all my favorite / Avoid this site like a plague

I wanted to order a boxed gift set of the old Mission Impossible series for my wife's birthday. After a month and a half and a series of e-mails, chats and telephone calls (calls were never answered) I gave up.

I wrote them an e-mail cancelling my order. They wrote back saying they'd pass it along. YEAH, RIGHT!

I finally called my credit card company and had them recharge their bank.
