I droppped off a two piece navy blue pant suite to be dry cleaned. When I picked up the item, the pants were damaged, the pants now looks like they are two different colors. I took both the top and the pants back and left them at the dry cleaners for the manger to take a look at the pants to let him see the damage and let me know what could have happen over three weeks ago. The manager has not yet returned my call and I have left several messages for him. I'm not sure what other steps I can take to be reimbursed, but the manger is not even willing to acknowledge the damage of the clothing.
Please let me know if there are any steps I can take. This was a expensive suite which cannot be worn anymore.
