Can someone let me know or explain to me why my car loan application had been approve, but I didn't get my credit card as I got fill up and summit my credit card application form, when I ask agent who in charge this loan case got no reply. Please help for investigate. I really disappointed with agent attitude and servicing. Now my husband wish to buy car and we don't dare to make loan with Rhb as staff didn't work properly and when clients got questions, no reply no answer at all.
