All About My Hair my roots

Went in on Friday September 14th to the JC Penny in Washington Mo and wanted to get red and blonde highlights when I got home and was fixing it my roots are still showing for $105 and a $20 tip I am not a satisfied customer this is the first time I have had any problems with my hair. I hope who reads this will take this under consideration and solve this problem for and let me know if I have any options at all. I hope to hear from you in a timely matter.

All About My Hair NO Contact/ Customer Service

Was going to place an order with company but became suspicious when they would only contact me by email only. They post on their website a phone number and also live chat that never works and good luck on getting a phone call back. When finally days later getting a email response back from this alleged company they are general with their answers and very unhelpful. All of their positive feedback is last dated in 2007. Be very careful with this alleged website. Your better off copying the wig you want off their site and having someone else who your able to actually speak to and give you wonderful customer service do your unit for you.

I had the same experience. I first purchased this hair july 2010 and loved it. I then purchased again in feb. 2011, and loved the hair even more, it was amazing. I purchased the hair again sept. 2012, and it was terrible. Just disgusting. It stayed dry, brittle, and it even locked up. I had to keep combing it because it stayed matted, every time i combed it, it felt like i was ripping out the hair. After just a week, i decided to remove it. Plus it was now half then half thr original length. Maybe they got a new vendor but it was horrible. I decided to give them one more try because the 1st 2 times were awesome. I place an order aug.2013 before my move to ny and the hair was just as bad. They also increased the price for terrible quality hair. I decided that i can not give this company another dollar...the hair is just terrible. At one point my mom made a purchase from them and her hair was terrible, at the time i just thought she didn't know how to take care of it...boy was I wrong. I'm currently interested in getting this kind of hair again, but I'm thinking about ordering from aliexpress where its wholesale prices.

This company DOES NOT answer their CUSTOMER SERVICE line AT ALL. They take FOREVER to send their products and they seem to feel as if because they provide a decent product they don't have to. Will never buy anything else from them AGAIN!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company as well. When I first purchased their hair, I loved it. I was suspicious of the poor packaging and lack of instructions, but I overlooked these things quickly because I felt that it was such a great product. Most people believed that the kinky curly hair was mine. I was able to use the hair twice which was great considering it's cost.
The 2nd time was a nightmare. My stylist confirmed that the hair was over-processed. It came out in clumps, matted and just generally felt like a Brillo pad within days after it was installed. I had to take it out. So considerth I paid for two packs of hair, $200 for its installation, I tried to appeal to the company for help with no luck. I had it taken out, bought new hair locally, and then paid $200 more to have new hair installed. Obviously, I was very, very upset. Their customer service eventually stopped communicating with me. I reported them to the better business bureau and my credit card company got the money back from them. I believe that my credit card company's success is the reason behind the disclaimer they now make you sign before you order from them. Bottom line: order at your own risk. Nonexistent customer service. I would take my business elsewhere. Very inconsistent product and you will pay if you receive a bad batch.

Avoid, avoid, avoid allaboutmyhair.com. I purchased 10 inches of kinky curly in October 2011 and was sent hair that was about 5 inches unstretched that turned into dreadlocks. I removed it four days after install and fought with AAMH until January of this year. My credit card company ultimately rejected my dispute because it said that I had a "quality" issue that they couldn't resolve. That unscrupulous company kept my money after sending me hair that was only fit for the garbage. And they NEVER returned phone calls. They will only correspond. It was my first experience with buying online hair, and it went horribly, horribly wrong.

This hair company is the bomb! No they don't answer their phones as much as I would like them to, but they do get back with you via email asap, or at least that has been my experience with this company... Oh by the way the units I've purchase has been absolutely beautiful and well made!. no complaints here!

I was informed of the website through a reputable hair forum and ordered, skeptical at first off course. Though upon arrival I fell in love with the hair. I had it in for 6 months without issue. The hair washed well, dried well and responded to product well. The only drawback is the pricing, although the product is well worth the price, I understand the trepidation in sending that kind of money over the internet. Sorry you ladies had negative experiences. I hope I never have a negative experience with AAMH, I love their hair oh so much.

I agree completely. I used to be a customer of theres last year until they sent me a defective wig and refused to fix it or provide a refund after acknowledging their error.

I do NOT recommend using this company!
