All You Can Books Cancelled my subscription and they continued to take money out of my account

I have been in ongoing conflict with this website for weeks. They continue to take my money and refuse to cancel my subscription. I have cancelled my subscription on their website and sent several emails stating I want to cancel my subscription. Every time, they continue to take money. They deliberately make it difficult to cancel your subscription, and even when you contact them directly via email, they still will not end the subscription.It is a deliberate scam. I have seen many others say they have had the same issue.I have evidence of all our communication.

All You Can Books All you can book

I was searching for a book for my daughter's studies I came across their site signed up in September then having searched found out they do not have the book or books that match. I thereby unsubscribed on their website as their free trial would end at the end of September but there was no use in having such a subscription as money is tight anyway. I thought even though the book is pricey I would buy it elsewhere instead of paying for something I never used and found I did not need. The month of October passed as September had, then I finally got my med money only for them to take it. I cannot afford my hbp and diabetic meds. I cannot buy my pain meds for spondylosis. I consider that stealing. Am I wrong?

Desired outcome: I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED AS I NEED MY MEDS. If I die without them then your company is more than a thief.

How can you say "As a thank you" what thank you when you obviously stole a payment. So that means I paid the subscription so how does it help me? What will help me is returning my money. On your website I filled in a form to write that I want to unsubscribe. Upon investigation really, YOUR COMPANY SENDS NO NOTIFICATIONS OF CHANGES SO THAT YOU CAN GO ON STEALING PAYMENTS WITHOUT US BEING AWARE UNTIL ITS TOO LATE. CHECK YOUR SYSTEM

All You Can Books Book service

This company gets you to open for a trial and then the books do not open, alsothey say they have a book but you cant access till credit card. I did this needing a book for school and once I got in it was not available. I called and cancelled and when I called again because I have 3 new charges I was advised I didnt cancel in time and they will not return. I became infuriated I am not lying they are scamming. Now they have sent an email refusing credit, please see below and when I responded back now I am getting an email telling me they are busy due to overwhelming response to their program, also be see below.

I knew this was going to happen…. I do not use site and don’t want to….. I did call and believe you’re customer agent did not do correctly…. I need my money returned…I live on a fixed income as a disabled vet and cannot take this loss. If it is not returned, you are essentially calling me a liar and I am not. I will have no choice to get my VA advocate involved.

THE OLD 30-DAY TRIAL / DIFFICULT TO CANCEL SCAM. All You Can Books uses their 30-day trial to get your credit card information which they charge $19.99/month. On the day of my trial, I realized the search engine was not very robust and the books I wanted were not there. I immediately sent an email to the Customer Service requesting that my account be canceled. In August I was surprised to see I had been being charged since January! I called August 9 with some confusion about why my card was charged. I also requested that the account be canceled and I wanted a refund since I contacted them Jan 13 to cancel. They said they would look into it. On October 17, I notice that I was charged for September! I called and insisted the account be canceled. I received a lengthy form email with a link to a site to cancel. The scam is they only send you this email each time you contact them. You think you are canceled but they just keep charging. I would like to have my original Cancelation Request honored and a refund of $180.

I had exactly the same situation sending them an email the day after I opened the trial period saying that I wanted to cancel because I said that after looking there were no books I wanted. I asked that they cancel my membership and not bill me at the end of the trial. I assumed that was it.

Today I saw a charge on my account so I called their customer service number. She looked up my account and said she saw that I had sent them that email asking to cancel over a month earlier.

She said that they sent me an email with instructions on how to cancel. I found the email and it is lenthy and at the very bottom it says to go to another site to cancel. I'm sure I would not even have bothered to open any further communications from them as I no longer was a member.

I told her that they obviously knew I wanted to cancel because I clearly stated the day I started the trial. She said - but you didn't complete the cancellation process. I told her I had never seen these hoops to jump through to cancel a membership. I clearly asked them to cancel.

THis company uses this loop hole to be able to bill people who are not watching their account for it since they have already asked to cancel. They don't bother to do any further inquiry when a customer has obviouly stated their intention.

They don't have any good books - so this is the way they can make money by making the cancellatiuon process much more complicated than it should be.

I signed up for a free trial. I contacted their customer service department by email and canceled before the end of the trial period. They charged my card anyway. When I brought this to their attention they claimed they had sent me an email giving me additional steps to cancel. I received no such email. I did not use the service after the free trial, but they repeatedly refused to refund my money. Clearly this organization is using their free trial offer to scam people.

All You Can Books monthly fees

I joined on the basis of a 30 day free subscription, but failed to cancel on time to avoid the 19.99 charge.
I think that, on an automated basis, this company (Allyoucan books) should send out an email after 22-25 days saying "We notice you have not ordered anything. Is there anything we can do to help?" I ordered nothing at all but got charged for it. Roger Cole

All You Can Books what account?

I was billed through PayPal for this monthly subscription and I've tried every email I have but have to account to cancel? Now I've been on hold for over 30 minutes with their 24 hour /7day a week contact number! Ugh. Not an ideal way to spend a Sunday. Now i can't submit a complaint less than 350 words long?! Come on! Who has this kind of patience? Rediculous. Stupid. Rip off. All You Can Books reservations

I made a reservation to park lane hotel ny on march 2018 to september 2018. When I arrived to the hotel They didn't have the reserved room, so I had to find another hotel, because the weresold out (as they said). I can't count on Booking. com any more . Next time I will try Trivago or Tripadvisor. Never Booking any more. It's a pity. Never Booking.com any more

All You Can Books Fails to Deliver, but Pockets the Cash Anyway

AllYouCanBooks.com advertises they will let you download all the audio and e-books you can for 14.99 per month--no limit. Hah! The joke is on the buyer who fail to realize they will allow you to download all you can, but you can't. You still get charged anyway. The company is shameless in the fact they propulgate this scam and exult in the fact they can do so legally. After I finally obtained the company phone number from my bank I called and spoke to Nancy who told me they have the right to charge me even though no services were rendered. She seemed proud of the fact. There are no refunds from this company so I am out the money they charged me even after I cancelled their service by email. So don't be dazzled by their offer and think it is risk-free. It is not and you will rue the day you ever surfed this site. I do NOT recommend this company for anyone, not even my worst enemy!

I cancelled my membership during the trial period but was charged three times subsequent to this. I have contacted them and requested a refund which they continue to refuse. It is clear from their own software that I have used the service for only 4 minutes which obviously was only a sample.

This company is still charging a $14.99 per month fee, I have cancelled my account with them, but I am still be charged this fee! I downloaded one book that was supposed to be a free download to check out their services other than that free e-book, I have not used this company, they need to be stopped from STEALING MY and EVERYONE ELSES MONEY!
