I am very dissatisfied with All4cellular.com..
This is shop is so worst...They are are service so poor and bad..A few days ago i was bought a product from them to see the attractive feature which was they give and i orderd the product and pay the money...after many day i got the product ...and surprisingly that product quality is so low...Then I return their product to them according to their condition.. But they don't give my money..they stole my money..Then I am so disappointed, sad and frustrated..I will never buy from this store again and I will continue to post bad reviews until I get my money back.

All4Cellular I am terrified with All4cellular!

I am terrified with All4cellular, they are the worst ever and I would not recommend them to anyone! They stole my money and sold me a defective product. When my tablet arrived it looked used and did not work properly. I contacted All4cellular and demanded a full refund but these scam artists never bothered to reply. I tried to reach them many times with no luck getting a response. Then I found all these reviews and was shocked! According to what people said it if very hard to reach anyone from All4cellular and almost impossible to get any help. I am so disappointed, sad and frustrated about all this. This was the first time something like that happened to me! I will never buy from this store again and I will continue to post bad reviews until I get my money back!

All4Cellular Terrible!!

I have ordered a tablet from this online store and received the wrong one. When I contacted All4Cellular customer service they said that I can keep the one I received and they'll refund the price difference. I was not ok with that and asked for a replacement. They refused and said that was against their policy and that they were not able to accept any returns. They left me no other choice so I had to agree.
Several days later I got some of my money back. I'm extremely disappointed! Because of their mistake I received cheap tablet and lost my money! Horrible service!

I placed order several months ago and got some fake info, but after that i only waited and got completely nothing. I’m really sick of the silence and that i can’t get my order. They are liars and scammers, and i want to find other deceived customers, who lost money...

All4Cellular Bottom line, don't go with this company

I placed an order-[protected] on 14th Dec and haven't received any shipping information yet. Dropped an email at [protected]@all4cellular.com but no response. Called their customer care service and after waiting for 13 mins, when I asked the customer care person politely regarding my order shipment, she told me that she is pulling the details and disconnected the same. Can't believe they can't call back when the contact details are given in the order placed. Bottom line, don't go with this company.

All4cellular misrepresents shipping times, and charges your credit card as much as up to a week before they will ship your item. Do not pay for expedited shipping, it is a waste of money. I would never ever ever order from all4cellular again, whether through ebay or through their website. Their customer service is rude, arrogant, and does not conduct business in an ethical manner. Buyers Beware, and if you decide to make a risky purchase anyway, make sure you pay with a credit card, do not use debit cards...ever!

It takes them a full day and a half to fill any order - so be prepared. If you're in no hurry, the product itself is acceptable. 3-5 day standard shipping will be 5-7 days, next day air will be two days. Actual next day service is fundamentally impossible with these guys. Even if they promise you over the phone they will personally rush it out - watching the time it actually shipped - one and a half days after I called - tells you all you need to know.

We apologize for the experience you received. Our standard shipping time delivers between five to seven days but, depending where you live it can take up to nine. Once you place the order and we receive payment, we then ship out the item. Therefore, based on seven day shipping time we do charge your credit card seven days in advance of delivery. I am not aware of who you spoke to in our customer service department but, I guarantee you that we strive for excellence. All4Cellular Why risk the hassle, use another company

I had a bad experience with this company over a simple order. After multiple attempts the company is finally correcting the issue by refunding my money.

Experience:I ordered 3 Micro USB cables from their website for my cellphone. I received 3 regular USB cables. When I received the wrong cables the company just happened to be on a 2 day April holiday. I left a voice message and sent an email asking them to contact me and/or correct the order. They did not do this and when I placed a follow up call they were once again on another 2 day April holiday. When I finally got a hold of the company they apologized and said they were sending the correct cables and a return shipping label for the 3 incorrect USB cables.

One week later I received 1 Micro USB cable and no return shipping label. I contacted the company and they apologized again and promised to send the other 2 Micro USB cables along with a return shipping label that it would arrive in 2 days. 8 days passed and still no cables. I left a voice message with no return and was about to contact the BBB as I sat on hold for 45 minutes.

They are supposedly going to refund me for the 2 cables. I wasted almost 4 weeks dealing with this company over a very simple item I could have gotten anywhere. And even after 3 1/2 weeks I still only have 1/3 of my items to show and still no refund.

Summary: It is my impression they are incompetent and the customer service cannot follow up. My issues is not with the products but with the company. They have at least 8 issues listed on the BBB website. Why risk the hassle, use another company.

I have sent three (3) emails to all4cellular, but they have refused to respond. I ordered a Motorola Bluetooth H17 TXT on 11/25/2012. The problem is that the Bluetooth is defective. I can hear the person I called or that called me, but they can't hear me. I purchased another phone to see if it was the phone, but it is not it has to be the Bluetooth. I have adjusted the volume and it still does not work. Beware before buying from this company all4cellular. They do not respond to your emails. It is better to pay a little more than to be scammed. I have asked them to send another, but now I want all my money back. I don't like doing business with scam artist.

All4Cellular both customer service number are disconnected.

On October 27, 2010 I made an online purchase on the website all4cellular. I purchased a battery (which advertised as new, but wasn't) for my g1 along with a car charger. The charger never worked also. Since November 1, 2010 I have been trying to reach someone on their customer service lines so I could return or replace the merchandise and the lines have been disconnected. Aside from sending a couple of emails which they have not responded to, I don't know how else to contact them to rectify this situation before my thirty days lapse & then nothing could be done. If anyone has any ideas to remedy this poor business practice act I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm excited to get the new handset bluetooth plantronic 903+ this Friday. This was the first time that i purchased stuff from that website. Maybe, I had some issues what made me fell mad. But Mr Angel (customer services, ext: 120), he did really good job. I'm satisfied 100%. If the manager can read this message, please help me say thanks...thanks to him. I think that you absolutely have a awesome staff. I have a plan to buy another plantronic pro HD and no where better than all4cellular.com

I bought the plantronic handset 2 weeks ago. It was really good, but it doesnt work anymore.I call them, Mr Angel toll me that they will send me a replacement. He gave me the tracking number what i cant not track my order. Please let him know about that and send to me the new tracking number. Thanks

dont worry to much about. I did have the same felling. But after that, I sent to me exactly what i want. their customer services doesn't really good. The phone lines are busy all the time.

I ordered a Bluetooth headset from all4cellular on 11/24/11 and paid by paypal, but after I submitted the payment I didn't get an order number. So I called on 11/28/11 to try and get the order number but the wait time was 57 minutes so I sent them an email. I didn't receieve a response to my email by 11/30/11 so I called again and CS said they had receieved payment but the order had not been put in to their warehouse. They said they would put it in to the warehouse and within 3-4 hours I would get an email confirming my item had shipped with a tracking number. They didn't send me an email for 24 hours, the shipping isn't trackable because of the service used, and the order number they provided doesn't give me any information on their website order tracking system. It is now a week after I ordered and supposedly my item has shipped, but I have to take their word on it.

Recently, I purchased two " brand new, sealed in box, never used" OEM HTC Droid Incredible 1 standard batteries. I requested expedited Priority Mail, which came prompt (thank you, all4cellular). Upon opening the package, the two (2) batteries came in individual small clear zip-loc bags (clearly not OEM packaging, as promised). There were no signs of use, although I have my suspicions that these are refurbished or even manufactured by a third-party. None of the "stickers" line up carefully and the lettering isn't even close to size on my proven-OEM battery, by comparison (close side-by-side analysis). I wasn't skeptical by the inexpensive price, because every website and even every E-Bay auction was a very similar price ($3.95).. HTC BTR6300B

I am sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate experience with our company. All our items are brand new, but even new items can occasionally become defective depending upon the conditions under which they are used.
Due to a power outage in the local area our phones were down the day you tried calling, but I have browsed through your records here and I notice that as of November 2nd we had spoken to you and have rectified the issue.

All4Cellular defective phone

I purchase a phone that was listed on the all4cellular.com website. The reason I purchased from them was because the particular phone I wanted had been discontinued. This was the only site that still had it stocked. Since the phone was advertised as new, I believed it to be new. I called customer service to make sure the phone was in stock. I then purchased it. I was not informed at the time it was reconditioned. I received the phone promptly. When it came, the phone was in a generic Nokia box.with the accessories loose inside. The phone looked new, it had a clear protector over the screens. I proceeded to use the phone for less than 1 month. In the middle of a conversation on speaker phone, the external speaker blew, just stopped working. I could no longer hear the phone ring or use the speaker phone, for which I made the purchase. I looked at the return policy, at that point it was too late. It clearly states there would be no warranty on any product on the website. Also the website would not be held responsible for any defects. How convenient. I was stuck with a useless phone. Or I could have it repaired for over 60.00 dollars. I proceeded to purchase the same model phone which I was lucky enough to find on E-Bay. That one was and still is excellent. It came in the original box with everything properly placed in the original box from the factory. The 2 screens had the original protectors on it which I remembered was how my first original Phone I was replacing was packed. That was when I realized the all4cellular phone was either reconditioned or a fake. I had to purchase another phone so I spent double the amount that I should have. I was very disappointed in the phone and the company. I had already gave a positive review for them online which I could not retract. Buyer beware!

I alos bought a Bluetooth headset advertised as retail package with all accessories. Shipped in ziplock bag without accessories. The ear bud that came with the unit does not fit my ear now I have to order earbids and lose what I saved by ordering from them. Sent them e-mail and have not heard back from them.
