The company quoted me for installation of ice maker for a new fridge, $60, and claiming a maximum of $70 for running the water from sink area to the fridge. I cleared it 3 times with them and each time they said the maximum will be $130 CAD. A guy with a bad attitude from the start shows up. He starts right away putting a bill of $60+$70+$45, $45 to install a water valve, claiming the condo supposed to have it. And making me sign it. I protest a bit, but at the end say fine, if its just a $45, maybe won't worth arguing. After installing these, he claims that I would need a stainless steel water hose, which will cost me an extra $88. Claiming %90 of fridges supposed to have it, shouting when I protest that it is not his fault and so on. After lots of argue, I pay him for running the water there ($70+$45) and make him leave.
After some research, I concluded that based on the manufacturer manual, as well as all other references, there is no need for such an expensive part. Then I look at the invoice that I got from the guy and notice that he has charged me a %13 HST, while there invoice contains no GST/HST number, no phone number, no address, nothing ...
I searched industry canada for the stated company's GST reference, there is none.
The worse part is that they got recommended from a "The Brick" sales agent.
It is FRAUD. Do not trust them.

I had a diswasher and fridge line installed, the job was done fast and evrything appears to be good amd operational, BUT when I asked the Technician (A tall Blonde hair guy named Simmon) to recommend what is the best filter to use for my new fridge, all he said was that he is not allow to recommend anything but what is in the manual, I find that stupid, I can't pay the manufacturer's high prices for disposable item. I think is his job to recommend something cheaper. In today's market is not good enough to install the items, you need to know and tell the clients when they should do with the appliances.
Clearly this man is not very smart, he is most definitely uneducated and has learnt this scam. Hey "babyuu" STOP hiding behind a chick's name...we know your game...Your time is coming to an end...one of these days you will pay for this!
Hey aanand, we were scammed by the same people. check my complaint against this Company and the same guy babyuu posted a reply which was exactly what he posted here - word for word. This babyuu is the same culprit and if he is legit he can post the plumbers full address and GST number. He can't do that because they are all a scam as we know it.

I had a new dishwasher installed by this company and the old one removed. My experiemce with the technician was great, very professional and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. This was a referral from a friend. The technician told me up front the cost of the parts and labor of 49.99. The final bill was no a cent more than what I was told. The old unit was taken away at no extra cost and my kitchen was vacuumed clean. Thank you.

There seems to be 2 people who call themselves Daniel and Robert of Chinese descent (It might even be the same person)! They have worked out to perfection how to scam people….Beware of cheap Chinese service but they charge you a heck of a lot!
