Allstate Beauty order not shipped/visa charged

My complaint is like many other. I ordered some products for a value of nearly $100 on June 23. My order has not come, and the company has not answered my numerous phone calls or e-mails. I did report them tp PayPal, but am wondering what else to do. They really need to be taken to court for this!

Allstate Beauty never shipped my order

On May 5, 2009, I ordered Hempz products from AllstateBeauty.com totaling $187.91. My VISA card was debited on May 6, 2009 for

$187.91. I received AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, BUT NO ORDER... after not receiving my order in 10 days, I started calling their

office and left numerous requests for them to return my call, but to no avail. I then called company owner, Alexander Bederoff on his

personal cell phone at [protected] and spoke with Paul who assured me that they would email me a tracking #number later that

day letting me know that my order had shipped. I received NO TRACKING # and the order has not shipped. Please let the world know

that this company lacks integrity and is a rip off operation. They are common everyday thieves who do not deserve to be able to rip the

consumer off this way. We must put them out of business by exposing thier low down dirty, unethical tactics to all potential victims.

Back in early June, I ordered my favorite shampoo and conditioner at great savings compared to my salon. They charged my card the day I ordered it, and I have not received my shampoo and conditioner. The businesses telephone number is "temporarily out of order" and they do not respond to my emails for status of my order. It is my first online rip-off. It is truly frustrating.

On June 17/09 I ordered a self-tanning cream on-line, and $42.95 was charged to my charge card. Converted to Canadian funds, I now have $49.75 on my statement for an item never received. Multiple tries to contact Allstate Beauty have been unsuccessful.

I am obviously out nearly $50 and will never again order on-line with a company I am not familiar with. This company needs to be stopped from getting away with such practices!

Allstatebeauty.com is a SCAM ARTIST-- I purchased $80 worth of shampoo/conditioner/gel and never got my products. I called the phone number and it sent me directly to voicemail-- I called several times and no one called me back and i never spoke to a person. They immediately charge my debit card after the purchase and never gave me my products JUN 2009.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company...

I placed an online order on 01/17/09 and have not received my products. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I intend to dispute these charges with my credit card company soon, if there is no responde to my latest email.

I ordered several Lady Primrose products. My debit card was charged. I received an email confirmation with the status of my order but there was never any status. Could never get a person via phone or a reply to many email inquiries. I lost $100. and will be much more careful about purchasing anything online.

I ordered a "Helen of Troy Professional Hot Air Brush" and it never came. I emailed & called several times with no response. Then I finally received an email back that they would not be able to fill my order and that my credit card would be refunded, but there was never a credit back onto my card.

I placed my order in January of this year and have never received any products. Despite email exchanges where they acknowledge the order and promise to ship, I still have not received product. This is outright theft! Do not use them.

Allstate Beauty I eventually received ordered products!

After disputing the charges in the bank and threatening them (via email) with legal actions against them - AllState Beauty sent me ordered products. However, I lost my time and nerves going to the bank; writing a letter in order to dispute the charges; trying to contact the company and so on. Even though they eventually turned out not to be a fraud I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

Placed order for dinur products: ordered 2 Hydrocare face lotion, rec'd 1 hydrocare lotion. Also ordered: 1 Hydractive 24 (24 hour moisturizer), rec'd 1 hydractive eye and lip wrinle serum. Order was paid with American Express Gold Card.
Lastly, the order was placed on 4/11/09 and received on May 20, 2009. When I went online to cancel the order a "disclaimer" popped up stating that Allstate Beauty has 4 months to finalize delivery of any orders. This disclaimer did not appear when I placed the order therefore the order was accepted but the terms were deceptive. There are other retailers that can provide the items I ordered. I would not have placed an order with a company that has a 4 month policy to deliver the goods. When ordered all above-mentioned items were listed as "in stock". The total for all the items was $135.66, for that amount of money, as a consumer I'm entitled to a reasonable delivery period and the correct items ordered as well as upfront and clear terms of the transaction.

Allstate Beauty unauthorized charges

I ordered $55.00 worth of products. Suppose to receive free shipping on orders over $50.00. Placed my order on 1/7/09. Received email. Checked online status and it only says 'payment received'. I tried to call, but on one answers and the mailbox is full and cannot accept any new messages. I am reporting them to the BBB.

Ordered $151.00 dollars worth of products on April 5, 2009. Charge was confirmed to Credit card on April 6, 2009. No delivery as of yet. I called twice and left messages on customer service and sales lines and have not received a return call.

All lines go to voicemail. Sent email and got response saying product was being shipped. Several days later I was sent a FedEx tracking number which indicated that the shipment information sent to FedEx on May 4th at 7:00 PM.

As of 10:50 on May 6, there is still no tracking information available.

Additional calls and emails to the company have gone unanswered. Today I called and left message to cancel order and I will dispute charge on credit card. This appears to be a poorly run unprofessional company.

I placed an order on 04/20/09 and as of 05/08/09 I still had not received my order. I was so frustrated that no one would reply to my e-mails (support@allstatebeauty.com), no phone # on their website...luckily I finally received my order more than a month later. Although frustred with the service, I decided to give this company another try because their prices are more economical than the salon price. I placed a second order on 06/09/09 and as of 07/20/09 I have not received my order. STILL DEALING WITH THE FRUSTRATION! I just went online to obtain a number for All State Beauty and it brought me to this site with many similar complaints. If only I would've seen this site ealier...

I was charged twice for my online order. It took 60 days to receive the first order. I tried to have them refund the second order. They do not answer the telephone and they do not answer e-mails. They finally sent the product and all of the bottles of shampoo were broken and laying in a box full of shampoo. They will not return my calls or e-mails. I have alerted the BBB. This website should be taken down. It is a fraud. They will steal your money. Buyer beware!

All State Beauty is still running their business despite all the complaints on this site.

I too was taken by them and have just filed a complaint with NY State BBB...

I ordered a product in early Dec. got it but the bottle was empty and all over the inside of my package. I contacted the company and was told that they would ship a new bottle, even noted it on my account page.
I never was shipped anything, like everyone else, no answering of phones or emails.

Here is their contact information for your complaint on the BBB becuase they will ask for it and all the details of your purchase!

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I placed my order but this is my first internet "sting". I placed my order and my account was debited May 5, 2009. Have never received a shipping notice and have yet to receive my order . I too, have not received a reply to email or voice mail messages so customers beware! Next action will be the State Attorney General office and Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order with Allstatebeauty.com on 4/08/09 and my card was charged two days later. As of 4/21/09 I have yet to receive anything and my phone calls and e-mails go unanswered. Please save yourself the headache and do not order from them. Luckily I was able to get my money refunded by disputing the charge through my bank.

Ordered product from Allstat Beauty. Credit card was charged on the day of purchase but the products were not delivered. Customer service number is a recording and the "leave a message" box is not accepting messages. Avoid this company.

Bought $69 worth of stuff from All State Beauty. They took my money, no product, cannot contact them by phone or email. Voice mail says it cannot take any more messages. Stay Away. Have a charge back with credit card company in the works. Web site should be taken down!

Allstate Beauty terrible company

I purchased hair product from AllstateBeauty.com via Amazon on January 10, 2009. My credit card was charged and I have not received the product. I have sent several emails and tried contacting them via phone only to find that their mailbox is full and therefore cannot leave a message. After reading the other report of a consumer being ripped off I am afraid the same thing has happened to me. There is another company, All State Beauty Products, Inc., also in NY who is being hounded by consumers not receiving their products. AllstateBeauty.com is the company to go after - NOT 'All State Beauty Products, Inc.' I am also contacting Amazon to take them off of their supplier list.

I placed an order with allstate beauty. The website stated that the product was in stock and they would ship it the next day. My credit card was charged for the full amount and the product was never shipped. I contacted them via phone and email. Finally they responded to my email stating that they would cancel my order and refund my credit card in full, immediately. It is now 3 months later and I have yet to see a credit on my account. I have sent several other emails to them, asking about my credit, as well as disputing the amount with the credit card company. I would not suggest anyone do business with them! I believe this company is a fraud and they steal your money. If you look on the BBB site, they are not certified, but there is information about who the owner of the company is.

I ordered products and never received them. Of course when you call no one is ever there to answer phones, they do not respond to email. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully they will help me either get my products or my money back. What a bunch of crap. I should have investigated here before attempting to buy anything from them..

On 06/19/09 I sent an order for products totaling $61.05. After contacting them I received an e-mail stating that the order would not be shipped and I should look for a total refund to show up in my account within 5 to 7 business days. I am still waiting.

Do not order products from this company! They charge you for products and then do not deliver or ship. There customer service line is non-existant and goes straight to voicemail. This is a scam. ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!
