All Included Moving Inc Unprofessional Thieves

I used this company earlier this year for a move accross several states. The price quoted doubled once half of my belonging were on the truck. When I said I would not pay the man stated that I would then have to pay even more to get my belongings off of the truck. My parents relutently paid the extra to continue the move. The packing was extremly unprofessional. I asked in advance concerning my LCD tv and was told that they had a box for it and I should not worry. Their "box" was jast a piece of cardboard that they ripped off of another box and put in front of the screen and then taped around the tv with packing tape. When the truck arrived at my new place the unloaded made me sign that I had received all of my properly before he would unload any items. Once I did then he demanded more money. I refused and he dumped my belonings in the parking lot a drove off. I have found that several items were taken included a stero receiver and most of my kitchen items. I feel like I am out thousands of dollars between having to replace many of my belongings and the extra cost of the move that was not calculated in their estimate. I attempted to resove the issue with the company however David, who apparently is in charge just kept assuring me that it would be taken care of and I would receive compensation...eight months later I still have received nothing.

All Included Moving company boasts a collection of thieves, bottom feeders and low lifes. NEVER contract with this company and its band of pirates. I recently received a quote from David, the company sloth who said my move would be $1345.This was based on two bins total 1000 cu ft with the 800 cu ft bin being only half filled. The day of the move was on labor day(never move on a holiday)and my bins had already been rented for the following day.David called me and said they had a lot of packing and re-packing to do and that my bins totaled well over 1000 cu ft.Of course that was ### because I had a friend there to oversee the move who attested that the large bin was only half filled and most of my stuff was packed by me in boxes and bins;very little was there to pack.It was a series of unfortunate events that let to me proceeding with this move while David now told me it was going to be around $3000.I was upset to say the least but couldnt turn back as they had cut my locks because I was in another state. Later he changed his story and said the price increase was due to the space my belongings took up in the truck! I tried for two days afterward to contact David who wouldn't return my calls and they have no answering machine. On the third day someone else contacted me and said that my move was now over $3600.Eight days later my things showed up with a sub contractor.I had been told they had their owns trucks that travel daily to Florida.I currently have a five page list of missing items and Im not finished unpacking.Anything that was not taped was raped and pillaged for a week.God, they must have thought they died and went to heaven!High end furniture is ripped, torn or broken, brand new items still in original packaging was opened and wrapped in MY towels;now broken and pieces missing. This is a travesty and nobody should have to go through this trauma!I guess the RE-WRAP David was referring to was after they went thru my bins, took what they thought they could sell and re-wrapped the rest! What a bunch of scums! They even stole my grandsons WII system with numerous play attachments and 15 cartridges.I value this alone around $1200.Who keeps receipts for this stuff? I believe someone should start a class action suit against them.I dont know how that would pan out due to interstate traffic and if it cant be done you can believe these crooks know these things and get into this business for the perks, so to speak. One fourth of my things are missing, Im out $3600 PLUS my damaged and stolen items and all David could say when I caught him off guard at 8am was that I was irrational and didnt even tell him what was in my bins so therefor "how did I even know what was in there?"wiWhy would I even need to tell him what was in my bins and boxes to begin with since I had packed them and it was only necessary to put them on the freakin truck;but no, not these clowns. Finally, after this holy of holy ravaging was over my son in law proceeds to tell me all the things I should have looked out for because he used to work for a moving company.Where the hell were you when I needed advice as a novice to professional moving companies? Another freakin clown! Well suffice it to say I've been told they always charge you more money and they always STEAL.Anyway, STAY AWAY from All Included Moving, hire local companies and check every source before you contract with anyone.Contact me at lanie9111@yahoo.com.Thanks for listening

I got ripped off too! In Aug. 2017, same cast of characters. I know misery loves company; but, the class action suit sounds like a good idea.

I used All included moving from Queens(?)NY and had the same experience. They took 8 days to deliver my stuff (through a different contractor)and every single bin that was not taped was pillaged. They originally estimated for $1300 dollars and it ended up being $3600.00.First he said the bins were more than 1000 cubic feet (which was impossible for their size) and then he changed his story and said it was due to how much space was taken up on the truck. I couldnt get ahold of David, he did not return my calls and they did not have an answering machine. They stole my grandsons WII system and all accessories and cartridges worth an estimated $1200.00, two expensive carpets valued at $4000.00 and an assorted list that spans 5 pages so far; and I'm not finished going through my stuff.Expensive top end furniture came broken, ripped and pieces missing.I had never used movers before and basically didnt know what I was doing so I got royally screwed.Who saves receipts for all these things? I'll probably get screwed again when I file my claim. When I called David to vent my frustration he basically told me I was being irrational (in so many words). I will not rest until they get their just due.I got their name from the internet on a list of ten recommended movers. How did they get there in the first place when they are screwing people like this. They are a bunch of theives and something needs to be done about it.I would be happy to get a group together for a class action law suit. Anyone interested can e-mail me at lanie9111@yahoo.com. Thanks for listening

These guys come across like your best friend...but beware. They switched trucks and left some of my goods off and told me that they would deliver them in a few days. That was three weeks ago. They also change the way they do things once they get your items in the truck;and demand...and I do me demand. cash in order Do not give them your business.

I would highly encourage anyone who has been the "victim" of these scammers to contact the BBB and also file a claim in small claims court. In addition, contact the NY state Attorney's office and request to have their license revolked. Also, this was a"military" move and I cannot belive that they would take advantage of a veteran, or anyone for that matter.

This issue is not over! I repeat...do not give them your business. My quote went from 1125, 00 to over 4K for a move from Connecticut to Virginia. These guys are crooks and there are a few other choice words that I would like to use, but this is a public forum.

Worst movers. Ever! I had so many things broken because they didn't wrap anything before they put it all in huge boxes. They just threw my stuff randomly into big wardrobe boxes. They didn't even hang up my clothes. They just threw them into a box and then put my shoes on top. I also had lots of stuff stolen and no return phone when I called to file a claim. I called four times and no one ever got back to me. And I ended up with an extra box that was full of someone else's Baccarat Crystal that is valued at over $4000.00. I hope the family who lost their crystal sued them. Definitely do not go with these guys. You will regret it. If anyone wants to open a class action against these guys, I'm in.

I totally agree. I am a mother of 3 younger children. We had to move from pottstown, pa to orlando, fl. I was quoted at 350 cubic feet. This was including all my large items to. A baby crib a queen size mattress and box-spring, 2 twin size beds couch love seat 30 some large boxes ect. They told me I was going to pay 1146. Now I haven't had a job in almost 2 years hence why I had to move. So im not a rich person. The day off the move I was told that I had way too much stuff. That I could bring any of my big stuff. So furniture baby crib mattresses entertainment center you get the picture were left behind. All I had was 24 large boxes, 2 kids bikes and 6 duffel bags, and they doubled my quote. Told me I had to pay 2100 to get that down here. Still don't see how me leaving all the big things DOUBLED my price. They broke antiques items that i had gotten from great great grandmother things that were personal, not to mention all of my glasses and everything. I have hired a lawyer and I am suing there behinds for everything they are worth. Don't go with this company. They try and bully you and pretty much screw you over. They got here 4 days late, all but 2 of my boxes were broken open. And now I try emailing them, calling them and get no answer. They are so not worth the time and consideration.

I used them to move from NY to Florida. The "owner" came to my place twice and both times quoted me about $3000 for everything - after they packed up the truck, the guy told me it was 2x the amount I was quoted. What could I do then? Nothing - I had to move that day. They also told me they would not be transferring my stuff into another truck - but they did and some stuff was damaged at that point. The truck was five days late delivering my things in Florida and they would not reassemble my wall units- and basically said "it's not our job" even though the contract stated they would. The did, however send me $75 to hire someone down here to come and reassemble my stuff.

I regret not using a big name mover and would not recomment All Inclusive. The bigger guys may seem more expensive but they are more reliable and after the bait and switch, they are not more expensive.

Horrible Experience. These people came over and gave a "binding price" for 683 cubic feet. They said nothing would change and if anything they would take off anything that had been miscalculated. The day of the move the guy comes in and starts asking if I added anything to my move. I said no, he kept insisting throughout the day that things looked to be more than the previous person that worked with his company has said. After 6 hours he tells me that he doesn't care what the person before him said he was going to charge me for 1150 cubic feet. All of this after my things are already loaded on the truck. These guys are crooks. Don't waste your time or money. Overall they overcharged me $1540. It is not worth it when there are reputable people who can do the job right! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

NIGHTMARE. My housemate had the movers come yesterday. She had an itemized list of inventory performed by the company when they did an in-house estimate which definitely included large items like her bed and flat screen TV. She was quoted 1 price but as they packed everything for her she was told that 1) they couldn't take all of her large items and 2) what they could pack would cost her "extra." When questioned on the matter the 2 large Israeli men became defensive stating the original amount (in writing) was only an estimate. Now she's stuck with a queen size bed and other large items that cannot travel from the east to west coast in the back of a little camry AND she was charged $1, 000+ extra! Doesn't this sound a bit like the scams of the moving companies that have been shut down for low-balling people with quotes/estimates then threatening them with not delivering their stuff unless the new, higher amount is paid? UNBELIEVABLE. Definitely go with a different company AND research their references!

They are thieves and liars. They came to our apartment and gave us an estimate which they assured us would be "very close" to the final amount. They refused to say whether they charged by lb or by space in truck and insisted that the are a legitimate company that doesn't "bait and switch" but that is exactly what they did t0 us! When all our stuff was wrapped and ready to go in the truck they now gave us a quote of more than 100% more than the original estimate! When we started to argue one of the younger movers who was not in chargestarted crying and said "this always happens and then I lose out on tips!" They lied to us and took advantage of us. They also lost parts of our furniture and sevrely damaged apiece others I have never revied a company or prduct before but I feel so strongly about this that I had to post. Do not use this company!
