AllergyBuyersClub provided credit card & set shipping and 1.5 months later never received dehumidifier

11/24/2018 I placed order over the phone w/Kyle the manager. Provided credit card and set up a shipping date 16 days out.
When it didn't arrive around the time frame discussed, I did an online chat w/the customer service and they could not help. I emailed Kyle 2-3 times over a 3 week period and no reply. I called customer service and left the sales rep 1-2 voice mail message and no return call.
I called 1/4/2019 and the customer service rep was rude, unhelpful and told me they don't have the unit anymore and would not offer me a discount on a comparable unit to fit the same price I previously agreed and provided the credit card to pay for. The sales girl said the mgr was busy in a meeting as this was the start of their busy season and they had to learn about the new units. How rude that he would not come to the phone or return my emails/calls.
Don't buy anything from Allergy Buyers Club.com They don't manage inventory, they do provide the worst customer experience you'll every have! I'm buying from "Moisture Medic" now.

AllergyBuyersClub Do not purchase from them

How is this possible to make your customers pay for your own mistakes?
They sent me a wrong product and I wanted to simply exchange it. they made me pay to ship it back. It's just unbelievable.
Their website doesn't say anything like this, so people just have no idea that they will be charged for mistakes they didn't make.
Why is it so hard to take responsibility for your employees' actions?
I sent numerous letters to them and got nothing back. Wonderful customer service that will irritate you to the maximum.

AllergyBuyersClub Scam

I have purchased a product from AllergyBuyersClub and when I made my order it was said that it was in stock! So I placed an order and paid for it, and they promised me a next day shipping. Everything seemed fine, but unfortunately my order did not arrived and I felt that something was wrong.
I contacted them and they said that my order was on its way and asked me to be more patient. One weeks passed and I contacted AllergyBuyersClub again and only then they said that my order was not in stock and cancelled! It was never shipped as they used to say! What a scam!

Wish I had done some research before purchasing from them. OMG! The worst experience imaginable. I literally thought I was going to bang my head against the wall and scream from the top of my lungs. An expensive dehumidifer that's not working properly, not living up to the expectation of a high power commercial grade dehumdiifer I needed after a mold remediation. The customer service tells you to do a song and dance over a few days before they can approve a return. And I'm still waiting for their return authorization. Not to mention, their items are made in China for this business, thus no manufacture info nor warrantee. So I have no idea what the purpoted 1 year warrantee refers to.

I purchased a Miele compact vacuum cleaner and was told it was a Pet cleaning unit. It was very expensive! But it was an exchange for one that was damaged in shipping; I returned the damaged one - it was way too large anyway. I was assured the Cat/Dog vacuum was just the "ticket." It turned out to be the worst vacuum I have ever owned; can't pick up cat litter, leaves a trail of "crumbs" behind and generally poor suction. Have had such a bad time with ABC, I declined to pursue it further. Next time I'll purchase from a more reliable company. I did try to write a review but apparently it was deleted somehow ! AllergyBuyersClub It has been a circus dealing with allergybuyersclub!

I will never do business with this company ever again! I purchased a very expensive unit from them and it broke after 6 months. I still had a warranty so I contacted customer support and was given a hard time. They tossed me around to 5 different reps and I wasted days trying to get my money back. They all tried to assure me that everything will be fixed in no time. The next day I received a call from a completely different person and she told me something that made no sense. I asked about my money and she was confused and said she had no idea what was I talking about! Absolutely ridiculous! These people completely wasted my time! Horrible customer service!

AllergyBuyersClub No refund and no information regarding the order

Scam. Don’t order from the website www.allergybuyersclub.com. I have bought medicine against the allergy from them, and my card was charged within 3 hours, but the seller hasn’t provided any details about the order and its delivery. The owner didn’t react to my complaints. I have no idea if the company is really bother about their clients of not. I really hope that one day the owner will reply and return my money back. But I highly advise all people to stay away from them.

AllergyBuyersClub 3 weeks I got only confirmation

I have bought steam cleaner from the company www.allergybuyersclub.com. The seller was very slow and provided the confirmation for me within 3 weeks. I was so angry that I have bought from them. But I decided to wait, but the seller announced that the item wasn’t available and advised me to wait couple of days. He told me about days, but I have waited weeks. It was the worst and completely unprofessional company, which I have ever seen before.

AllergyBuyersClub They got money and stopped to deal with me

I ordered 3 items from the website www.allergybuyersclub.com. The company is real rubbish, so don’t waste time and money. They needed only money, so after they received my money, these ### stopped to reply to my emails and messages. The worst company. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

AllergyBuyersClub unscrupulous

I ordered some very expensive LED lightbulbs and was sent a confirmation about the order. I waited a few weeks and nothing. I sent an email to customer service and was sent a reply saying there was an error with my order and it would be shipped the next day. Still nothing for another week or so. I sent 2 more emails to which no one responded. (Meanwhile the money was already taken! I stupidly did Paypal with this company.) Finally, I disputed the charge with Paypal. After several days, there was still no response or involvement from the company. Then finally a response comes through Paypal demonstrating 'proof' that the package was indeed shipped and they 'don't know why i didn't get it.' Well, obviously, b/c the shipping date was that very day that they were finally called on the carpet by Paypal. They never offered any explanation.

I highly recommend you avoid this untrustworthy company! They lie and ignore you and still take your money. Other sites associated with them and the one I ordered from was GreenandMore.com.

I ordered a water purifying system on Thanksgiving, 2018, and didn't receive confirmation it had been shipped. After waiting 2 weeks, I tried online chat with 2 different reps and when I told them why I was contacting them the chat mysteriously stopped. Then I called, and the rep I spoke with had to spend 15 minutes researching and finally told me the product had been discontinued the day after I had ordered. She said someone should have notified me, but couldn't answer why no one had yet. I told her I would dispute the charge with Discover and her supervisor tried to talk me out of it, saying she was refunding my charges and it'd be another 5 days before it would show on my Discover card (and the credit still has not shown up). I immediately contacted Discover and disputed the charge. I hope with the online chat histories I gave them that I will get my money back.

Absolutely agree. I ordered a dehumidifier in November and it arrived December 30. I tried to cancel the order back in November but never received a confirmation email about the original order, so I didn't have the order number. I assumed it never went through since I never received any information. I called to let them know that I needed to return it and they are charging me 25% restocking fee! They claim my email address was incorrect so they couldn't send me an email. I am being charged a fortune for nothing. I have ordered from them in the past but that will never happen again. This company has poor customer service and turn policy is disgusting

I completely agree with Cleveland Mom's reviews, and honestly I wish I'd read all the other bad reviews of Allergy Buyers Club online BEFORE purchasing something on Allergy Buyers Club. I purchased an air purifier from them after reading all the "amazing" reviews about the filter on their own site. I even chatted directly with their customer service rep who also recommended that particular air purifier. It took forever to arrive, and when it did it was HORRIBLY constructed, made of cheap plastic, and the interior electrical panel was held together with tape. Not even electrical-grade tape, but office quality cellophane tape. This was a $600 supposed high-quality air filter, so of course I immediately wanted to return it. Except, I was held to a 15% RESTOCKING fee, AND I had to pay for return shipping. Return shipping was almost $100, and the restocking fee was another $100! I would've kept it just to try not to waste $200, except for the fact that it was a dangerous product & potential fire-hazard. So I angrily shipped it back.

I left an honest review of how bad the air filter was on their site, and oddly enough my review never showed up. So clearly Allergy Buyers Club filters out all the negative (read: HONEST) reviews, and only post the favorable reviews of their products. Which I question are even real reviews, I honestly can't imagine ANYONE being ok with paying $600 for a cheap plastic hunk of junk held together with tape.

This is a fraudulent company with horrible customer service, and a unconscionable return policy. STAY AWAY!
