I bought jewelry worth $1394, through Amazon.com from Allejewelry.com couple years ago. It looked nothing like advertised, so I sent it back. When I called alle about refund, they kept telling me, that they will "take care of it". Could not get the refund from my credit card, since it was more than 2 month when I called to complain.
I can't believe, that on line company can steel from people so easily.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I returned ordered items as directed. Still no refund almost nine months later! Outrageous.
