Dear Guys & Honest people
Please read the below and thank me for wasting my time to teach you a few things about this idiotic company KBS and China rubbish.
I am a UK guy and owner of an Electronics company.
I have not provided my company name or website only for 1 reason? If I done that it means whenever people do a company search on Google my Company will come up and show my customers that I have purchased rubbish products from China. Which straight away downgrades my company reputation?
Please believe me as an honest Christian do not buy anything from China or this so called company KBS.
In the last few months I have purchased 15 sample products from various cheap Chinese companies. Believe it or not all of the products had various faults and I have lost over £2000.00
Imagine if you sold these to customers I guarantee you they will call you back in a few months if you are lucky to sell them with no current faults. So you might get them a few $$$$ cheaper but in the long run it will cost you double the amount. Once a product is returned to you your options are very low. You have to refund your customer and loose money. Don’t even bother trying to email or call your so called Chinese supplier. Their first words will be please send it back and once it arrives please pay for the shipping back to your country. So by the time you have paid for both deliveries you will straight away loose money. That’s why there is no point even trying to send it back just take it as a learning point PLEASE.
As a successful business man please follow the below procedure and I promise you it will avoid many problems. You can’t grow a business with Chinese Rubbish so please don’t even bother starting. All their websites customers service procedures etc etc they have just stolen from us Europeans. The only good thing they are known for is selling and copying counterfeit goods which will cost you double nothing else.
How many Chinese electrical companies do you know worldwide? Maybe 0
Why? It’s because they concentrate on copying and piracy nothing else.
How many Japanese, Korean or Taiwanese brand names do you know? Yes many LG, Sony, Hitachi, HTC, + Many many more.
The Chinese will never be like their neighbors they can only try to copy their service or products. But they have never invented their own.
Please believe me maybe 90% of electrical products purchased from china have serious quality issues or copyright problems. Because everything they do is Cheap and never tested to the World regulations.
If you are looking for suppliers or good quality products please try to find Taiwanese Japanese or Korean suppliers. They are world leaders in this market and much more professional.
You so called Ms Wendy know me very well. I purchased mobile phones from you and when I asked you why does this phone have so many bugs what did you tell me remember ?
Oh yes that’s how the manufacture makes them all those models have those bugs its something the manufactured has not figured out yet. :))))))))) you need to travel to Europe and understand how we operate don’t just talk rubbish. You rude rude little girl.
How can I tell my customers that once they buy something from me?
I just wish you told me all the issues before I purchased the product not after you CON PERSON.
Also dont lie about products that you do not even have in stock once I have transfered the money I have to wait months to receive the product. It strange as soon as I transfer the money you start giving me excuses and reasons why you cant send me the products. Also out of 10 products I purchased from them 8 had serious faults.
Please Please dont not use the below company trust me. Because once you get ripped of
dont say I didnt warn you.
Also this person Wendy is the biggest lier and unproffesional person I have ever seen. She has never updated me unless I have sent her many emails. Tomorrow I will also be contacting Global Sources and the Local trading standards to inform them what a fake company you really are.
If the boss of KBS reads this you should be ashamed and where did you find this lier Wendy ?

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am complaining about Wal Mart not helping the handicap with purchasing. If you are a care giver and need to get prescriptions or food or clothes or any other item you can not use credit card with ID or power of attorney for the person you are taking care of. I think you are losing alot of money and customers. If this is a policy of Walmart then shame on you.

my card ws used without my ok. I never heard of mvq'saveace. I want my card to stopped being charged as of today. I want my card to be credited back what ws charaged to it. I have never authorized anything. CANCLE THE CHARGES AS OF NOW 10/7/2009.

You MS so called Wendy Wen know me very well you are the biggest lier and Cheat I have ever seen its a real shame how a little Chinese girl can lie so much.
I have now thrown this phone in the BIN because in 3 weeks the whole phone fell apart. This is the worst quality product I have ever purchased in my life.
How can I tell my customers that once they buy something from me?

Once again this so called company http://www.kbs.com.cn has made me loose money and give my company a bad reputation. I know the tricks most Chinese companies use. So before I purchased a mobile phone from them. I called and spoke to a girl called Wendy Wen. I asked her if they had 1x SCIPHONE N21 Mobile in stock she confirmed yes we have plenty. So I asked her again are you sure 100% because I will pay you straight away as I need this urgently. Once I paid them I waited 1 week for feedback or at least shipping confirmation. When I called her to ask why it’s not been shipped she confirms this phone is still being manufactured. I don’t know why why why she always gives me fake information. Straight away I asked her that’s why I confirmed with her if this is in stock before I sent the money. She replied I will find one or she will send me a refund. The next day she confirmed the phone was shipped. When I received the phone I can straight away tell it’s not new and looks like old used with various scratches its maybe 6 months old. Also the box and accessories is not from the Phone. She has sent me 1x General Mobile DSTL1. But the box and accessories are from a SCIPHONE N21. This clearly shows what type of company this is. Now I am really worried where she found this used phone. How can I sell this to my customer I really don’t know? Do you think we are stupid in Europe you can send us anything? What is the problem why is it so hard to understand. Just send me the correct products and everyone will be happy. Paypal Please investigate this matter at the moment I am also worried what sort of people can trade with PayPal. A lot of people trust PayPal and if you will give accounts to anyone in the World. This means PayPal cannot be trusted also and people will look for alternative Payment providers.
