never received my product
I ordered from them a wallet months went by and haven't received it. I emailed them 5-6 different times and not once did I hear back from them! Now their website is gone and I never received my wallet or money back! Very unprofessional to take someone's money and not reply to a CUSTOMER at least to explain what happened or if they can fix things!

They promised me a fast shipping and delivery, but my order never arrived. I ordered two purses in September. I wonder where they are now and if they actually shipped them. I wrote them 3 or 4 times, but none of my emails were replied. So I started worrying because I wouldn't want to give my money for nothing. Yesterday I sent one more email and all of a sudden they answered. The email stated that my order was on its way. But there were no proofs, so I have no reason to believe them. They just wanted to get rid of me for a while.
Well, they were wrong and I won't stop writing.

All I want was is money back!
Its been over three months now and I still haven't received my order! I contacted AllThingsCountryWestern customer service and they said that they need to check what was going on and later they contacted me back and told that my order was probably lost during the shipment. They offered me a full refund and I actually believed them! That was the biggest mistake I've ever made! Then they just stopped replying to my messages and I did not get my money back yet! Horrible company to do business with!
The rep hasn't returned money and their clothes were terrible
I don’t advise someone to order from the website www.allthingscountrywestern.com, because the clothes what you see on the website didn’t match with the real items. I ordered tracksuit, but the quality and how it looked at me was terrible. I emailed the seller and asked how they could return my money back, because my card was hacked and the rep told me that they would send the check. I waited 4 weeks and haven’t received it. Stay away from this company.
