hours paid I might add and do nothing at all. I brought this to my supervisor's attention because I didnt think that it was fair or right. He was making us look like a joke! Word gets around in a small office so I began to be harrassed by a guy that didn't do his job and one that thought he could just sleep his shift away. These two individuals have caused the other guards to suffer from their actions. Mind you that my supervisor just kept sweeping things under the rug. So then I took on another shift and was told that I would have a set schedule. The harrassment continued. Now that I think about it allied barton talks a big game about not standing for harrassment and the like but when it comes down to it all they want to do is fill holes. All they need is bodies regardless if that person knows or cares about the job they are taking on. Anyway I decided that I needed to ask for a transfer to get out of the constant drama and the fact that it was having a negative impact on my life. That was all that I talked about when I got home.I couldnt eat etc. I mean some of the things that they were harrassing me about were way out of line and uncalled for. I brought all this to my supervisor and he said to me that i am better than this and that if i leave I let them win. OMG! So I had to take a chance in get HR involved and HR was so on my side the whole entire time until the transfer actually came to pass. I went to an interview with a new site and given the job. I was set to start training later on that week. I went to the office and did what the new manager told me to do. I got called at my shift start at my old site asking where I was. I didn't find out until later that I am not released from that old site until they find me a replacement. they have a turn over there and I mean by a massive amount. This manager will take your schedule and flip it any way he wants without telling you or at least kind of asking. He treated people like they were robots. He only cares about the big check that he will get at the end of the year when he has no over time. I mean literally people would work doubles and he would just take a day away from them before the end of the pay week. He would write you up for the smallest things but not for sleeping or harrassing or acting in a way that would get a contract revoked! When all that went down I called HR but of course everytime you call them you get their voicemail. how nice, right? I'm drving down the road and HR finally calls me back. She was the rudest person I have ever in my life encountered. Mind you I have been in the military as well as Iraq. She basically told me this mix up was my fault, that I knew the transfer policy, I couldn't transfer without a replacement and the list goes on. Um ok, well how about this... why the hell did I go to an interview if i would never get transfered anyway? Oh and she threw in the "after all I did for you this is the thanks I get". are you [censor]ing kidding me? I work for a slum employer you should be thanking me for working for you! I do not get any real benefits worth having. My pay is [censor]. oh and I pay to park at the site that I work! in the end of the conversation she told me to just report to the new site when i was suppose to start training. Oh I can see now how that would be a mix up. i am a stellar officer, i know my job and do it well, i have respect from the people that we are contracted to. But no i do not get any thanks, all i get is attitude and accusations. Allied Barton is the worst company I have ever worked for! I use to scrub toilets for a living and I wish that I was back doing that! I am seriously thinking about getting a lawyer and going to the labor board. No one should have to deal with this. HR is suppose to be an unbias enitity but really all they care about is the managers that work for them. They assume that all the officers are just [censor] little workers that could not get any other job. I am a grown adult and I did not appreciate getting talked to like I was an 18 year old needing a reality check. I summed up everything in here because really i could spend all day writing about how [censor]ed up allied barton is.

I recently had to get done from working at Allied and they are lying to deny me my unemployment. My doctor told me I had to quit for my health immediately so I gave the doctors note to my boss on a Monday (the day the doctors note was dated) and they are claiming I quit without notice on the previous Wednesday. They aren't going to get away with this crap because I am appealing this and they are going to be sorry they messed with me.

RANDAROUND THE THOUGHT

Eventually-the citizens of this own and nation will see all these companies fail-it is good, just and inevitable, as the economy collapses. the president wants much more in training-comprehensive varied support skills-and educated management staffs that do not hide behind "right to work"retaliatory manipulations of hiring clauses. it is known that if you abuse workers, they will turn around and swat the offenders. the folks sitting in those security offices are largely hanging on by their fingernails in the bunkers-and they are retreads doing the bidding of foreign agenda corporations. to start rehiring americans for american jobs, from the bottom up, the president needs to ship this out-sourced ownership back to hell and create a bit of protection (of jobs) that will serve those who protect. I think a little less posturing by barrack obama at the miami deli and the palatial digs of famous basketball stars-and more outlines of just how he plans to get americans working again-would be in order. until then, we citizens cannot support the democrats for reelection. the money has flown like duck feathers in the wind-but not helped the average american! miami will go bankrupt before the next budget-then what is the nation gonna due with broke and starving people?! the time to be committed and effectual is n-o-w; electing the same old "no answers" politicians is part of the problem-not a solution! in security matters, this holds true also-the old ways and managements under new slave-masters — must go!

The column of miami salaries range from blank — to blank! there is a reason — they aren't producing livable wages, and guards are intimidated from speaking out. this is another shameless company that man-renders and rapes the poor of respect and a true sustainable job! lindsay lohan needs a job-if she can get bail and keep out of a cocaine-induced funk — that would make for "elite quality guard", and would be a big step up from her orange prison jumpsuit! these [censor]-clown guard agencies are all alike-cheap, mean, and counterproductive to real security!

Unfortunately I worked with this Allied Barton Company and proud to say that I no longer work as a Security Guard. I worked the graveyard shift and had a supervisor that came 15 minutes and up to 2 hours late to relieve me. Then she noticed that I was not happy that she would come late to work on a daily basis and me depending on her to arrive to work on time. Then after learning the post and helping her take on days that by law I did not need to work and on top of her being late on a daily basis, I was taken off the account. I was told that she complained against me and that she said that I was the weakest worker in the site. To my understanding being late in any other kind of employment is warnings, write ups and termination. All Security companies in California are extremely horrible and they get away by braking laws and regulations against employee's. Security guard jobs get you nowhere unless is union regulated. Learning a trade is much better than being a rent a cop and yes most of these guards re very lazy and extremely stupid. If you begin to show signs of intelligence or common sense be careful because the supervisor will see you as a threat to his position and get rid of you.

And while investigating with your nose up everyone's [censor], wacken-crackers-how about giving the hired staff a background check-teeeheee! and while the staff is peeping at the young girls through the windows, and "punching the clown" (circus music, please!)-let's hear a chorus of "i'm sorry-so sorry..."gee, at this rate, wackenhut will have offended everyone on earth by 2012, and be on round 2! take them all, along with allied/fartin', insecuritas, and 50 apes-and go make a sequel movies to "armed and dangerous" part 5! clowns —

And while monica is getting her panties un-wadded — let me just reiterate-these guard agencies don't have [censor] for guards to work with! there is no "elite" type guard in miami-never was. they are underpaid, disrespected, and cast about by clients-duhhhhhhh-so you expect angels to flower under those conditions? you get what you pay for, huh, monica (who is taking such things at g4s wackenhut "so seriously") (outsourcing in flower-whoa-whoa!) I eold the guards nationwide time and again that all these former alphabet security companies are bogus in quality-and sticking a few ethnics and women in high profile positions-is just more foolishness and vannon-fodder stupidity. the agencies don't function, and they don't offer security — and they can't attract flies!

And now-appearing at center ring for your amazement and amusement - (circus music, please!) hey monicapsssst - (what a god-awful job as spokesperson for a bunch of clowns at g4s (wackenhut-what's left of it!) I guess the answer of these guard agencies is to replace us senior guards with the experience with younger guards. psssst-human resources hired a "peeping-tom" guard at old cutler bay, in miami? g4s "takes these matters seriously" — obviously not — that is the quality you hire to replace us senior guards — hahahahahaah lol! wackenhut always stuck its' nose in the air whilst putting its foot in dog-poop! elite. elite. elite — ohhhhhhhhhh... tell us, monica spokesperson-whi ya gonna hire now — a new pervert (teheeeeee!)

I agree Allied Barton Security is a bad and terrible employer. I've been with the company over 3 years, i never called off, never been late and always been there when they need to fill shifts. I made it to a SGT. and been SGT. for 2 years, when my captain transferred to Indiana, my boss made me acting captain for $10.75 an hour, when my captain was making $11.00 an hour. My captain had been gone for 4 months and decided she will return to Rockford, IL.. when my captain returned my boss demoted me back down to SGT. and told me that it was the clients decision that my Captain becomes Captain again. This is not true, because if its the clients request, then why did my boss in the local office said "you should have applied for the captain position on Allied Barton's website". There was no such thing, so I continued working as captain. In June of 2010 my captain was removed and another co-worker by selling vicodin, I again was as acting captain for about 3 weeks, I surely thought this time i will get the captain position, but I was wrong when I came back from vacation in July 2010, they sent another security officer to be captain and i had to train this idiot.
Allied Barton can go to "HELL". I think that everyone who had bad experience with this company should find a better job or go back to school. This company was sued by me for not paying me for the 3 hours that i worked... I have Pre-Paid Legal Service this is a great company that will fight for you if jobs refuse to pay you or other issues. If you live in Rockford, Il. visit www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/davidjacobs to get pre-paid legal on your side. or contact them in your area if you are out of Rockford, IL.
